Hi Everyone,I’d like to hear from someone who has implemented IFS for operations i.e. mainly manufacturing, supply chain, project etc., and use a system like SAP, Oracle or any other system for finance. I know majority of you may say ‘don’t do it!’ due to some obvious reasons but quite keen to hear from someone who is actually a user of this/similar setup.Cheers
Is there a screen in Aurena (Supply Chain) for setting up and printing Shipping Labels?
In Supply Chain IE version the Customer Credit Control Group is selected in Sales > Customer > Customer > Credit Info > Order tab from the list of values created in the “Customer Order Credit Control Groups“. I am unable to find the corresponding scree in Aurena. I hope some one can help.

Is there a way to make a customer schedule behave as Int Purch Dir order?
I have this internal order flow: PO - Company A CO - Company B PO - Company B CO - Company C SO - Company C When PO is created on Company A it is send to Company B where it generates a CO. That CO is born with Supply Code not desided. But is changed to Int Purch Dir and To Demand Site changed to Company A The effect is that when the CO is created on Company C the system finds the Leadtime and ship via code for sending the order to Company A in the Supply Chain Matrix (instead of Company B). That’s all good. But I need the Leadtime and ship via code to be updated on the PO in Company A for them to see how Is there any way that can be done? I’m on IFS 9
I want to restrict a user from reprinting a customer invoice from original from archive using permission sets. Please assist.
The work time calendars in IFS are used for a range of different things such as SLA calculations, calculating lead times in manufacturing and supply chain, scheduling window calculations etc. Each calendar is setup with a schedule and a start and end date. Once a calendar has been setup, the details (basically generating a list of dates based on the schedule) needs to be generated via a background job and triggering the generation is a manual process. Once a calendar expires, you run into a whole raft of problems, having too long of a time horizon can also cause performance issues. I’ve created a configuration that aims to automatically extend the calendars before this happens. It will add two new fields on the calendar schedule line to allow you to define the calendar as auto-extending and allows you to define by how much to extend it each time. Attached is a document to describe this in more detail. This was done for Apps 9 but I’m fairly sure it’d work for Apps 10 as well.
