We had done cancel matching on a mixed payment. Would it be possible to undo this? We are hoping to undo it so that we can cancel the mixed payment.  If not possible, I would like to request suggestions on how we can cancel the mixed payment. Any help would be appreciated.

In the ‘Shipments’ view a standard field is not showing as available in the Search functionality‘Next Step in Shipment Flow’In EE, this was a field that could be used as a filter, operationally it’s a key field to use as a filter.Is this identified as a fix for any future releases?

Dear all, I’m facing a problem in purchase order process. My customer want to modify or add a new line on a PO in state Received. How can we handle this ? When I try to add a new line, the system says that the line cannot be enter due to authorization rule.I try to change parameter in authorization rules (within authorizer limit, in order amount...) but same issue.Do you know the solution ? 

I have customised an entity and added new column. Hello, We have a customer which orders an item with a specific label on it. This we have set up in the Product structure (purchase) as you can see in the attached picture. What we want to achieve is that when we create a purchase requisition and transform it to a purchase order the advise or even better that the purchase order for the label is automatically is created (purchase requisition is also ok). We work with Master Scheduling for our daily planning. Any suggestions on how to make this more efficient are more then welcome and will be highly appreciated. Best regards,Carlo Koenders

is it possible to change the order in bookmarks? Adding a new bookmark always comes to the end of the list within a group….

We run 2023R2 and would like to “lock” the bookmark bar so that it is always “open”, it that possible? Now it “closes” when moving between pages and must be re-opened

There is a script error when trying to login to application. This is an intermittent error faced by many users. Sometimes, if we select whatever the option [Yes/No], able to login without an issue. But on another occasion, error comes up again and again no matter what option we select, and not able to login to application. Have to wait considerable time to get this resolved, but error comes as usual. Does anybody familiar with this error and how to resolve it?

Hello Community, I’m trying to implement MHS intercompany for a customer in Apps10 Upd 7. All supply messages are working fine (ORDERS, ORDRSP, DESADV), but whatever we are doing with my financial colleague, INVOIC inbox message is rejected due oracle error for dived by 0. We also notice that N02 for invoice quantity is equal to 0 instead our invoice  as Invoice quantity (11 pcs). If anyone have an idea, it will be really helpfull : thanks in advance. BR Jean-Christophe

Hi All, I am looking for a way to close PO lines in batch that have been received fully and previously closed but then reopened again to update line information such as purchase groups. This causes the PO to remain open which we do not want. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Not sure if it is even possible, but I created a new Group in Page Designer on our Expense Sheet Details page, and I would like for it to only be visible when the custom field inside it has a value.  I tried the following, but it does not work.  Is my syntax off; is this functionality not possible?  Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
