Hi All, I’m doing some tests on the IFS MWO Service where I start a WO - assign it and transfer to mobile. When the technician accepts the MWO and starts doing his work, he notices ‘additional work’ to be performed. But I want him to enter the Object ID. But unfortunately, this seems to remain an empty list and I can’t select any object ID. When I do the same through ‘Technician Portal’, it does filter my Object Id List:  So Question:What controls the list of Object ID’s that I can select on the MWO Service? Is there a setting or how can I populate a list? Best RegardsRoel

Hi,we are looking to make FIFO on components and raw material level while keeping standard costing for finished goods. Since FIFO variances posts under M120 and M121 posting type, by using SOMTRLV+/- transaction code, this affect is being mixed with other material variances.We still want to capture material variances not related to FIFO. Any advice how this could be done? it seems like im missing additional transaction code for this.

Hi,We are looking to use digital signatures on our purchase orders.We would have a need to get our suppliers to sign of the purchase orders.I read that Adobe sign is available from 23R2 but only for hosted IFS customers. Hi all, I’ve synced to a remote warehouse where there are 6 parts in stock. This shows correctly in the DB viewer.   Also the record shows up in inventory_part table too.System logs too show that it has found data to syncThe part is still missing in My Stock Synced, and app restarted but no change. Hi all, I have a problem about site access. An IFS user who even though does not have authorization to the relevant site, he can access and view the relevant shop orders when he searches by shop order number on the shop order and shop orders pages. My expectationis that he can only view shop orders on the site it has authority over, and he can not view else shop orders belog to different a site that he does not have authorization.What could be reason? How can I prevent he view the shop orders that have the site not authorized for the user? Thanks

Hi All, I created a simple Custom Event with Event Action  Type Rest Call and Called a POST Action.e.g.Rest End Pointhttps://puhawa5-ru-del1.build.ifs.cloud/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/PurchaseAdditionalCostTypesHandling.svc/PurchaseAdditionalCostTypes Authentication = ROPC.When I trigger the event , it gives me the same error in Application messages even if I use a different Rest End Point. This seems to be a bug (even if I have done something wrong) as I am not sure why I get following error.“ExecutionException from Sender thread Caused by: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Index 1 out of bounds for length 1”I cannot find any issue with the payload. Event Action Setup

We’re looking to send our customers a reminder of due invoices 10 days prior to the actual due date. Most of our invoices are NET30, so this would be a reminder that goes out 20 days after the invoice date.I’m able to setup a reminder template that has tiers for 0 and 20 days, but it seems to only start after the invoice is past due.  If I have a tier 0 at 0 days and tier 1 at 20 days, it won’t generate anything on the Customer Reminder Proposal until the invoice is 20 days overdue.Does anyone have a solution to this?It seems like functionality that everyone would expect to be there out of the box.

There are internal discussions to include functionality to test SFTP sender like in IFS Application 10. 

Hi Community I’m part of a new small data analyst team created within our company and we have been tasked with documenting all LOV’s in IFS 10 and the screens/fields they are used in.We are focusing on All Part types (Inventory, Sales, Maintenance etc), Customers and Suppliers to begin with, rather than going through each screen, tab and fields manually and writing them all down is there a way of extracting this info directly from IFS?I have it in my head there must be some links/tables in the background of IFS that show how everything is connected, I may be wrong, but anything has to be better than doing it all manually.Any help would be appreciated

Hello.I have been looking at the Single Occurrence address in IFS Cloud.I created a customer order and the option was no editable. changed this to editable within page designer.When i set the flag as true the information within the delivery address info is not available.  any ideas? I have checked environments being logged in as IFSAPP.

Hi there! We want do use the average capacity of a work center to calculate the lead time of our routings. I know you can calculate the average capacity for a single work center, but we have a large number of work centers on witch we have to calculate the average capacity on a regular basis.Is there a background job, that can be scheduled to calculate the average capacity of all work centers of a site. Thanks,Chris

Hello, IFS currently produces a payment file onto a Windows server which then passes through a 3rd party application called Bottomline PTX to get to the bank. We are being asked to look into direct integration to the bank that removes the file being placed on a windows server and 3rd party product.  The UK bank we use is HSBC and they suggested using their HSBC Connect offering.  I believe IFS Connect may be able to perform this, but we have no knowledge on this area or integrating with banks.  Currently we are using IFS Apps 8. Does anyone have experience of this and can provide some guidance and advise? Thanks in advance Regards Shaun

Hi Community, I’d like to get to know your opinion about forecasting process when using Configured Parts. Do we have any tool or workaround in IFS 9? Master Scheduling works for Part level, doesn’t support configuration. Configuration whereas determines multilevel BOM and lets you know purchase components. The goal here is to establish rough procurement plan and secure crucial long lead-time materials when there are no Customer Orders yet.  Any ideas / tips&tricks would be appreciated. Regards, Lukasz

Hi, I’m constantly seeing patches come out from dotNot Core, and my security team flag these due to vulnerabilities so we keep them as up-to-date as possible. It’s been raised internally that dotNet Core v6 comes end of life Nov ‘24. So simple question.What versions of FSM and PSO are compatible with dotNet Core v8? Cheers Ady

Hi, when deploying with the "SUPPLIER_INFO_GENERAL" view using Data Migration Manager, I get this error:I guess the problem comes from the fact that the metadata "AUTO_GENERATED", column "DEFAULT_LANGUAGE" and column "COUNTRY", there is no value : I don't see why this problem occurs, since it's not present in the other views.The error seems to be almost the same as this topic on Community :https://community.ifs.com/topic/show?tid=23864&fid=333I've tested the solution but nothing changes.Can you help me?Thanks in advance.IFS Cloud versi

We are testing credit card transactions connected to expenses. The migration job is a success and we are able to connect credit card transactions with the expense sheet. Then we confirm, approve, and authorise the expense sheet which creates the E voucher. Now we want to show this expense as paid however there is no way to move forward because the credit card type is non-reimbursable. How do we continue from authorised to paid? There is a credit balance in non-reimbursable account which we can set off through mixed payment. However, the expense sheet would be unpaid state with a balance.
