Hi Having a problem of terminating a lease contract.Lease liability is negative, as the value of the liability was to low, by the time of entering the contract. After doing the final payment, the value has gone negative and I can’t find a way of solving this or adding more liability to the contract. Hi IFS Guru I am trying to down load in excel the list of Work Tasks through Work Tasks through following  pathin Excel format, all the tables was downloaded except the Resource Group description is not appearing in the List  through Column chooser  , is there any way around to appear (Resources Group description for each Task) in List View Setting  then I can include this through Column Chooser and  get this downloaded from Work Tasks list into excel format   We are using IFS Cloud Web version: 22.2.8.20230509084539.0. Appreciate your help on this ! Regards Shez

Customer needs to have a permission set for each tools in the attachments toolbar :1 permission set for Approval Process1 permission set for Corrective and Preventive Actions1 permission set for Documents1 permission set for Non conformance Report1 permission set for MediaWith that structure of permission sets, they can manage the access to the attachments toolbar for each user and what tools they will have access to. Hi All,I have installed IFS Cloud monitoring, and it ran successfully. After installation, I noticed that I'm getting a 404 error for Kibana and Grafana. Below are the IFS monitoring pods. 

We user Repair Centre in FSM U27 and I have had a look at the Repair Board screen to establish if it is of interest to us. At first glance, functionality looks quite basic so I just want to confirm I have not missed anything. My observations are that;Tasks are static on the Repair Board. They do not lengthen in time if a repair tech is delayed on a particular tasks. Nor do subsequent, yet to be started tasks move with the timeline if the current, in progress task is delayed. The Repair Board cannot handle tasks straddling two days. In our example we work a 09:00 to 17:00 shift only. If a two hour task starts at 16:00, the Repair Board will expect its completion at 18:00 when it should in fact be 10:00 the following day. Completed tasks disappear from the Repair Board meaning supervisors lose the visual display of all tasks completed during the shift. Created new custom attribute as Address_Id with persistent field type. Selected reference table as PERSON_INFO ADDRESS1 and column as address_id. Created new custom field as Cf_Address_id in FO screen and provided LOV.The drop down displaying the duplicate values as shown it in the below image.Can we restrict the duplication? or can we do setup to show only person_id’s address_id in the dropdown field?

Hi,I hope you're doing well.I'm working on creating a custom event in IFS9 to send an email notification when a purchase order is received.I'm using PL/SQL code for this, but I've encountered a challenge. Currently, the system sends an email for each line item, while the user would prefer a single email for the entire order and receipt. I'm having some difficulty with this because, even though I can include all the received lines in the email, it still sends multiple emails, matching the number of lines received.I'm working with the LU: PurchaseReceipt and the table: PURCHASE_RECEIPT_TAB.If you have any suggestions or guidance on how to approach this, I would greatly appreciate it.Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi, our customer has an issue with a Customer Schedule. When a new Schedule arrives the existing backlog is erased from Inventory Part Availability Planning window. What should I look for? Is there setting we are missing in IFS or could it be the EDI-setup?  

Does anyone have an idea on why the Rental basic data fields in Site > Rental tab such as “Chargeable Days ID”, “Date Exception ID” could not be edited even with ifsapp user? The related basic data have been entered in the respective screens but these fields in Site screen are not getting enabled. Thanks.

Hi all, this is on IFS EE Apps 10 Upd 20 for the Report in Work Order screen. I’m updating an existing Excel migration job to include the new fields Cust Warranty Claim, Output Type, (Note ID?), and Notes.. which has involved adding in 3 more views. WORK_ORDER_RETURNS_UIVWORK_ORDER_RETURNS_UIV_CFVJT_TASK_UIVDOCUMENT_TEXTI’m able to take the existing ‘Work Task’ lines and create the ‘Returns’ lines via the job and the Cust Warranty Claim field populates fine. However, the Document Text (Output Type and Notes) is not populating. When I remove the “On New Master” checkbox under Method List, I get an error that the NOTE_ID field is mandatory. However, I can’t figure out how to have this field autogenerate the value like it would in the GUI.. I’m at a loss and am hoping for some help for this rookie… I’ve included screenshots of everything I’ve got. Let me know if additional info from me is needed, I really appreciate any i

Hello, I created organization structure and position structure.  Then I was setting up new employees.  I tried to assign the organization and position to the new employee, however, the field do not allow a search the newly created organization or position. Sometimes when things like this happen, you can just type in the value but that is not working in this case.  Below is the structure created.Just for a sanity check, I looked at the table that the find function queries.
