Hi Community,I have problem to search a transaction in Inventory Transactions History – list view.In below picture You can see Transaction ID 1230035. I’ve deployed about 80 system changes this year (both configuration and development), and I’d like to move faster. I want to implement automated testing with the eventual goal of implementing continuous deployment. I need an automated means of signing off on system changes, for both IFS-supplied deliveries and our in-house developed code. A true end-to-end test would require us to drive simulations from the Enterprise Explorer GUI, then validate the system outputs. Has anyone done this? (We’re on Apps 9 UPD 13.)  

Release: 6 Update 26 : FSM_6_U26_D0Build: 8690I had a report that was working but needed to be tweaked. I  opened the the rdl in Report Builder, made a tiny tweak saved the rdl .resaved it as an rdlc in Notepad upload the Report into Report Admin in the UI  I refreshed cacheWhen I run the report I get “An error occurred during local report processing.”  This is happening on any report that is updated and reloaded in report admin.Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,I’m building workflow that requier to delate all elements in StepItemArray Entity (StepItemHandling API Name).In first step I’m calling READ API function on all StepItemArray, so I have list of elements with eTag and StepItemId. In the loop i would like to iterate throu all elements in my list and call DELATE function on StepItemArray API. I have three issues:First issue is that I don’t know what i should provide in collection to multi-instance element:I was trying to figure it out with the help of provided by IFS example (LoopJsonBlockExample) but it doesn't work. Second issue is what variable name should I provide in my delete function Third issue is that if eTag will work as it should in this configuration. How should I properly build such a workflow.

Hello everyone, we have updated IFSSYS password in the reconfigure step, restarted MWS services and are seeing this error “Failed loading jdbc datasource details.” In IFS 10 Middleware Server Admin Console. Surprisingly, the database information under the General tab disappeared. Any idea on how to restore the database connection in the Middleware Server Admin Console? 

Hi, I’m currently pursuing MWO training. I have completed 3days trainings till now. I followed the entire training and practiced simultaneously I created 2 apps Phonebook and WorkOrder App I’m able see the page in cloud and there are no errors as well but I’m getting Sync Error/initialization error  in the Application. You might say there might be some coding errors for the phonebook app Iwhich i did from scratch but for the WorkOrder app I just deployed the shared resources from the academy and followed all steps and as per the training I should be able to see it in the Mobile dev Application but initialization is failing Also, the workspace is in version 23R1, but I could not find 23R1 Mobile Application there is only 24R2 so I’m using that could this be a reason. I get this message when I run Unfinished Activity Work: There is at least one Project Transaction which has not been completely invoiced or where Multi-Company Reporting Revenue voucher has not been created.It is about 6 months old, and I don’t know how to clear it. The Project Transaction is listed as Not Invoiceable.

we are using 24R1 and lets say Í want to navigate to the IFS Cloud Docs from there, e.g. page PO and this is what I get landed in  I would expect this instead directly because searching for the exact topic is quite cumbersome For several other IFS screens too this is very inconsistant for me. is it the same for others?the screenshots are from IFS ref enviornment. 

Hi AllSo far I've tested unsuccessfully in ifs 24.1.1 the following scenario. Received a PO into Inventory and moved those parts to a RWH through Shipment order. However the Demand ref1...4 is empty on the Shipment order line. The expectation is to fetch the demand PO # as the ref no on the Shipment order line. Can someone help fetch that through their testing and advise me? Where do I set the demand code for that?  Also if there are multiple PO receipts where multiple Demand Refs can be shown on the Shipment Order, its ideal [upto 4 I guess] Thanks,Asela

Hi, On the Resource Planning Database and the RAM_Resource_Skill_Availability table is there a way of getting the dates for the availability window i.e. a Start and End. Looking at the table there is a just a pattern id so i’m unable to to use that. Just wondering if the times are stored elsewhere?Cheers Ady

I am trying to finish a work order but not possible due to the error”Work Order has an active Requisition . Remove requisition to continue”. Upon checking the requisition it seems the requisition is deleted and not available. Is there a work around in closing this work order?

Hi!Recently, I've noticed the status “await auth” in the posting proposal, which I hadn't come across in previous versions. What does this status mean, and why does it appear? I'd like to add that I'm using IFS CLOUD version 24, and this relates to invoices that go through OCR.

