How to revert a Confirmed PO to Released state ?

Revert a confirmed PO

If you change a PO line detail, Confirmed PO will revert to Released state. I am not aware of any direct way to change the status from Confirmed to Release.
Below I have provided screenshots from IFS Cloud.
I believe same workaround should work for APP10 as well.
