I wanted to create a Purchase Requisition against the assignment in mWO (Cloud), it does not show any purchase parts when I try to create the requisition. Do we need any additional setup? I have scheduled to run Refresh All Inventory Parts and Refresh All Purch Parts and also executed them before initializing the mobile still no parts are showing when trying to create the requisition (system has Supplier for purchase parts in the same site)

Hello all,The customer I am working with will be using project roles as part of their purchase authorisation workflow. As part of our testing, we have purposefully not assigned or created project roles to understand the impacts of the authorisations if we have missing basic data. It is a concern that as a result of not having project roles/project roles assigned, the purchase order correcty identifies the authorisation rule ID that should be triggered, however the system is not able to pull through the authorisation steps. This means that we are then allowed to release the purchase order as the authorisation rule does not get triggered. Our expectations would be that if there is missing basic data, but the correct authorisation rule ID is being identidied on the PO, that the system would error upon the release of the PO.We had also attempted creating a ‘Catch All’ authorisation rule (all parameters switched on) to see if the system would instead id

Is there a way to monitor Page Designer context changes in Cloud?We have an issue in a live environment where one page gets changed multiple times a day so they cannot run the business flow without republishing that page.So we would like to monitor when it gets changed.

I need to see the capacity for all the engineers in the system. I explored the resource availability page and I can see that I can get the capacity for individual engineers. Is there a page from where I can get the capacity/ availability for all the engineers in one go in IFS cloud?

We are a project-based business with 200 live projects and forecast on a monthly basis. We currently use snapshot with details in Aurena Apps 10.As we came up to 12 months of live running we got a case raised by support to say we had gone through 90% of diskspace.  Examining the Top 20 objects list that support sent, 10 of the 20 referred to Project Snapshots (either tables or indexes).Over 25% of our diskspace appears to be taken by objects relating to project snapshots, with PROJECT_SNAPSHOT_DETAIL_TAB by far the largest, with 109,343,625 (yes, 109 MILLION!) records taking 31.76GB!The next two biggest objects are indexes relating to PROJECT_SNAPSHOT_DETAIL_TAB taking another 32.46GB between them!It is estimated the forecasts about to be created by the business will increase the PROJECT_SNAPSHOT_DETAIL_TAB table by 4GB alone! We are migrating fixed assets for one of our companies which has different acquisition values for group and local books. We tried putting in lower value as acquisition without a book value, then adding an adjustment for the book with the higher value but this did not work. Has anyone successfully imported acquisition values which differ by depreciation book?

In the previous version of IFS cloud (23R1 for sure), there was the possibility to add a picture to resource icon on dispatch console, under the person page. I can see only the fist letter of name and surname. (T0)Do you have any suggestions?  

Hi Community, I have a question on the different behaviour in Apps9 v IFS Cloud when creating a new document. In apps9, if you create a new record from Document Revision, when you hit the Edit button, the application launches a dialog that prompts for the file type, once selected the associated program is launched. I dont seem to see the same behavour in IFS Cloud (23R2), can anyone confirm that this previous functionality is now depreciated and if so what is the work around, and if not, how do you create the same functionality in Cloud. To add some context, in the above scenario, if WORD file type was selected, a macro would run and populate the newly created document with the IFS properties, allowing them to be inserted (and therefore updated dynamically) going forward. Thanks in advance.David.  

Hi all, Many of our users are complaining that the search fields are disappearing when re-loading the pages in IFS Cloud. We have already tried having them save & properly log out and log back in, but the search fields keep reverting back to the default ones and not the user selected ones.Is there a way to force the fields to save other then that? We are not looking to customize those search fields for all users, just having the user defined ones save. It’s odd because sometimes they “stick” and other times they revert back.  

HiWhen we do an Engineering Revision Transfer our manufacturing site complain that data in the product structure is being overwritten.They have entered data in column “Consumption Item”. Some parts they have set as “Consumed” and some parts in the same structure have been set as “Not Consumed”.However, when we do the transfer, all parts are changed to “Consumed” which is quite annoying.Also data as Scrap factor and Reserve/Issue from Loc are being overwritten.Can anybody tell me how we can prevent this overwriting of data?Best regardsTove Virkelyst
