When creating a custom tab in project window after connecting the attached page and the title, there is a + to add the relationship between Parent key and the child Key. But when the same custom page is attached as a custom tab in the project navigator page it does not allow to add the relationship between parent and the child key.
We want that this to work from the Project Navigator. Any insights?

in the INIT project also has same requirement. It is not possible to add custom tabs to Project navigator.
Is this a limitation?

My personal recommendation is to add new tab as below under Project Tab. It is more logical to be connected to project.
But this is only a workaround or an alternative to the problem.
