Hi
As basic troubleshooting steps you can...
- Check whether a restart of the IFS Middleware Server resolves the issue.
- Check the Application Server host CPU/memory/disk space utilization to see if there is a problem and try a restart of the host machine.
- Check the database to see if there are any anomalies.
If the problem persists, you may need to go through the Middleware Server log files and proceed based on your findings. You may also need to obtain thread and heap dumps as well.
Hi

We have the same issue with you.

Hi
Get the enterprise explorer link from your access point and copy it to a text editor or directly into a webbrowser address.
Simply make sure, that your standard address, including the port is used. And add client/runtime/Ifs.Fnd.Explorer.application?debugconsole=on to enable the debug console right after you hit the enter button.
It should look like this in the end
http://lkpvmpe1249.corpnet.ifsworld.com:58080/client/runtime/Ifs.Fnd.Explorer.application?debugconsole=on
This might come in handy to identify issues or what is running in the background.
You can try to identify what is going on before the login and while the system is working on it.
Regards,
TT
