Hi, I already have access to the IFS Community with my work email address and a user name. I am now trying to register for the service centre for support purposes as well. If I try and register for that, it says that I already have an email address registered for that, but if I try and login to the service centre with my email address registered for the community, it says that email account is not a valid one. I cannot find any option for people like me already registered on the community site to additionally register for the service centre / customer support and FTP with my same work email address .