HelloAn invoice has been created but on the wrong address. how is possible to modify the invoice adresse and the customer adresse name on an already created invoice please?         the new addresse has been set up correctly on the customer page

Hi , for IFS , there are 6 system defined Project Roles ,Project Manager Financially Responsible for a Project Sub Project Manager Financially Responsible per Sub Project Activity Responsible Financially Responsible per Activity OtherBut I cannot find any defination, any desribtion for each role’s permissions.like what can each role do and what cannot do. besides roles , there is another concept called “Project Access” ，with that , we can assign Team , Person to a sub-project .my question is So, if we assign sub-project access to person A , then what he is able to do?only report time?or he can made change to sub project ? eg:add activity, complete activity, complete sub-project(finical project) is there anyone can answer the question?   

We are trying to creat customer order lines using workflow but encoutouring the following error :  IFS should provide the LineNo as a result of that call, why the LineNo is asked as a mandatory field? I hava attached a simple workflow but some variable should be adapted for your system if needed (define a local part and customer order and contract)  

I would like to know if It’s possible to use a dynamic URL as an endpoint of an outgoing message. For example, doing the configuration of the message using the ‘Message Routing’ (next image), I need to use a URL that will change depending on same variables (in a ideal scenario this variables would be defined on the same XML type Business Rule, that call this outgoing message).  I am trying to call a URL that has a service and it has this format   => “http//URLHOST /field1=X,field2 = Y” do you know if I can achieve this by using the XML maps and Routing Message Rules ?  

24.1.6My document default value for ATTACH_CREATE_NEW_FORM = Create Document Assistant.The document default value for OBJ_CONN_REQ = N at the global level and also N at the Document Class level (class = MW-TRAIN).The Object Type ShopOrd is NOT setup for Quick Object Connect.When I create a new document revision at the Shop Order header, in the Document Information panel of the Assistant I enter a Class (MW-TRAIN) and Title and I do not attach a file. In the Object Connections panel of the Assistant I do not select a Document Folder or any Other Connections.When I select Finish, the document revision is created but it is not connected to the Shop Order header.I understand that I can change the default value for ATTACH_CREATE_NEW_FORM to Create New Document and I will get the desired results (document created AND connected to the Shop Order header).Why does the Create Document Assistant make an object connection only when the source object is an object that is setup for Quick Object Conn

Dear Community,As per my understanding the MRP-job deletes unreleased purchase order requestions (status=planned). This is how it is also described in IFS online documentation “Phases of MRP” in Phase 1, as attached below.However, at our customer (IFS Cloud 24R1), released purchase requisitions are also deleted and recreated by the MRP job (new ID, status planned) Is this a bug,is there a new setting/a new behaviour of IFS Cloud?Thank you for your help.  

This is for IFS Cloud (Cloud hosted) new implementation with IFS Cloudthey are facing a challenge with IFS Cloud Hosted environment regarding the use of Shop Floor Workbench Kiosk Accounts under Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This method conflicts with their security policies, particularly around MFA, and they need a solution that complies with these requirements.Business Impact: We are currently unable to use Shop Floor Workbench Kiosks in the IFS Cloud Hosted environment, which is preventing us from utilizing the functions and licenses we have acquired in a secure and compliant manner.NOTE:Customer was  on APP10 On prem and Currently, they have 50 kiosk stations, each with 2-5 employees who log in using a general Kiosk Full User License (username and password) in IFS 10 on-prem, within a secure network. After logging in, they access the Workbench screen using their Employee IDs to perform tasks. Looking for guidance to accomplish this  functionality if anyone come across the same

Hi everyone,I'm currently trying to add 888 panels using Novacura integrated with IFS, but I'm running into an error. I received an error message after logging in and navigating to the switchboard section to add the panels (screenshots attached).Has anyone encountered a similar issue or know what might be causing this? According to the documentation, Integrations with Screen=Work Task can use data from:ApplicationParameters JtExecutionInstance EquipmentObject JtTaskAddress JtTask MobileIntegrationThe syntax is ${AttributeName}. What happens if the same field exists on multiple entities - how do you fully qualify the field then?
