Hi, is there any chance someone could link a download for the graphite theme file? The installation of IFS I currently use doesn’t come with it and editing the current theme to look like the official dark one would take years. Thanks

We have 3 thin clients that can’t get logged in this morning.  Anyone ever seen this error message. We have around 150 thin clients so 3 is a very small portion but don’t know why this is  happening.  We are using Apps 10, upd9 and access IEE.

There used to be a URL you could go to that tracked what OS versions were supported.  https://wit.ifsworld.com/Technology/prodcert/ProductCertification/SupportedPlatforms/10.htm It was very useful but it doesn’t appear that it is being updated anymore.  Is there another place we can go to get this information?

I want to do customer invoice upoad templates, how i can check if it is available in IFS standard templates is enough for it or not. Where or which path i would get standard templates details?

I am having errors noting the SSL Session Cache is set to NONE when applying UD17 to APPS9.btw - http server will not start. It is possible to do direct upgrade from IFS7.5 to IFS10. If the answer is no, what is the recommended path…..like IFS7.5 to ISF8 and then from IFS8 to IFS10 etc.

Do User Roles and Permissions Set Change from APPS10 to Apps10 Aurena?  Does the move from Apps10 to Apps10 Aurena require changing the User Roles and Permissions Sets that were already established in Apps10 Release 2?

Is there a list of error messages and what they mean in Apps 10? Or an F1 tool that can be used to narrow down what is causing errors?

Good day. I have been trying to apply update 17 to our APPS9 UD14 instances (I have tried 4 different instances) and he end result is the same.Failed to update AS & the MWS directory never recreates.  Db space seems fineApplication server has 40G free on C: and 65G on D where ifshome resides. The application runs fine prior to the update.I run reconfiguration prior to the updateThe database updates with no errors.This appears as a Middleware issue. Any clue as to why AS will not startup?

Good day. How do you apply past updates to incorporate new lobby features and ensure you don’t overwrite existing ones? How do you know the new lobby features that are in a Release? I am using APPS9 UD14, and see others mentioning Mobile monitoring as a new lobby feature released with UD12.I went from UD10 to UD14. I have just received UD17.Should I just move forward with UD17 and enable lobby elements or apply UD14 and allow lobby elements to be included?Much appreciate your insight.Thank you

I downloaded and tried installing the provided fix however after entering the IFSAPP password and clicking Next I received the following Parameter error:sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path validation failed: java.security.CertPathValidatorException: Path does not chain with any of the trust anchors

I am trying to add a user to a new profile. Because I have some custom field only available under a different profile. I know I can edit the personal profile. But I have more than 20 users that need to be add to the profile where I have the custom field. We are currently using IFS9

During the installation of our UPD8 delivery in the APPS10 DEV environment, the installer completed, but reported database errors. Where are these logs located (eg. server & folders locations)?

Hi All, We are currently on IFS V8 and looking at Apps 10. We are evaluating the pros and cons of using Aurena Client vs IFS Enterprise Explorer (IEE). Can you please let me know whether Aurena has all the functionalities (including Solution Manager functionalities) that IEE has or , if we choose to use Aurena in Apps 10 , will we still have to use IEE for certain things ? Considering upgrade of IFS from V7 or 7.5 to V10 or IFS Could version, what are the considerations for upgrading the CRIM elements and what are the steps involved for the upgrade.Does anyone have any documentation describing the approach, methodology and tasks involved for a version upgrade highlighting the dependencies and tasks for CRIM elements.

Good day.  I was always under the impression that deliveries and/or release updates have to be installed in sequence.   I have been asked whether you can jump from say IFS Apps 10 UPD 8 to IFS Apps 10 UPD 10 without installing UPD 9to which I replied no but wanted to double-check in case I have mis-understood.Deliveries have to be done in sequence but what about release updates? Thanking you for reading.
