We are currently running IFS Apps 10 Update 15 with TAS all on-premise.  These would take 1-2 hours to install.  In the past, we had been able to run the update deliveries ourselves without issue.I can’t say this for certain, but we believe since IFS went evergreen with UPD’s, we started having this problem during deployments.  Our deployments now take 6-8 hours, and fail with an error.  This errors appears to only impact TAS, otherwise after deployment is finished with errors IFS appears to function.  During the update, it sits at a screen trying to update the locked files.  During the update and after, we have checked for locked objects or blocking sessions and see nothing.Has anyone ever ran into this problem before?  We do NOT receive this when we deploy updates in our DEV environment.  Our DEV environment does not have TAS installed in it, so we thought unregistering TAS from our TEST environment and running the update would be a work around but unfortunatel

Hi,  We are in IFS Cloud 22R2 SU17 For some customers (export), we want to: Print original and copy of the invoice if we print manually  Print only the copy if we use the database task “Batch Print Customer Invoices” To print a copy: in the customer sheet, invoice part, general tab, we indicate a n° of copyIn the report XML file generated, we have in the field INVOICE_COPY_LABEL if the invoice is the ORIGINAL or the COPY one.  We tried to create a report rule in highest priority in order to not print the ORIGINAL invoice when the printing request is coming from the database task (it has been scheduled with IFSAPP)

Hi!I have been working with IFS Developer Studio (24.1..0142 2024-05-31) to create PL/SQL unit tests for a customized function for cloud in 23R1(23.1.10). I followed the procedures mentioned in PLSQL UNIT Tests Technical documentation. While I was able to generate and deploy the code successfully, when I run the test, I receive the message ‘PLTST does not contain any unit tests!’. In the Test Results tab, I can see that the test has passed, but there are no details available.If I run the test again, I encounter the same issue and get the following details in the Test Results tab.Package body CL_DOC_TEMPLATE_TST created with compilation errors.  Deploying ClDocTemplate.tst failed.  Stat

Hi,We have recently upgraded to IFS 10 (UPD14).We have an Event Action configured to email suppliers a copy of the Purchase Order PDF when it is printed, using the system defined PDF_REPORT_CREATED event. We have noticed that when our users print a “Work Copy” of the purchase order, it is causing this event action to fire and sending the supplier an additional copy of the purchase order.  We would like to prevent the Event Action from firing when a user orders a “Work Copy” of the Purchase Order.I have tried looking at the Conditions for performing this action to see if I can use the “Report_Parameters” to do this.When the Purchase Order is printed, the report parameter PUR_ORDER_PRINT_OPTION = Order When the Purchase Order is printed, the report PUR_ORDER_PRINT_OPTION = Order Work Copy

Hello all, Yesterday we had IFS Apps 10 update 7 deployed in our live system, after that we can see many background jobs for below description. NotifyMe - Refresh markdowns. - API name  →   Supplier_Inv_Notification_API.Refresh_Markdowns NotifyMe - Register notifications. - API name → Supplier_Inv_Notification_API.Register_Notifications I know it’s related to manual supplier invoices.  Does any one know how to control these new background job? Is there any configuration for this? Can anyone explain this? Thank you.

Where in the cloud can i see the status of a service resource if they are clocked in or not. client needs to be able to report on this for safety checks.

In the task_dispatcher screen, it is possible to right-click in any field and set a Lookup Navigation.However, when we select the "Mass Update" button and then click the pencil icon, we can only add fields to this list.We would like to have the ability to add a Lookup Navigation to the task.person_id field in the Mass Update popup, because according to support case CS0257267, this feature is currently not feasible.  

Hello everyone, I am wondering if someone has had the same issue with the error message below, we are in IFS 10 UPD 17 and i know there is a fix in UPD 18 Bug ID: 164789, i wonder if there is any way to duck the problem without having to go by the correction made in the update. Thanks.

When triggering the PDF_REPORT_CREATED event action (Printing Purchase Order) randomly errored out in the application. For the same purchase order number this behavior can be observed.(ex: PO No - ‘123’ , Event working for PO 123 and randomly stop working for same PO)“ORA-20105: FndEventAction.EVENT_ACTION_ERROR: The Event Action "E-Mail" on "PDF_REPORT_CREATED" has failed. Please contact your System Administrator to manage the Event Actions. ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called" 

I have noticed, when trying solve a users acccess issue for a BR report, that while in IFS Explorer, users can only see and run BR reports that their IFS access allows them to.However, if someone logs in with  the standalone Business Reporter client on their PC, they can access and run all the BR reports in the system, regardless of their IFS user security settings, so the security settings are bypassed altogether.Is this a bug, or is there something that needs configuring in the system to ensure they can only see and run  the same reports in the BR client that they have access to in the IFS Explorer client?IFS Explorer client version: apps 10 update 14, in house installation.Business Reporter client: Apps 10, version 5.0.24Thanks

Hi,When trying to setup connected environments in Data Migration Manager, I cannot see the Database Link Name. We have created database links from the production environment to the other environments and we can see the links in the database link view/table using PL/SQL. It looks like you can only see the database links in the frontend if you are using the IFSMIG (the view has a where clause) but not sure how I can login using the IFSMIG service account. Can anyone help?
