When clicking on "Receive Order Handling", an error message appears "Customer should be defined for the supplier". We checked every setting we could have thought of, seems to be all set. However, CRO cannot be processed.Can anyone help me on this regards. 

Can we see the all the projects details in IFS Aurena 21R1/R2 cloud ..though we have not created the projects or part of the project team. RegardsSujeeth S

Hello,We are using Apps 10, UPD9. We need to reserve project inventory to work tasks on our outages. We moved standard inventory into project inventory to keep the inventory reserved to the engagement. When we attempt to reserve the project inventory to the work order, it will not let us reserve this. It is causing us to have a halt in our repairs by not being able to reserve. We have set the material lines as project inventory, we can see the qty on hand in the project, but when we try to RMB reserve inventory that option is greyed out for us. We currently have a work around to move it to std inventory to reserve while the work order is connected to a project. But this is VERY painful.Does anyone know if there is a step we might be missing?  This print screen shows the work order connection to

I have extended the calendar for another 10 years, however I don’t recall how to update the current maintenance plan in the existing PM Actions. Do I need to generate a new calendar or can I use the existing one? How far out can you set this calendar, 5, 10 or as much as 20 years? Thank you for your assistance.

When I search for projects by Status, there is an option for Closed.  However, I  can’t see how to Close a project.  I can mark it complete, but I see no way to close it.  How can I close a project?We are in IFS 10

Hello IFS community,I have a code that sends an email to an user. From the IFS event, I know that I can create an event that sends an email and even create the link to the page in IFS using the rowkey by clicking “ADD URL” using the action type E_MAIL. See Screenshot 1 for more details about my question.  Screenshot 1- Code used to send the email - Screenshot 2 How could I add to the code (Screenshot 2) the way to generate the URL where the user can click on it from the email received and bring it to IFS, like it will work if I created the event using the IFS event action type E-MAIL (Screenshot1)?Thanks,JL

Does IFS apps 10 have the out of the box functionality to provide an all encompassing enterprise resource capacity / workforce planning solution, project management solution and reporting solution without the need to use supplementary software tools???I am currently using MS Project to build work breakdown structures that I can convert into a workforce / resource capacity plan and schedule and this is integrated with a SharePoint tasks application that I can push into PowerBi to create reports and what if scenario planning. I am aware that it is possible to integrate MS Project with our existing IFS apps9 and we are potentially upgrading to apps10 in the near future but my question is more to the point of if is it possible to eliminate any potential duplication of effort in regard to data processing and potentially use IFS solely as a an all encompassing enterprise resource capacity / workforce planning solution, project management solution and reporting solution as th

We are Australian Construction business using CCOs with Projects and sales orders to track and connect to Activities and budgets once approved. Monthly reports and native content in IFS is causing issues. CCOs once spread remain in past months which is resulting in incorrect values for Cost to complete and rev recognition and billing forecast seems difficult to capture.Would appreciate document or contact with anyone using Projects and obtaining comprehensive monthly project reports without issue. Are CCOs the best way to track Project variations??

Is there a way in IFS to spread planned hours over specific timeframes (monthly, etc.)? Our PM team has been asking, because currently the hours just sit in one bucket. I imagine this is within IFS’s capabilities, but we’re just not currently using this functionality. 

We are planning to convert to Cloud 21R1 from Apps10 in a few weeks.  I’ve been told that there are little to no changes to the database between Apps10 and Cloud 21R1.  Can someone who has converted to Cloud 21R1 confirm what (if any) database changes they had to address?

We are planning to convert to Cloud 21R1 in a few weeks.  We are trying to get some definitive direction on which Apps10 components will have to be rebuilt manually in Cloud 21R1 and which will convert automatically.   Our current Apps10 solution was primarily built in Aurena, however we had to use IEE tools to build a lot of our custom configurations.  We built custom configurations for use in Aurena using IEE tools, but we haven’t built any custom configurations for use in IEE.  We’ve been told that in general, custom configured components built for use in IEE will have to be manually rebuilt.  While custom configured components built for use in Aurena will not have to be rebuilt.Here is the list of component types that we’ve custom configured.  Can someone who has converted to Cloud 21R1 tell me which they needed to manually rebuild? Configured Using IEE for Use in AurenaEvents Custom LUs Custom Reference LUs

Hi,We have a case where time on project is typically reported in Project Time Registration IFS10 EE window. But in some cases time is registered on mobile devices in Aurena (Time registration window). We found out differences in user access to time reporting between EE and Aurena.The TEAMACCESS property in Company Details is set to ‘TRUE’. When time is reported in EE Project Time Registration window, the list of available Employees depends on Project access configuration (this is expected behavior).In case when time is reported through Time registration window in Aurena, a list is different, looks like it depends on org structure settings in HR.Has anybody faced this problem? Can this be aligned through basic data setup?  

When executing a quick report and exporting the result to Excel the numeric field with decimals is interpreted as text, as I default (swedish) have “,” as my decimal separator. How can this be changed in Aurena on Apps 10 U9.  

Hi,For projects can we have the following please?Control on who can be staffed Limitation on days a person can book - set an upper limit for days A financial year that the days have to booked in. e.g. by end 2021 e.g Staff Bob for 20 days to Project code x in 2021? Thank you for your consideration.

Can a Project Group be changed after approving the Project? Seems it cannot be directly changed from the Project setup parameters in Aurena

Hi,When a Change Order (CO) connected to a Change Request (CR) and the CO is approved, the CR Status is automatically set to 'Processed' and the CR is locked preventing any future updates.Are we able to disable that to allow us to make updates to the CR once the CO has been approved? Either by not automatically changing to CR status to Processed, or being able to reverse the status to Active to make those updates?Or any other workarounds that would allow us to update the CR once the CO Status is set to Approved.Appreciate any help on this issue.  Regards,Naveena

How do I or is it even possible to undo a delivered Shipment or generate a return of product for product manufactured and shipped from a Shipment line generated from a Project Deliverables structure?Having tested so far, the undo delivery option seems to work only for Shipments generated from a customer order, and likewise the RMA requires me to enter a ‘sales part’ fro a customer order neither of which i have as I am not using customer orders? Any thoughts / suggestions much appreciated.

Hi, Community, We have an issue when doing MCPR reporting. in Employee Company, system shows the posting type PRJT1/PRJT2, which is normal project posting type, it should be PRJT9/PRJT10. in Customer Company, system shows the correct posting type PRJT7/PRJT8. Wondering what we are missing in Employee Company that causes the system are not doing the correct posting type.Thank you. 

Resource Groups are entered ONSHORE and replicated to OFFSHORE.However, connection to Project Cost and cost element are NOT replicated. Any Idea on this?
