Hello community,

I am trying to configure absences request from Time clock terminal, but my absence types LOV is not visible

I have checked:

  • That the employees has access to that absence types
  • The absence parameters

Any clue?

Was missing the wage code alias.

Have you set “Wage Code Alias”?

You say “I am trying to configure absences request”… but the screen shot doesn’t look like you are trying with the button for Absence request - it looks like you use the button for clocking In/out with absence?

“In / Out Absence” use wage codes - “Absence Request” use absence types.
