Trouble creating Manual Inventory Receive through Boomi

We have a Boomi integration that runs Shop Orders from MES to IFS that we are migrating from IFS APP10 to Cloud. The issue that we are having is from creating and completing the Manual Inventory Receive. Our Boomi integration worked correctly in APP10 but now shows that it is successful in Boomi while IFS does not receive any Inventory. Our IFS Connector in Boomi for creating the uses ReceiveShopOrderHandling as the projection and Reference_InventoryReceipt as the object. It seems that the Reference_InventoryReceipt object is outdated and I have been attempting to replace it with ReceiveShopOrderSet->InventoryReceiptArray as that is what I see being used in logs when going through the Manual Inventory Receive process in IFS Cloud. When trying to run the new Connector in Boomi, we get an error saying "Failed processing original documents i2i in the IFS Cloud Connection connector: java.lang.Exception: All the keys should be given as input parameters". Issue with Pre-Posting Inheritance When Using Work Task Templates in Service Quotation

In IFS Cloud 24R2, when starting from a service quotation, the preposting can be added after quotation acceptance in the "Prepare Work Order" step.However, when using work task templates added in the service quotation, the tasks already exist in the flow, and the preposting from the work order header is not inherited by these tasks. As a result, preposting must be manually added to each individual task.Is there a way to resolve this issue or apply a workaround?

How can I export/ import multiple USER PROFILES in one(1) action.

Cloud 24R1 : We would like to export/ import multiple user profiles in one action. When I select two user profiles I do not have the option to export both profiles into one export file?!Anyone in the community knows how I can export/ import multiple USER profiles in one go?

Hi,do you have any idea, how to implement OAuth2 Authorization Code Flow integration in IFS Aurena? We need to create integration with bank, where is only Authorization Code Flow possible (logging to account, approval in mobile app, configuration, granting priviledges, ...).At this point, I have no idea, how to prepare callbackUrl for accepting GET request with strictly defined URL parameters.Is there any manual how to prepare own SVC not depending on OData protocol?Or use something like /soapgateway to receive and store incomming GET request? Authorization Code Flow

Upgrading from Apps 10 to Cloud and adding Freight Interface and Credit Card Integration

Hello,  I am hoping to find information about the add-on to Cloud for the Freight Interface and Credit Card Integration.  We are currently on Apps 10 and have these extensions, but are in the first phase of Build and Verify to upgrade to Cloud (24R1) and have not yet applied them to our Cloud environments.  Our partner needs additional details to support the upgrade and IFS Support has directed me to the community for answers. 1. What are the artifacts here, change to the solution set, new entities, utilities, etc under a new module, a new k8s container?  From our current 24R1 solution set we don’t see anything that suggests that credit cards or freight integration is something that exists.  As part of the technical upgrade process, we need to make sure that the database artifacts exist, so this is critical to the process.2. What are the supported IFS release versions? We are doing B&V on 24R1.  We do plan to do a release update as part of the plan, but we need to know what the min

Event Action conditions are not evaluated at all sometimes

When we have defined some conditions in an Event action they work fine in the environment in which they were defined. But when they are exported and imported again as an ACP, (as xml files or a Zip file) we’ve noticed that the conditions stops getting evaluated and the Actions are run regardless what is in the conditions.For example, say we have below event action with below condition, and it was created by importing it from an ACP. Then despite what is in the condition it will execute what is in the Action Details.However, if you open this event Action in the application and do a fake modification to the Condition and do a re-save the issue is gone and the Events are only executed if the conditions are satisfied.When investigating further we realized that this is due to a discrepancy in the NEWLINE character when Event Conditions are saved in the database. When importing the ACPs through an xml it saves the newline characters in the Condition_type and Condition_Value fields as ‘\r\n’

Significant REST API Performance Degradation after IFS Cloud 25R1 Release Update

Dear All,Following our IFS Cloud (remote deployment) release update from 23R2 to 25R1, we are experiencing severe performance degradation with our REST API integrations.Specifically, GET REST API call that previously took approximately 5 seconds on 23R2 is now consuming 2 minutes or more on 25R1. Our initial debugging indicates the primary bottleneck is within Oracle AQ, with DBMS_AQ.DEQUEUE operations exhibiting significant delays.Has anyone else encountered this specific issue after upgrading to IFS Cloud 25R1?

25R1 and local printers

Hi All, I have configured Azure AD authentication for an IFS Cloud customer. During testing, some users are not able to log in as expected and are encountering the following error when attempting to access the application: The only thing I have noticed is that there is no IAM user entry inside the profile, and no entry has been created under the IAM Users page. Have you experienced this kind of issue before?

Unable to change Work Assignment status

Hello Community, I hope you can help. I have a Work Task that can’t be changed to Reported or Finished status. The Work Assignment 1 is stuck at Work Started as a failed transactions was deleted following a re-initialisation of the device and data was lost. We can close the Work Task manually to show a Work Done status but it cannot be processed to Finished or Reported. The Assignment status can’t be changed as it says its on the device but it isn’t.When I try to change the Work Task status to reported this error is returned.Any assistance is much appreciated.Many thanksWendi

Hidden a text from the Report Designer header

Hello IFS Community, I’m working on a report where the First Page is disabled and I’m using only the Repeat Page.I have a header text that I want to show only on the very first printed page (Red Block-screenshot below) (which is the first Repeat Page), and then hide it on all subsequent pages.How can I achieve this?I’ve tried visibility conditions using functions like GetPageNumber() = 1, CurrentPage() = 1, and PageNumber() = 1, as well as iif(GetPageNumber() = 1, true, false), but the report stops printing when I apply them. I’m on Report Designer 200.3.0001 (IFS Cloud 24 R2). Any idea?

Offering search keywords

Hello!I’m pretty new to using assystMe and I had a question about how the Keywords work in the Service Designer. I’m running into an issue where the keywords aren’t helping me locate the correct service offering when searching within assyst.I was reading into “The Keywords Tab” section of the wiki page(here: https://wiki.axiossystems.com/assyst11-8Wiki/index.php/The_Offerings_Details_Panel_of_the_Service_Designer#The_Keywords_Tab)and it mentions that either the Business Description or Keywords should match the search input. I’ve even tried adding the term directly into the description, but the offering still doesn’t appear in the results. Am I misunderstanding how this search is supposed to work? Or is there a specific format/step I might be missing when setting up the keywords for offerings?Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated! 🙂Thanks

In IFS technical documentation, it is mentioned that the Report Excel Plugin is deprecated from 21R1. But it is still usable in 24R2 also. Are there any details on IFS plans on the Excel plugin? Is it fine to provide customers solutions with Excel plugin?

"Modern Authentication" for SMTP Office 365 IFS cloud

Hi!A customer reached out and asked about the the SMTP authentication for Event Actions in IFS Cloud 22R1. How to send email via workflow?

Hello, I am trying to use Camunda mail-send connector via a service task in my workflow for IFS Cloud. I’m not 100% sure if I’m using the extensions tab of the workflow properly:but I followed the Camunda instructions for calling mail-send and this is what my task looks likeI’m getting this error when I try to run the workflow though:If anyone has experience sending emails via a workflow, please let me know. Navigation link issue in PROD

TRACE_PATH in Http sender

What should I set in TRACE_PATH for Http sender? Any Linux or Network path gives me an error in ifsapp-connect logs:...IOException: Could not create directory or the file exists and is not a directory… Documentation explain nothing  TRACE_PATHDefines the path where the trace logs (i.e. the request and response) of the sender will be created. If not specified there will be no trace logs created. Any advice?
