I have created PO with my own user ID but in history system taken IFSAPP user ID instead of my user id through which I logged in. Can someone please help why it;s happening.

Hi,Does anyone know how to recreate the error, “Field [BASE_SALE_UNIT_PRICE] is mandatory for customer order line and requires a value”.The issue I’m having is this can’t be recreated as the price field is a mandatory field in sales part, then that is always automatically fetched to the CO line.

Has anyone encountered issues in Apps9 where a Customer Order Invoice errors with the below message?    The setup is a bit complex - multi site in the same company, multiple places of supply therefore multiple tax situations for the customer, but this error only occurred when I created a CO and applied “Additional Discount” in the CO header.  I processed another CO on exactly the same site/customer/parts/tax scenario with discount on the CO lines, and the invoice processed without error.   “CO Invoice in Error - "Only a Tax Code with Zero percentage is allowed when Customer is exempted for Taxes..."  Any thoughts/suggestions/solutions gratefully received! ThanksLinda

Is there any way in the Warehouse Structure and Attributes to change the name of an entire warehouse to avoid having to create all new locations. We historically have a location name imbedded in the warehouse name and we recently moved making that location no longer relevant.  A simple example of this could be stated as saying our warehouse name was warehouse “Columbus” and we would like to change its name to anything different, say “Warehouse 1”.  We have moved the entire warehouse and locations, so this name is ultimately just causing confusion now. We are not looking to change the location naming convention at all since it meets our purposes completely. 

We are in IFS APPS10, UPD16Sometimes our Customer Order Lines in status “Partially Delivered” will invoice the delivered qty and sometimes it will not.We’ve checked online help and are uncertain if there are settings we need to revisit.The behaviour we would like is for the invoice to generate for the partially delivered quantity, and then an additional invoice when the balance is delivered.I’m seeking a suggestion for which settings to check and consider in our setup.

Hello, I’m trying to figure out if it is possible to change the location on a Purchase Order Line after a change order has been made against a purchase order. Below are the steps used to recreate (we are in 23R1 - 23.1.7). Create a purchase order Release Purchase Order Go to one of the lines, select Order Line Address and Select a location (Under Delivery Info) Create a Change Order Change a quantity value by one  Release Change Order  Update Purchase Order from Change Order  Go Back to Purchase Order and try to change the Location No on one of the lines, and get the following error: "This Purchase Order is associated to one or more Purchase Order Change Order(s). When using Purchase Order Change Orders, all changes needs to be registered on the Change Order and it is not allowed to register changes directly on the Purchase Order."How do you change the location on a PO line a

Hello, I tried to use this thread: REST API Register Arrival | IFS Community to figure out how it was possible to use IFS Clouds API to register arrival.Can anyone suggest the easiest way to do this? I tried to use CreateReceipt but found no attribute for RecordSelection as suggested in previous thread. Instead I found /RecieveLines call. But I did not get that work without getting database error when trying to add posts to my created ObjKey. Has anyone done this before and would like to share a simple step by step? :) Thanks,Johan 

Hi all,  We have some slownesses in the projection InventoryTransactionsHistoryHandling when we do some searches with a SSCC n°. The field SSCC is not in the table inventory_transaction_hist_tab so it is impossible to create an index on it.  Day after day the situation is getting worse because we have more and more records in the table.  Does anyone have the same problem as me and have found a solution?  Thanks in advance  Regards

Hi, we’re looking to begin using handling unit functionality in our inter-site order flow.Ultimately, we want to create a HU and attach only certain shipment lines to it - there are some shipment lines we don’t need to attach to a HU. We are then completing, delivering and closing the shipment in the normal way.However, when we use the Delivery Note No. to receive the incoming dispatch advice at the receiving site, only the parts in a handling unit are available to receive. The lines without a HU don’t even appear.The Inventory Transaction History shows that the missing lines are going into Internal Order Transit, meaning we have to go to the Register Arrivals screen to receive the PO lines.Can anyone tell us why this is happening?

When attach a document to no part PO line receive below error. Version: 22R2PO > No Part Lines tab > Add a No pert line   Select the PO line > Click on the fie clip mark on the line > Document > New Document Try to attach a document. > OK > receive below error“Field [KEY_REF] is mandatory for Category and requires a value.”

Hi IFS Community,in IFS Cloud is it not possible to customize the MRP Action Proposals. We cannot add custom fields or change the content from a text field to a reference or link.As far as I know, it is one of the views that customization is not allowed.We received a request to change the supplier ID to the supplier name, as was possible in APPS9 before.The idea is to allow customization in MRP Action Proposals to make it more functional and specific. Thank you in advance for your answers.

We have an Internal Customer Order and Purchase Orde between our UK and Spain Company. But we are having an issue on the Purchase Receipt Return and Automatically Generating the Dispatch Advice1)    Spain raised a purchase order to UK and sent the order (EDI)2)    UK fulfils customer order for Spain and sends the dispatch advice3)    Spain receives Incoming Dispatch advice, but the unit fails inspection4)    Spain creates purchase receipt return, connects this to a shipment and delivers back to UK.However no automatic Dispatch Advice is sent to the UK and we therefore cannot book in the returned part in the UK.How do we solve this?  

Hello, colleagues! We’ll be very appreciate if you can help with an issue in External Invoices loading. In Intercompany solution when we send Invoices between companies error occurs. PO and Receipt references are correct, but IFS can’t recognize it. We have to delete and populate it again (same values) manually, then it passes “Check Invoices” procedure.Thank you for your time.

Hi Experts,We can change the prices and qty of sales parts in ‘WON’ status sales quotation lines. How can we prevent this from happening? Is there any site level or system definition setting?Business Impact: We used to create sales quotations from business opportunity lines. If a user can change the values in the WON quotation line, that will be represented in Business Opportunity. These will adversely affect the sales records of sales representatives. Thanks!
