Hi,

customers often have parts with serial numbers. when ordering several parts, it is difficult to open the flap, select the serial number, close the flap, etc... for several'” items.

I propose to review this screen as it lacks ergonomics for users.

 1- Possibility of importing a CSV file for invoicing purposes 
 2- EDI message - INVRPT - Inventory status
 3- Have a simple list screen

    Considering your first point, I think we have facilities to import .csv/XML files using functionality like BizApi. With IFS cloud version we can do this using Test-A-Rest (TAR) tool as well.
