We have a customer service survey that leverages images and specific links using substitution variables. The links are embedded in the images within the rich text editor and properly show when the actual email is sent.
We have a need to hide this customer service survey for specific offering products. Is it possible to do an if/else statement based on ITEM_PRODUCT_CLASS_SC where if it equals “IT Services” OR another product class, to show this survey section?
and if so, where would we make this change? within this action template or is there another location where we’d have to create it?
