IFS Cloud Mobile Appearance

Hello, i have a requirement where i need to change the colors of these tiles into another colors. Basically i would like to understand if there is a way to change the color of each tile individually so that for example, the tile “My Work” would be blue, tile “eForms” would be green, and so on.  Thanks, Francisco Lopes

Break rule

Hi community, I have a customer with a special request for some employees that have defined in the day type a schedule from 1:45 pm to 9.45 with a break of 15 min.but the issue is that although the employee used a break for 15 min, they only want to reflect in the payroll 7.88.Any idea how to setup this?Thanks and best regards,

Intercompany invoice setup guide

Customer Invoices with Error - posting rows missing

The below issue description simply must be a bug, does anyone know the bug-ID?We just upgraded from IFSAPP10 UPD3 to UPD17. Since the upgrade a few Customer Order invoices get stuck in state Printed. Analysis results in the conclusion that two posting rows are missing, neither VAT posting nor the AR-account posting are present. Consequently the error message is that the balance in accounting currency is above the set tolerance level. This has happened to twelve of 53 invoices for seven customers, never more than two one day, not more than four to one customer. Only one customer has only one invoice during this period, all the others have several invoices with successful postings.

M4 creates C/C unbalance, Customer Order Direct Ship

On the Customer Order Direct ship transaction flow the M4 postings result in unbalance on the cost centres. Is this a bug or have we set up the transaction in error? If so what?

Adding a image in Crystal Reports

Apps 10 UPD19.Hi All,Quick question if I may, I have added a .png file (image) in a Crystal report. In the Crystal Report tool, I am able run a ‘Print Preview’ and can see the image in the report but when I run the  same report within IFS, the image does not appear..I can confirm that I have deployed the report and re started the Crystal services but it is still the same.Any idea why?James

Dispatch Console Task Card

Hi there, is there a way to bring in specific fields in the task card on the gant in console that we need to see to make dispatching a bit more simple? We have our own Order number we want to see in here, that is tied to our master system.

Cost code on work task for maintenance purchase requestion

We have a scenario at a customer who wants to record WIP for work task transactions.  Everything works as expected using cost code rules.  The only issue that we are facing is that the maintenance purchase requisition which invokes M91, M92 and M93.  We understand that when the invoice is matched TP3 overtakes M93, but the issue is if all other transactions are going to WIP when transacted but the MPR costs are not going to WIP for M91 since the control type is not available on M91.  This issue is related to work orders not connected to projects, since projects has the GP3 functionality but the work task does not have another posting control that we can find.  Has anyone faced this issue and if so how did you resolve it?See below example. Issue- Work task cost code rule is not applied for external purchases in work order (maintenance purchase requisitions). Test steps- Define below work task cost code. Lost Sales Quotation Lines

When we set the status of a quote line to “LOST” the total value of the Sales Quotation is not reduced. Once the line is lost, it cannot be edited. We would expect the total value to be reduced by the value of the lost line.Any suggestions on how to handle this?

MOBILE_WORK_ORDER_LTU permission set is missing in 24R1

MOBILE_WORK_ORDER_LTU permission set is missing for 24R1 in the share point. Is there a change in process on how to get this permission set for 24R1. Setting defaults in print dialog

Hi, I want to set the date/number formatting to en-GB in a report dialog but it set to en-US in reports. I added a report rule to set this up but it didnt work. The customer is in cloud 21R2. Please check below what im missing.ThanksRoshanga

Transferring data to the FSS

There is a customer who had already migrated documents into IFS Cloud File Storage using "Cloud File Storage Migration Tool".  After  upgrade database and import it into IFS Cloud Use Place, will the previously migrated documents be retained in File Storage?IFS Documentation (https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/24r1/030_administration/210_cloud_file_storage/fsmigtool/#configure_the_target_environment_with_all_file_extensions) states the following steps as part of document migration process:     Overall process of migrating filesAnalyze data in the source database or Shared and FTP repository folders Decide what to migrate and not Migrate the data (what this tool does) Delete migrated data from the source database (example scripts provided) Export meta data from fss_file_tab (documented here). Link Substitute Schedule to Cycle Schedule

Good day.  I would like to link a Substitute Schedule to a Cycle Schedule.  Both have been set up.  However, when I want to add the Substitute Schedule to the Cycle Schedule, the fields that need to be populated refers to the “Shift”.  The Shift Window covers basically a Shift Name and Description.  What are the steps to link a Substitute Schedule to a Cycle Schedule?  Many thanks.

Project Currency for Budgeting and Forecasting

Hi,When attempting to create a project forecast with snapshot, error message is displayed about currency errors.After checking for the error, it was found that Project Currency for Budgeting and Forecasting is not defined in the Project even though Project Currency Rate Type is mentioned. This seems to be a technical error that system allowed to save data without Project Currency. The Project is in Started state, so it seems there is no option to define this currency. Can anyone suggest any solution.

Topic environment for 24R1.0 fails with no errors in log

 I’m trying to upgrade a customer environment to 24.1.0. All is well until I get to create the topic environment. I’ve tried that step twice and everytime the environment creation failed.The strange thing about this is that there’s no obvious error in ifs_ant_generateddb log file. Every time the process seems to be killed during code generation (every time the piece of code generated was different).I’m wondering if there’s anyone experiencing the same weird behaviour?On the 10th of June it failed when trying to generate the code for ObjectPhysicalCountHistory.clientOn the 11th of June it failed when trying to generate the code for PartCostBucketVariance.client

Wildcard search on LOV is not working for Numeric fields

There seems to be an inconsistency with how wildcards are handled in LOV (List of Values) searches. Currently, wildcard searches using characters like "%" don't work correctly for LOV fields containing only numeric values. The system should handle numeric LOV fields in Search just like it handles regular table fields in Search/Filter, allowing wildcard searches for better filtering options.

FSM 6 Lookup Default Value

Hi, Trying to add and set the field ‘contact.status’ as a drop down on the PLACECONTACTLOOKUP screen in the search criteria and default it to ‘Active’ contacts only. Tried setting the Default Value field in the properties for the control to the required value (AC for Active) but the default value doesnt show when the lookup screen appears.  What have a i missed?

Error in posting proposal for difference in tax code

Hi, In IFS the Tax Code can be set on supplier level. Whenever using a different tax code in the supplier invoice it's not possible to proceed that invoice in the posting proposal whenever the tax code is blocked at supplier level.The following error will appear in that case:“You are not allowed to enter a tax code with tax type No Tax/Calculated Tax together with a tax amount. Please either change the No Tax/Calculated Tax tax code to a Taxable tax code or revise the tax amount to 0 for Item No 1”However, whenever tax is allowed (for example 21%) on supplier level it's possible to proceed the supplier invoice without any error message.Why doesn't this error occur in both scenarios, so also when a tax free code (0%) is used with a tax code on supplier level?
