Hello,  Does anyone have a Permission Set Definition Template?  This would detail what the business role entails that would be using the permission set, what screens, activities the permission set should have access too?  This for the business to sign off and for the technical team to build off.  Thanks.

When installing IFS75 client on Windows 10, it is telling me I need to install Microsoft Windows .net framework 3.5 or higher.  I’m not sure why, I have never been prompted for this before, I have never had to install  the .net framework before.  When I try installing the windows .net framework, I used version 4.5 and I’m told I already have a higher version installed.(?) Any clue?

our current IFS version is IFS10 UPD12, where to get standard UPD install files and install guidance like UPD13 or UPD14… for practice the installation in test ENV?

Hi IFS Community,If the user attempts to export a Crystal Report as a PDF file, the header format does not appear correctly. However, if the user saves the report using the "print to PDF" option, the format appears correctly.Note: this issue is occurring after update in our OS. Export to PDF Print to PDF 

How can we have Saved Queries for different user profiles as a global profile.Also how can we have a common screen layout set for different users in IFS Cloud. How to have a global profile for different users set.

We have  IFS 10 update 15 today and have waited a long time to get en update from IFS. Why does it take so long to get answers from support ? So I try this media instead. What is wrong with update18 since the Payroll ext is not ready after more than 3 months from the release ?   Anyone? And why does  it take so long time to get en update ready for installation in our test environment? We have only layout changes as a crim (3) and the payroll extension…….. Not satisfied customer,Heidi 

I would like to know where I can find documentation describing the “IFS implementation methodology”.So far I’ve only found an images showing the different phases in an IFS implementation (i.e. confirm prototype → establish solution → implement → go live) and some very high-level description of what those entail. I would like much more information of the activities and deliveries within each phase. Seems to me like this information should be easily availabe to customers for getting a clear understanding how an implementation project is realized. 

Hi - Is there a single place I can look to see APP10 release / update notes that is updated when new Updates are released?? I have seen other posts with details for up to Update 17, but I need the location where IFS publish every note… We should see notes for Update and 18 and 19 now. where can I find them? Please advise - Thanks

We are upgrading from IFSAPPS8 to IFSAPPS10On sales Parts in IFS8 we had fields PACKAGE_TYPE, PALLET_TYPE, PROPOSED_PALLET_QTY, PROPOSED_PARCEL_QTY, VOLUME, WEIGHT_GROSS,  WEIGHT_NET.In IFSAPPS10 , above mentioned fields are not available on salespart screen and not mentioned in the package sales_part_api, but he fields are still in the table. In upgrade scripts, I cannot see that data from above fields is migrated into other tables. My question : we have data in mentioned fields, but this data is currently not accessable in an IFS10-screen. How to deal with this?Did somebody encounter the same problem? Maybe for some other LU?  Greetings,Jos

Do anyone know if it’s possible to find a list of the ordinary fixes and improvement for IFSAPP10 update 10 to 18?The release notes are not very detailed within this area.

The page for Product Strategy and Roadmap says the roadmap is released twice a year in spring and autumn (fall), yet the latest roadmap is Spring 2022.  Shouldn’t there be a Fall 2022 and a Spring 2023 by now?  I am referring to this page, where I note comments have been disabled so it is not possible to ask this question there.https://community.ifs.com/product-strategy-and-roadmap-124

Does manage cloud install, support and host CBS (or now APB) and Demand planner within their own environments? or even if it is, can a 3rd party solution provider host these in their own servers outside of customer network? Also, if a 3rd party can host these servers, are there any networking/whitelisting pre-requisites that needs to be prepared?

When hosting IFS cloud in IFS managed services, is there a site-to-site VPN established with Client and IFS managed Cloud?

I understand the Apps 9 will be out of support from later this month, but I am now hearing rumours that there is a ‘drop dead’ date of Jan 2025 where instances of Apps 9 will cease to work altogether. Is there any truth to these rumours, so I can escalate accordingly? 

We are testing 22R2 and we are running into a error when trying to add a charge line.You can add the line but as soon as you try to put the price in, it errors out.Any ideas on this?

Hi, I’m looking for a data sheet that will help us build a business case for upgrading from Assyst 10 sp7.5 to Assyst 11.6.I can see in the Wiki there are release notes but I need a high level summary of the new features so we can align our requirements.

Where can I find the schedule for the Application 10 updates GET? I found page   but there is only Update 12

What is the IFS advised method to test a UPD? Should we test the customer’s business flows or all the functionalities introduced from the UPD or both?If we receive multiple UPDs to deploy and test, should we test one by one or can we apply all and test all together to reduce the testing effort significantly.
