We have an Internal Customer Order and Purchase Orde between our UK and Spain Company. But we are having an issue on the Purchase Receipt Return and Automatically Generating the Dispatch Advice1)    Spain raised a purchase order to UK and sent the order (EDI)2)    UK fulfils customer order for Spain and sends the dispatch advice3)    Spain receives Incoming Dispatch advice, but the unit fails inspection4)    Spain creates purchase receipt return, connects this to a shipment and delivers back to UK.However no automatic Dispatch Advice is sent to the UK and we therefore cannot book in the returned part in the UK.How do we solve this?

Hi, Has anyone managed to import a multi-company External GL Voucher in IFS Cloud 23r1? The External Voucher Assistant requires a Company to be entered. and the External File Template does not contain Company There was some chat that this was possible, but not sure if this was correct or before IFS CLoud.Cheers,Graham

APP10 UPD9 - I’m trying to setup the Brazil Extension and am running into an error message when trying to create a Purchase Order.  My supplier that I’m using is a US company, the PO is being placed from the Brazil company with Brazil Localization turned on.When creating a purchase order for the US supplier and try to save the header I get the following error.  Operation Id should be entered on Supplier Tax Info for supplier xxxxx and address xx.I’m not finding where on the supplier address tab this goes.  Any help is appreciated.

I have a buildable manufacturing structure/routing and a buildable disassembly structure/routing for one part number, MW-M-103.The manufacturing structure uses these component parts:The disassembly structure produces these disassembly component parts (each inventory part type is Disassembly Component):I have calculated the standard manufacturing costs for MW-M-103 in Cost Set 2 and copied to Cost Set 1 using the standard template M-110.Each Disassembly Component has cost template D-110, with Use Distribution Cost 'on', attached in all Cost Sets.When I performed the Disassembly Cost Calculation for MW-M-103 in Cost Set 2, no material costs from bucket 110 were distributed to the components, only operation costs. Dear Community, We have a question related to Cost Bucket “170” and PO Charges. Environment Inventory Part setup (Weighted Average) Cost Setup of the part  Cost Bucket “170” is defined. (Hoping to capture the Charges of the PO separately) There is a Price and a Charge amount defined for the PO   After receiving 1 qty --> Inventory Transaction looks like below. (Ignore the Delivery Overhead as it is not relevant to the problem).All the values are fine. Inventory part Unit Cost However, when checking the Inventory part Unit Cost Details, we can see that both the Price amount and Charge has been captured under the Cost Bucket 110. Question is why the Charge amount is not captured under the Cost Bucket “170” and displayed separately here ?  Thank you

Does any understand the rules around Project Exceptions and how to clear them especially the two that affect your cost:Resource Planning Planned Value ExceededIs there any documentation that explain these, have been looking at the Planned Value Exceeded and just presumed that it was that my Planned Cost was lower that my Committed Cost + Used cost. But on the example I looked at my planned cost was fine. So looked in more detail and discovered that Baseline cost was lower than my Committed + Used Cost,  adding my activity to the Baseline cleared my exception. ThanksMark

Hi All, We have been live on mWO in Apps10 upd18 for almost a year now and still are not completely stable. We currently have about 80 techs that use mWO and run into varios issues namely.The data does not sync and there are missing transactions in IFS ERP Apps errors such as sync failing Apps slow performance.We would like to hear from other customers who are live on mWO and their experience. I have heard about other customers using mWO for a higher number of techs and I would love to understand the set-up and how mWO is working for them in a production environment. Thanks,Nitin Kadam

Hello, colleagues! We’ll be very appreciate if you can help with an issue in External Invoices loading. In Intercompany solution when we send Invoices between companies error occurs. PO and Receipt references are correct, but IFS can’t recognize it. We have to delete and populate it again (same values) manually, then it passes “Check Invoices” procedure.Thank you for your time.

Hi Experts,We can change the prices and qty of sales parts in ‘WON’ status sales quotation lines. How can we prevent this from happening? Is there any site level or system definition setting?Business Impact: We used to create sales quotations from business opportunity lines. If a user can change the values in the WON quotation line, that will be represented in Business Opportunity. These will adversely affect the sales records of sales representatives. Thanks!

We recently upgraded our PSO instance to the latest version, and now, on screens like the Planning Resources screen, the time zones listed as local times / geographic location ex. America/Los_Angeles) as opposed PST (Pacific Standard Time).How can I change the time zone format back to using PST, MST, CST, EST, etc.…?

Hi IFS’s ExpertsWe would like to use the supplier Offset option to link these 2 lines (1 invoice & 1 payment). I don’t know why but, the only option we can use to match it is the manual option, and unfortunatly in this case, we are not allowed to have any difference (0.01 in this case)Any advice on how match these 2 transactions please ? FYI, we have a rule that allows differences in these casesRegards

I have only Organization and Employee Management. I see that basic data are in the module Job and Qualifications and I am not sure if it is separate module or if it is part of Employee Management.Thank you for help Romana

Hi,We would like to give an employee 2 positions so we can give 2 limits of purchase authorisation for one person using limit per organisation position.We would then have 2 purchase rules according to the coordinator.So dependant on the type of order, we would select the coordinator to call the right limit for that purchase authorizer.Is that possible or an employee can only have one position for purchase authorisation?Thanks ans Regards,Anne-Sophie
