Issue with Task After Commitment Expiry

When tasks are created with a commitment and then fixed to a time and date just outside of this, they remain visible until the commitment status changes to "Expired" when the commitment date and time is reached, at which point they disappear from the GANTT chart. The only way to restore them is to ensure the commitment period is extended at least until the planned time and the status remains "Active".

Is it possible for the task to remain in PSO when the status changes to "Expired", or does this contradict the planning rules?

Still looking for insights on this - should tasks remain visible in PSO after commitment expiry, or does that contradict planning logic? Appreciate any input!
