The customer is renting equipments to their customers through the Request management process ( Cloud 23R2)
The process is renting equipment for 12-60 months period, service technicians are delivering and installing through the request work task.
Is there a way of moving the part from the inventory without changing the ownership of the part? because when issuing the part from request work task it always set as customer owned as request is always connected to a customer.
This customer is not using IFS standard rental functionality but only the request management.
