When using the CRM panel in New Outlook with IFS 25R1, there is a choice between setting up a Customer or a Prospect.
But within the Template options, even though we have a template customer setup for a customer and a separate one for a Prospect, the only option is the CUSTOMER SETUP TEMPLATE.
If I toggle off the Template Customer on the customer account, it is no longer an option to select in the CRM Panel
But having the toggle on for the Prospect account has no effect either way and will never show up in the CRM panel as an option.
Why is this and where is the actual setting to show up as a Template selection in the CRM Panel?
