We have a shop order that cannot be closed because material was pegged to another shop order. The material was removed from the shop order, but the connection remained for some reason. Now I cannot close the shop order as I get an error which instructs to remove the pegging first, but I cannot do it, as the material line no longer exists in the pegged shop order. Is there a way to force the pegged quantity of a shop order to 0?

In IFS Cloud, we receive most supplier invoices electronically and they are processed automatically and created as preliminary invoices (I-voucher). Since suppliers only provide PO numbers, these are without a Project ID. We then manually enter the project ID on the invoice by adding the Project ID in the Posting Proposal Head or on the Posting Lines.When we then try to create a Supplier Payment Proposal and using the "Project ID" selection parameter, the system fails to find these invoices. It seems the payment proposal filter is only looking at the initial invoice state and is completely ignoring the project data we added during the posting stage. This makes us unable to create Supplier Payment Proposals for a single project. Often we want to be able to create a Supplier Payment Proposal for a single project, so we can track the payments and have all payments for a project on a single payment order.

There is a requirement to schedule a database task to run on the 3rd working day of each month, excluding weekends and public holidays defined in the Public Holiday Compensation Schedule.Using the custom scheduling execution plan, how can the public holidays be excluded?The current execution plan is:FREQ=MONTHLY; BYDAY=MON,TUE,WED,THU,FRI; BYSETPOS=3; BYHOUR=9; BYMINUTE=0; BYSECOND=0;This execution plan schedules the task to run on the 3rd weekday of the month. Dear All, I am working on Export Control for Customer Order, and the function can control “Order Country” and “Customer Country”. I would like to control Country of Origin at the time the line is created looking at the inventory part record and at the time the part is reserved/picked looking at Lot Batch Master Country of Origin.Exemple, a part manufactured in Korea sent from a site based in UK can’t be delivered in JAPAN. Any idea ? RegardsPatrick 

Hi Community! If I open up Page Designer on the Business Activities page (shown below) and look for Attributes on the BusinessActivity entity, some seem to be missing.  These “missing attributes” fall into two categories:There are attributes that exist on the Entity but don’t display as options on the Page Designer, such as DateEntered. It’s possible to see DateEntered on the Query Designer so you know it’s there; you just can’t see displayed on the drop-down list of available Attributes it on the Page Designer. I am setting up e-invoice process monitoring in Mexico in Cloud version 2023R2 with MX country package.I want the invoices to remain in prel state until a succesful response message has arrived. Today the invoices are processed to Posted automatically, even with a failed response message. This makes impossible to adjust the wrong values (causing the failed response message). What does Process after Response mean? Automatically Process Accepted Invoice?I have them unchecked, but invoices are still posted automatically after the Send is done 

When we add signatures from the ‘DebriefReview’ screen, the signature is saved as an attachment. How can we save it to the task it was created from?

Going the report in (complete assitant) on MWO to complete a request task. When marked as complete the data doesnt sync to IFS Cloud. There are failed transactions listed for the logged in user. The customer wants to direct his share-point documents to IFS application through an BIZAPI integration (using an XML file). Like we can attach oracle path/local documents by just giving the file path (eg: C:/IFS/PROD/PDM/ABCDE123.pdf) through an object property , is there any method we can use in this scenario to attach those share-point documents? If there’s no any way, what is the best approach we can give to the customer as a solution?

Is Cashflow Analysis available (FINCFA) in 25R2 ?

Hi,We run Apps 10 UPD25.Most users have Windows 11 Pro 24H2 installed. This works fine.Now some users upgraded their workstations to Windows 11 Pro 25H1. After this the interaction between  IEE client and Windows file explorer makes the IEE client crash.Event viewer shows that the crash is casued by: msvcp140.dll.It seems as Windows 11 25H1 has made some changes causing this problem.Does anyone experience same problems and eventually have a solution?

We’ve identified an issue this morning affecting import/export actions in IFS, such as downloading document attachments from purchase orders. When users attempt to save a file to their local machine, the IFS client crashes and closes. We’ve tested this across multiple user devices, and the behaviour is consistent.Everything was functioning normally before the weekend, but as of this morning the feature is failing entirely in both our production and development environments.As an additional check, I tested the same actions directly on the server/VM hosting our middleware instance, and import/export works correctly there. This makes me suspect the issue may be related to something on the local Windows machines, possibly a recent update.Our application is accessed through an App Gateway, but this has been in place for some time without any issues, so it seems unlikely to be the cause.Has anyone else seen this?

Currently, the standard lobby does not have a way to filter on country or company level.We work in several countries, and managers would like to have a general overview of only their repsective company or country. How could we create a filter to this lobby, so we could choose to see a specific company or country? The SITE filter does not seem to work in page parameters. A filter box like Status; Activity type; Category would work fine, or if it were editable in page paraemeters.

Hi Experts, I have created a new external file template to generate the supplier check payment.plan is to generate this file as soon the check is created via payment order. we have done the setup to the payment formats and suppliers as needed. but still the file is not getting generated. then added this payment format to the supplier,in my external file template, I have ORDER_ID as parameter, should that be a problem?if I execute the file template through the file assistant it creates the output file. what could be the issue here? do I need to setup a separate event on this? Kind Regards!Niyo

I am attempting to apply a screen search filter through the Lobby Element Designer. The condition I am using is <>CW%|PL%|PM%|EV%, however, this filter is not working as intended. I observe the same behavior when performing the search directly on the screen.Interestingly, when I use a simpler condition such as <>CW%, the search works correctly.In the Data Source Designer, we do have the option to retrieve results using the Query Builder. Could you please suggest what the possible workaround would be for achieving this type of filtering through the screen search itself?

Hi All - some observations and questions on sub contract certificate invoice matching. 1.VATWhen a sub contract valuation is created, the tax code information will be taken from the tax code on the revision item. When an invoice is received from the subbie and created in IFS, it is connected to the sub contract header but does not inherit the tax code from the contract, it comes from the invoice tab on the supplier.When the invoice line is matched to the certificate line, the posting lines take the tax code from the invoice and not from the valuation line. Is there something we can do to prevent this happening? It seems counter intuitive to be able to enter tax information on lines but they have no impact when it comes to the invoice creation and posting process. 2.Payment termsSub contract valuations will often have user defined payment dates, independent of calculated dates.As before, it would make sense if the invoice
