We are currently on 22r2 and planning to go live on 24r2. In 22r2 when we trying to preview a report we can only see a limited no of Date/Number Formatting but in 24r2 we can see a lot. 

I have found in new system it is fetched from Report Locale window. Is there a way to set these records active/inactive?
