Hi Team,We have set up a supplier with 2 EFT payment methodEFT 1(address id 1) using one bank accountEFT 2 (address id 2) using 2nd bank account.When we save the Eft method system is forcing to set up one as default payment method, and it is using the default payment bank details in the payment proposal.We want to know if there is a way, we don’t tick the EFT default option and have the option to choose the bank account we like to use.Thanks in advanceSneha

Hello everyone,When a pool activity is accepted in MWO, a new window opens where the MWO user can specify the date and time. However, our customer would prefer that the previously planned start date, as entered in IFS Cloud, is displayed automatically, so the user doesn't have to input it manually.Is this technically possible?We tried adding new fields using the Page Designer, but these fields don't appear in the selection list, so we can't add them. Thank you!

I am trying to use the conditional formatting that was (re)introduced with IFS Cloud 24R1.In the documentation it is stated that there are 3 levels where formatting can be used:Conditional formatting can be defined atUser level Configuration level Developer levelhttps://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/24r1/060_development/022_user_interface/030_aurena_dev/130_aurena_component_reference/120_client_controls/conditional_formatting/ I understand level 1 and 3, but what is meant by configuration level? There is nothing more stated in the help text other than there is a configuration level. there is no examples etc.What I really want to know is how to create conditional formatting and publish it to all users.In Enterprise explorer this was managed with base profiles. ​​​​​​​I have yet not found any way to do the same in IFS cloud

Hi, We have an object that had an engine change out in May when the Engine Hours was at 16050. The before meter change had a Recorded value of 16050 and a Total Value of 16050. The after Meter Change had a recorded value of 0 and a total value of 16050There are 2 readings flagged as incorrect on July 4 and and then on August 14 the recorded reading shows 0 with a Total value of 16050.Aug 16 Recorded reading is 48 - Total Value of 16098Aug 19 Recorded reading is 61 - Total value of 16111  Aug 27 recorded reading is 95.7 - total value of 16145.7...additional recorded readings up until Sept 16 where it looks like the user recorded an Engine fail.Sept 16 recorded reading is 246 - total  16296Sept 16 Before Meter change recorded reading is 246 - total  16296After Meter Change  recorded reading is 0 - total 169296  “Engine fail, changeout 16/9/24 at 246 hours”Sept 17  recorded reading is 0 - total 169296...additional readings recorded until Nov 4Nov 4 recorded reading 227 - total 16523That w

Hello, I want to create 3 new fields on the master part.Field 1 will be a list of values which I will create in an enumeration.What I would like to do is only display the values in field 2 depending on the value selected in field 1.Also, the values listed in field 3 depends on the values in field 2. How do I go about creating the links for field 2 and field 3 please. Thanks

Hi Experts,In work order functional area (before request management work stream), it is possible to generate invoice previews in bulk using ‘generate invoice preview’. It is not clear if this functionality available for request management area as well. If i check the navigator(24R1) i can see two entries, but none of them generate invoice previews for requests i have which are qualified and i can generate invoice previews for same records manually. A customer just upgraded from 23R1 to 24R1 and during an audit of Oracle accounts and there was one account that was questioned, DOCMAN_ESIGN_USER. I cannot find any information on this account in our technical documentation. It appears to have been created by 24R1.  It sounds like it would be connected to new Digital Signatures functionality, but there is no info on it.What should i recommend my customer to do with this account? What is it used for?

Hi,I have a question regarding best use of the IFS environments. Where are people doing configuration changes? eg. Lobby (Data Source/Elements/Pages) and Quick reports.  These activities require data. The DEV environment in Build Place which generally has a short life span does not hold data.  Are people repetitively populating DEV with data to facilitate report development or are people using a Use Place environment? eg. CFGGrateful for responses on how people are splitting their development activities in real world scenarios.Thanks

Hello, In IFS Applications 10 there was a Leadtime Auto option on Supplier for Purchase Part. I am currently working in a IFS Cloud 24R1 environment and can’t find this option, has it been moved somewhere else or is this functionality not available in IFS Cloud?BRSebastian

Is it possible to set a minimum width for a task on the scheduling board, even if the task has a shorter duration? The reason is that tasks shorter than 30 minutes become very small on the board, making it difficult to click on them and perform any consultation or modification.

Hi Folks We are using APPS 10 and looking at the various Lot Size options within IFS, when planning MRP requirements does the system start with the Min Lot size them move to Max then multiple or does one of these options take priority over the rest? (does one supersede the other)Should the Max and Multiple be the same value?Trying to figure out of there is some logic flow to these values if all three are filled in. Min Lot Size: The value in this field indicates that the lot size for this part will be at least equal to the quantity specified. If the value is 0 (zero), the lot size will not be calculated. Max Lot Size: The maximum lot size defines the maximum size of lots generated by material requirements planning (MRP).  Multiple Lot Size: A value in this field indicates that MRP will round up net requirements to a multiple of this value when calculating the receipts. Shop orders created from shop order requisitions will use multiple lot size values defined here.

Hi All,Have you applied 24R2 Release Update and was it successful?I got lots of questions from the customer regarding ‘failure’ scenario.Example: Assume we intend to apply 24R2 RU to CFG.1.What will happen if something goes wrong in CFG where specially data deletions owing to some kind of table changes from RnD? I know this is a possibility and RU will have necessary scripts to transfer data to new tables but for the sake of argument, would like to present this scenario as well.2.Is it possible to rollback a RU after applying to a single environment and fully reinstate the environment (for example CFG) to previous state?3.How long will it take to reinstate to the previous state ( in our case 24R1 SU5)?4.Does IFS recommend a database backup before a Release Update? 

Hello,Some of our customers receive subsidies from organizations.If the subsidy covers, for example, 20% of the order amount, we need to invoice 20% of the item's price to the funding organization. How can we manage this in IFS?Is it necessary to create two orders for the same item—one with an 80% discount for the organization and another with a 20% discount for the customer?If two orders are created, how can we communicate to the customer that the 20% discount is linked to a subsidy provided by the organization? Thank’s for your help in advanced 

When you select lead time auto, do you need to change the lead time to 0 so it kicks in, or will it automatically calculate lead time for the PO and over-ride the number of days entered in the field?

From the documentation and experience it looks like if you run PMRP per Activity, it will do no netting at all. But what, if any, will be the difference between running “Perform PMRP per Project PNG” for the whole site and running “Perform Project MRP per Planned Netting Group” also for the whole site if we only have project PNGs? Why are these two jobs needed anyway? To the untrained eye it would seem that “Perform Project MRP per Planned Netting Group” would do the job in both cases (both when you have project PNGs and PNGs over project boundaries).

We recently update a SND and PPR (both non production) instances of IFS Apps 10 UPD 13 to 22. In both instances our textboxes on the Materials Tab of Prepare Work Order have altered and we have found no way to shrink them back to normal height for textboxes.
