Hi,When using the distribution assistant by following the right click-->document distribution path from the document revision screen, the list is always empty for persons and groups. why is it caused? Does anyone have any information?  checked the following headings.“inactive for document distribution” option is not checked for all persons. All persons are defined in Document Management\Basic Data\Persons screen. 

This customer is currently using FSM 6 r22 and upgrading to r29. When booking appointments they are currently seeing offers in server time - which happens to be US Eastern time. They want to see the times default to customer time. Can I do that in Smart Client? 

Hi Experts,I have been trying to test PSO-IFS cloud scheduling and wanted to automatically create a work assignment to a resource. So far PSO workbench as well as cloud show me that a resource is allocated, but it does not neither change its status to committed in PSO work bench nor automatically creates a work assignment in cloud. Then i enable dataset to support ‘schedule dispatch service’ still no change in status.When i refer to documentations, i am not fully understood even if i enable SDS service, still a user should manually create the work assignment in cloud client ? (screen shot 1). But then again it states about ‘Commitment Rules’. (screen shot 2) and with commitment rules SDS automatically do the assignment ?Screen shot 1Screen shot 2 

Hi,I wonder if anyone have used Supplier Warranty on a workorder in Cloud 23R2 . When trying to use Supplier warranty I don’t manage to have it working.On the warranty I have marked that the material should be paid by the supplier and that the personal cost should be paid by us. I have added the supplier on the Parties tab and added the warranty for the same supplier under the warranty function as well as on the workorder.After setting the workorder to work done I can see that the issued material have created two lines under the Sales tab (and that is the way is should be) but the time report have created a line as well under the sales tab with a invoice value and that is not according to the warranty. After moving to Conclude work order view and created an Invoice Preview the line for personnel cost is still visible and marked with a sales price and included in the invoice.My expectation is that the personnel should not be included in the invoice to the

Hi, I have an issue where a user (coordinator) creates orders that suddenly stopped following the Purchase order prefix starting with “P”. As you see below the user has created orders starting with P but the orders started inheriting the Requisition numbers (179 and 189 below.) .  User is in coordinator group “K” Coordinator groups looks like this where “K” should have prefix “P” för purchase orders. Does it have to do with Purchase roder no 99 in some way?  Thanks! BREmma

Hi,       I am trying to create a lobby element to show demand vs current stock in specific locations instead of whole site. I have a data source that shows all current demand for site and to filter when demand qty > beginning onhand stock. I can’t figure out how to direct the search just to specific locations or warehouse.Have tried adding various API.get info arguments but can’t seem to get it right. Looking to have a value that will show Demand Qty > Stock in “X” location. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

As the title says, is it possible to add new lines to an existing PR where all lines are approved…. without revoking the authorisation?A real example, is where we had to add a new freight/delivery cost line to the PR at a later date.This is pretty annoying for our team who need to add a new line to a PR, and get the manager to then authorise previously authorised lines. It raises a lot of questions as to why are we doing this again.

Dear IFS Team,we are going to use our IFS Cloud 22R2 remote installation for b2b with our suppliers.B2B itself seems to be working fine, however we see 2 following issues with B2B login.Login Screen - application login screen is offering Azure SSO and basic authentication too, considering b2b users are mainly using public access as they are external partners we see that as quite danger from security point of view.  Landing page - there is only 1 common IFS Cloud landing page available for all users (standard users and b2b users). Since permission set FND_WEBENDUSER_B2B  is allowing to login b2b client as well as standard client too, it might be confusing for the b2b users. Hi!I have a question regarding the intrastat report. On Intrastat export lines the new requirement of having the Opponent Tax Id has been implemented as a bugfix via BUG 161186.Information for this new field is fetched from the customer order line and if empty from the customer order.The legal requirements of the field is that the reported Tax Id must follow the parts location - i.e. the Tax Id must be fetched from the Delivery Address, However IFS functionality is such that the TAX Id is fetched from Document Address. This is especially a problem if the customers delivery address is located in another country than the document address.Is there anyway I can resolve this? Am I missing something in the setup? Or is this a bug in IFS?

