Page Designer - Adding A Card Element To Custom Page

Hello,Does anyone have experience in adding a card element to a custom page? There’s no mention of anything in the documentation and simply adding a card element to the page using the page designer doesn’t seem to work.

Weighted Average part's PO is invoicing to a different supplier

Dear Community, Environment We have a weighted average part setup like below. Then, we have created a PO for this part and let’s say the supplier of the PO is “A”.Now, after register arrival we are creating the manual supplier Invoice (with a different amount compared to PO’s amount) for this PO but to a different Supplier “B”.Question is will there be a problem in the cost revaluation of the stocks now since the PO’s supplier is different to the Invoice’s supplier ? Thank you,

Service Quote in MWO

HelloIs it possible to include service quotes in the MWO application in addition to request quotes? And can service quotes generated from a work order also be displayed in the MWO application?

Where is the checkbox for attached documents on the workinstruction?

In IFS Cloud I don't get the oppertunity to print attached documents with the Work Insturction Report.The checkbox is missing on the dialog screen. Do we miss some setting somewhere?How can we make it visible?

Update 23 - Apps 10

Apparently Update 23 was released about a month ago.  I have asked IFS via a case ticket if or when it will be available for us a delivery.  IFS have said to ask via the Community.  Therefore - does anyone know when Update 23 for Apps 10 will be available to call for?

Can not add CRM or SRM panel to New Outllook

I have the SRM and CRM manifest files downloaded and I would like to add it to the New Outlook but I can not find the Add-In function does anyone know how to add it to the New Outlook?

IFS Cloud 23R2 Setting up SMB storage

To set up SMB storage for a remote IFS Cloud 23R2 customer, we're configuring parameters in the ifscloud-values.yaml file. The SMB share was created by the customer’s IT team. We're aiming to ensure that the persistent volume (PV) and persistent volume claim (PVC) are released. How can we ensure they're in the "Bound" status?

Undo Scrap - Inventory Parts in Stock

How do you undo the scrapping of parts from the Inventory Parts in Stock page? In error serial 06b5cd13060669 was scrap using the button on this screen. The  serial does not appear on this screen to allow you to undo.

Outbound file save with dynamic directories in FTP or DB server or any public directory

Hi,I have a requirement as below. This is IFS Application 10.Once the “Work Task” report is executed, the customer would like to save the pdf report and all the work task related attachments into the external FTP location or Database Server Location.But the thing is, all the documents should be saved in the dynamic directory. It means, based on the Order Number, the file out path will be changed and that path should be used as the new location to save the report output and the attachments. Is this possible in IFS application 10?Using customization, can we dynamically generate the out file locations and transfer the relevant files into that dynamic file location based on the Order Nos?

Report Definition - Logo -IFS10

Hello IFS Community, I have loaded the company logo, however, when I attempt to print the invoice report, it still defaults to the IFSlogbw.gif imageThe company log does not appear if I delete it or keep only one image.Would you be able to tell me what I am missing? How can I display the COMPLOGO.gif? For more details, please refer to the screenshot.

Order Delivery failed in Release Update Studio 23R2 (Verifying of solution set)

Block planning or purchasing while executing MRP

We currently change the part status to “Suspend” in Inventory Part when Engineering has a change to execute and don’t want planning to be able to release shop orders.Unfortunately, it also blocks MRP from executing for that specific part number and we lose all visibility. Is there another way to block planning or purchasing but still executing MRP? We are in Apps 10 UPD 8.

How to make Market a mandatory field in Customer

currently using IFS Cloud 22 R2 u18 Hi, having looked over the previous answers here, I’m still struggling to find out how I can make the Marketing field within Customer > Sales > General as a mandatory field. Having navigated to page designer I have then selected all Elements. → Selectors → Reference Sales Market Selector. having set the ‘Required’ tick box for  the following attributes [MarketCode, Description, State] to no effect. Is there anyway to make this field mandatory for all customers? thank you in advance for any advice or support given

Hi All, When I migrate my custom pages from our dev environment to our test/live environment the field postioning is lost and I have to manually reposition them.  How can I migrate the page without losing the field positioning ?IFSAPP9Many Thanks.

Synchronisation Service Notes from MWO to Cloud

Hello, I have a problem with the synchronisation of Service Notes from MWO to Cloud in 23R2. I am able to see in Cloud the changes made to the notes in MWO only after initializing MWO. I have tried with the synchronisation rules and server cache, but it is still not working. Does anyone have any ideas how this would work?Thank you very much! Best regards,Iulia

Customizing Field Display in MWO App's "My Work" Tile: Adding and Modifying Fields

I'm looking for guidance on modifying the fields displayed in the Work Task section of the MWO app, specifically on the "My Work" tile.Could anyone advise on how to customize which fields are shown, such as description, work type, priority, object, etc.?Additionally, if we need to introduce a new field for display purposes, what's the process for adding it?Your insights would be greatly appreciated. Restricting Company list to a specific company in New Non-Conformance Report Wizard

From FSM6u7 to u25 - Where did MPM 'perform_create_contract_bill_schedules_for_contract'

We have used mpm ‘perform_create_contract_bill_schedules_for_contract’ many times to regenerate bill schedules after doing mass contract pricing updates using an import map.  It would appear that the mpm has been deprecated from u6 to u25.  What is it replaced by?Thanks,Richard

Confirming with Differences - Changing Date referencing PO Max Authorized Amount

When a Purchasing Agent is attempting to confirm with differences (without a PO Change Order), they are experiencing the below error message when attempting to confirm a Promised Date change. I have recreated this error message in a non Production environment. The PO is in Released status and has been authorized by the appropriate Authroizer. I certainly would understand if “Confirm with differences” impacted the value of the PO that this error message would appear, but don’t understand why a change in date will cause this to occur. I have done some searching on the Site and Company settings and don’t see settings that would allow Confirming differences at a granular level. We are currently utilizing Cloud 22R2If there is a setting that I’m missing, any guidance provided would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Employee LOV

I have a Custom Logical Unit and I want to add an LOV field to it that displays a list of all employees. I know how to do that; using a custom field I can add a restricted reference that selects from a view.However I need it to be a view that displays all employees but does not require admin privileges.I am using IFS EE 10. Thank you.
