Issue installing IFS Customer and Supplier Relationship Management Module Delivery in IFS 10.6

Hello,

 

While working with an IFS Consultant, we received the below error installing a delivery from IFS for Customer and Supplier Relationship Management Module in our IFS 10.6 Dev environment.

 

Has anyone encountered this error before? Any ideas how to fix?

Please check following zip files have been harvested correctly,

  • fndbas\source\fndbas\framework\odp\ ifs-odata-provider.zip
  • fndbas\source\fndbas\zip\ ifs-odata-provider-database-source.zip
  • fndbas\source\fndbas\zip\ ifsweb.zip

 

There is a special note in Update 6.                                           

New security enhancements have been added to IFS OData services. These security enhancements may require additional security changes to non-IFS developed clients accessing IFS OData endpoints. Read more about this in the development documentation OData Provider section –‘Foundation1 / Development Guide / User Interface / Aurena Dev / Resources / Odata Provider / Csrf APP10  Update6  includes  Aurena  functionality  in  RTM  status. With  the  introduction  of  Aurena framework any customizations done previously needs to be verified when upgrading. The Aurena FW cannot be applied to previous versions. IFS Aurena FW is only compatible with corresponding IFS Applications 10 update.

Also, follow below steps

  • Removed mws_bak folder if exists (C:\APP10_DEV\ifs_home\mw_home)
  • Check oracle inventory.xml(C:\Program Files\Oracle\Inventory). Copy the links, paste it in the address bar and make sure it goes to the correct location. If not correct replace the oracle inventory.xml.
  • Please make sure to run reconfiguration in installer and validate the status before doing an installation.