Is there any documentation on the Place Merge functionality for FSM 6 that details the scope of the data that it touches?  We need to better understand all of the data that is impacted if we were to merge Place records via Place Merge or determine if we need to take a custom/hybrid approach.Our company is currently going through a major ERP consolidation/modernization project.  All existing customer #s sourced from the old ERP system will be converted into the new ERP system which will result in brand new customer #s (there will be a reference to the old customer#) which will be integrated back down to our FSM 6 (update 25) platform.  Because of this, we will need to update all of our existing data (open Requests, some historical Request data, Contracts, Product records, customer pricing data, etc) so that they are using the new customer #s sourced by our new ERP system. Is the Place Merge an appropriate process to perform this mass conversion of 130k+ PLACE records? A

 We have configured ADHOC Reports and change the App Parameter ADHOC_ROW_LIMIT to 20000, when we extract one report (AUDIT_REPORT), the number of rows is limited to 10K.Even we tried to set the App Parameter MAX_ROWS to 20 but no error, nothing changes in the report. Is it possible to extract more than 10K of rows at ADHOC Reports?If yes, then how to set the limit please suggestThanks In Advance

I recently came across a scenario wherein the Reserved/Picked/Connected Source Qty for a shipment line is greater than what is present on its source customer order. There is no ambiguity in Order lines history still unable to get how this happened. Has anyone faced this earlier? Pick by Choice option is already set to ‘Not Allowed’. This is Apps 10 version. Thanks. 

The New Volume on Purchase Order Line seems not to be calculated correct when Inv UoM is not equal to Purch UoM.The line calculation is only done for 1 package and not for the total of the Quantity (BUY_QTY_DUE).Therefore the Net Volume on the Purchase Order Line is wrong and also the PO’s Total Net Volume. Master Part has default UOM : ST (pcs) and New Volume per “pcs” has a value.In the below example I would expect to have a Line total Volume Net 0,08 for Line No 1, and not 0,04 which is the value if buying only 1 package.Same issue also applies to the New Weight.Anyone having the same issue? Or how we missed anything in the BDR setup? 

There’s a customer order, connected to a shipment. Each customer order line has a quantity of 6,336 (Approximately 6,000). The shipment has handling units, and each handling unit has a capacity of 96 units (approximately 100). The sales part is a serial part and total quantity is serialized. The following steps are performed.Manual reservation of customer order line - the quantity of 6,336 manually reserved in the form of handling units - Duration 1.5 minutesUnreserve customer order line - The total quantity reserved above, was unreserved - Duration - 2.15 minutesCreate pick list manually - A pick list was created for one order line manually. Even though the duration was 50 seconds, the create picklist activity keeps executing in the “Create pick list for customer orders” for about 3 minutes. But when I checked the shipment, the report picking option is enabled. Report picking of picklist lines (Pick by choice one Handling Unit) - Duration 2.1 minutes.

Many manufacturing companies sell complete products, but actually manufacture and ship the main components and do the final assembly on site at the customer. Main reason to do so, is when the complete product requires a lot of transportation volume. A good example is a furniture manufacter selling tables. The table legs and top are manufactured and shipped. On site the table is assembled.So, I want to sell and “make” a table, but actually manufacture, pick, pack and ship the main components. Often these type of companies work with CtO and DOP. What would be the best way to implement this type of manufacturing in IFS Cloud? 

Hello,I have a question regarding IFS Cloud measurements registration for the parameter with value type Accumulated. As I see, that when parameter type is Accumulated, then system allows to register measurement value in one of the fields: New Delta Value" or "New Reading Value" - both of them are active:Is really it should be like that? When parameter type is Limited, then only the field “New Reading Value” is active for filling in, and it is ok.Why for parameter type Accumulated are active both fields? In our opinion should be active only “New Delta Value”.We tried to register measurement information for the same test point one time in one field, the other time in the other field and do not understand the rules how calculation of “Last Value”, “Last Data Value” and “Total Value” is executed in such cases:

I wanted to create a Purchase Requisition against the assignment in mWO (Cloud), it does not show any purchase parts when I try to create the requisition. Do we need any additional setup? I have scheduled to run Refresh All Inventory Parts and Refresh All Purch Parts and also executed them before initializing the mobile still no parts are showing when trying to create the requisition (system has Supplier for purchase parts in the same site)

Hello all,The customer I am working with will be using project roles as part of their purchase authorisation workflow. As part of our testing, we have purposefully not assigned or created project roles to understand the impacts of the authorisations if we have missing basic data. It is a concern that as a result of not having project roles/project roles assigned, the purchase order correcty identifies the authorisation rule ID that should be triggered, however the system is not able to pull through the authorisation steps. This means that we are then allowed to release the purchase order as the authorisation rule does not get triggered. Our expectations would be that if there is missing basic data, but the correct authorisation rule ID is being identidied on the PO, that the system would error upon the release of the PO.We had also attempted creating a ‘Catch All’ authorisation rule (all parameters switched on) to see if the system would instead id

Is there a way to monitor Page Designer context changes in Cloud?We have an issue in a live environment where one page gets changed multiple times a day so they cannot run the business flow without republishing that page.So we would like to monitor when it gets changed.
