Why there is no old / closed cases in New Service Center?

Hi All, Please let me know your inputs for these concerns.1)When I try to do my certified practitioner exam from  Google chrome I'm unable to login to ifs academy have to change the password. 2) Unable to view the questions of the 1st attempt. 

Hello,The service center portal allows searching for cases based on specific criteria: However, since the data presented on the portal shows very limited attributes of cases, it is not possible to take advantage of such fancy search options. Does someone know how to use this effectively?

For customers using IFS Cloud, if they exit “Continuous Support” without updating RU, 　will they be migrated to “Restricted Support”? Or will it no longer be supported?Q2. I was set up with my IFS customer account and logged into the Customer Portal (https://portal.ifsworld.com/portal/) the next day.  Initially, the IFS Support link was completely broken, opening to void(0);.  Sometime later it began working with a direct click opening the Support Portal (https://support.ifs.com/csm ).  I suspect there may have been a delayed permissions issue.  However, trying to right-click to “Open link in a new tab” fails.  I’m using latest Chrome.  Is this intentional behavior?

I tried to set up my IFS Support password but every password is telling me that: The password does not meet the password policy requirements. Please check the mentioned 'Password Complexity Requirements'. I used the policy requirements, but it keeps being rejected.  Who can I contact about this?

I’m having problems logging into the portal.  I haven’t used it in a while and it won’t allow me to reset my password.  I get “Invalid Username or User has not been approved. Please type your IFS username correctly and try again.” when I submit my username. I even tried to “register” but it says my username and email address already exist.

I can’t change password on Partner portal. I got error message like “General problem” contact service desk …Non of those accounts previous ProJarosK, nor new one CGIJarosK work for me. Could you please change email address connected to ProJarosK to different email? Jarek Kruk

Is anyone else having issues logging into the Customer Portal? I ran into the below error last week, reset my password and was good. I’m getting the same error, changed my password again and I still can’t log in. This has been going on for the past 3 weeks or so.  

The last week or so I’ve not been able to get the search to work properly in the community.   Anything I enter in the search field does not return any result.   Is anyone else having an issue searching the community forum?

I am trying to raise a support case via the CEC and it is not working - it has been a good while since I’ve had to use the portal but nothing is working - I can log in but it won’t allow me to view cases (loads are missing) but also I can’t raise a new one. Has something changed? We are still paying our support charges even for Apps9. Help very much appreciated.

Would like to start a discussion on opportunities to improve the IFS Support Portal.

The old IFS Portal and the Customer Engagement Centers are gone.I cannot find any of my previous cases in the new portal and when I try to open a case I can only open it for IFS Cloud.- I have IFS7.5 and IFS8.0 systems with cases.I tried to open a case for this issue but none of the drop downs apply and it won’t let me leave them blank.   

Hi. Will there be and if yes when a new user interface published to the Life Cycle Support (LCS) Solution that would replace both the Customer Engagement Center (CEC) and Internet Support Center (ISC)?The ISC look and feel is from the early 00’s but it still works more logically that the CEC. CEC on the other hand seems to be unreachable less than the ISC. I use LSC at least weekly if not daily and would really hope for some modernisation step to be taken in the functionalities and layout.When CEC was published I sent a long list of faults and improvement needs and I believe the answer at some point was that there will be a new tool at some point. I am still waiting and someone on this community probably has more information about the matter. bts. the sub project selection list on this form has no good value for LCS, but I have to pick one anyway to be able to create this question

I should have an account there but cannot login, password resetting not sending any emails back to actually do the reset. There is no information what or who could be contacted in such cases. And yes junk mail been checked also.

Hello!As an IFS partner employee, I’ve setup my new training plan to get certified by the end of this year. I’ve tried to scan all training available for free to get familiarized with the provided traing modules. I’ve downloaded all the documents on the certification process and I’ve finally made my own certification plan according to my actual knowledge. I was a bit loss during the navigation but it’s a part of the process. May be IFS can improve how to find easily any items we are looking for.Today I’ve started form the basic requirements required by the certification. Some of them are free but many requires fees. I consider myself as an expert on the domain I’ve choosen but I dind’t see easily how to pass the test on those prerequisted modules to evaluate myself before the certification. Howether, I’ve got an appointment to pass my test by the end of november this year. If you can explain to me step by step how to get to the final exam (Project management), it would

Not sure if this is the correct sub forum to post this question. If not, kindly advise me what’s the correct sub forum. We try to open case attachments from the old [closed] IFS cases that we reported in the past. Seems it’s not possible. Not just me, all my colleagues I tested the issue seem to have it. It would be interesting to know if other customers also face the same issue.Is this an intentional restriction from the IFS side? In IFS Academy, what is the most suitable training to master and manage the projections for access rights?

can somebody clarify, once a course started, what happens to the waitlisted candidates.are they automatically registered for next  available course as per schedule ? is there a notification to waitlisted candidates indicating if ?  appreciate an update. Bruno 

I have been told about IFS ERP software, and I am interested to learn it, is it possible to apply in the academy if I am not customer or partner ? If no is this a third party who can provide these kid of trainings and how much does it cost approximately?  thank you in advance 

Hi,Has there been some training or good practice workshop for system administrators?We are currently using IFSAPP10 SaaS and hear internally that more understanding of some administrative topics would be needed as the technical documentation is not always sufficient.Do you have some resources that you could link here? Thank you.
