We are trying to run DDMRP on manufactured and purchased parts.  The quantity calculation is perfect, and is lifting the stock out of the yellow zone, with a requisition due in 13 days time (the lead time).  However, it is ignoring any other requirements further out in time - here there are two orders, one due in March, and the other in May.  I would like to see req's for these as well as they will then become part of the Machine Load per work centre.  Without this, sudden capacity demands may be invisible until the order date reaches the lead time.  

We are having an issue on Cloud 24R2 querying GL Voucher Rows Analysis. If we use Edge, and input certain criteria (ie often ‘Year and Period’ or ‘Year and Project’), we are given an error when we click Search: GLVoucherRowsAnalysis/List (server error)Database error occurred. Hi ,We crated Data load run definition for IFS_EMPLOYEE_ANALYSIS Tabular model and getting below error.SSIS LOGWe noticed that the ID defined in the DIM is created with Company^Structure ID^Code^Valid To.But IFS oracle database can have multiple records  for above combination and this caused the error in Data load run.Can we add parent_org_code into the below ID to make this a unique record?Tried to add Parent_ORG_CODE using below window and it is not available to add  as the 5th Dimension ID Many thanks for your inputs on this issue.Best regards,Uvini

I have encountered an issue with the character limit, where it seems possible for a user to input up to 100 characters in the "Use Defined Row Length" and "Max Row Length" fields. I tried to find a REST API for application message handling but that existing ones could not create a message.(22R2)Do you know a way to do this?

If the service technician forgets to share the service report with the customer or forgets to save it, there is no way to generate the service report again, if the assignment is no longer in mWO.There should be a way of creating a service report in the Cloud without developing a report. This could possibly be solved by another wish, i.e by auto-attaching a service report to the assignment, which will be synchronized to IFS Cloud.

Anyone seen this Mixed Payment error? The payment amount and the matched amount have different signs in the lump sum transaction number.    The lump sum transaction number column is blank for all lines in this mixed payment. All of the payments are the same sign as the Inv/Prepayment that are being applied/matched.

Hello,IFS Cloud: CRM access groupREPRESENTATIVES :When I click on Find, User List contains some list of users.How could I know where are these people saved ? Is there any special User group or Permission Set (End User Role) or something ?  If People are Part of Permission Set, they should have access to specific pages or being able to do something more than others ? Thanks for help :-)

There are missing some columns in record type H which are available in database - for example LOCATION_ID and TAG_NUMBER (available in FA_OBJECT_TAB, not available in external file column definition). Does anyone know why in IFS Cloud (23R2) it is no longer possible to use the Type Code “Purchased (raw)” for configured parts? The error message is attached.In Apps10 it was possible. Also existing configured parts with Purchased (raw) are being processed without issues in IFS Cloud. We have several distribution companies which order the CTO parts from out manufacturing main company using the inter company purchase order. No issue there.Any insight into this would be highly appreciated.Thank you in advance!Catherine

Hi,I want to perform cyclic scheduling for certain activities in IFS Cloud.While setting up the scheduling dataset, I can see cyclic value in the process type of the input reference. However, the scheduling document states that it is not supported in the current version, and I am also unable to find the fields related to RAM_Modelling_Pattern.Which version of IFS Cloud supports cyclic scheduling?or Is there any way I can perform cyclic scheduling? For example, I want to deliver materials to customers based on cycles. How can I create an activity for a customer, assign it to the same resource for all cycles, and ensure the materials are delivered.

Hi Community We use serial tracked part rentals. When we have a, say, a large PO, we need to manually enter quantity 1 for each line. That's a lot of work. Is there an easy way to automate this?  Thanks,Asela

Hello, we are on Apps10, update 20 using IEE and we are starting to test applications with Windows 11 23H2.  We are unable to use SSO right now so we use DB authentication.  One difference I noticed is that the logon dialog no longer displays the password reveal icon (eye) on my windows 11 machine.Has anyone else noticed this or can someone explain what might be causing that? Thanks,Mary

I can’t seem to save every Business Mail as I want to. Basic emails that I send from CRM Panels work fine. The Mail Body’s save fine such as this:  However, more complicated emails get turned into HTML in the Mail Body in IFS. How can I view these more complicated emails in IFS? Here are my CRM Default Values: 

Hi, In App9 we had Lobby Element that used Multi Series in Line Chart. It seems that Multi Series does not work in Cloud any more (we are on 23R2).Here you can see how it looked in App9 and i Cloud. I’ve created a simple example. Can anybody help me? What do I do wrong? Or is it Bug?The Split on column does not work properly. Any idea why?   

Hi, This is related to error when generating absence for people who has change of position/assignment. Context: Take this example - Employee E103111 has change of position multiple times within the company but his employment start date is 15/12/2022. See below screenshot:  What the HR person normally do to fix this is to temporarily change the latest assignment of a person to match with the person employment start date. Which is super inconvenient for them.This thing has been an unproductive issue for a long time, but we do not know any better solution exist.Imagine if there is more than 100 people to generate absence and half of them need to do this temporary change, it is a nightmare.Please share or propose any better solution for this problem. 

Hi all, We upgraded touch apps server from 10.10.301  to 10.20.497 . after upgrade i could access admin portal of touch apps(with new upgraded version). but unable to login IFS AURENA scanit 10 client device ,it showed below error every time when we tried to loginw3wp.exe Error: 0 : ERROR_PROGATED_SYSTEM_EXCEPTION:Stream was not readable.what can be the reason? Hi Expertise, I'm currently experiencing an issue with one of our internal environments where the MWO app is displaying an error message upon access.So far, I have:Reinstalled the Touch App service. Checked for any disk utilization issues on the hosted servers. Hi All, i’m not sure what is exactly going on here so I thought to see if anyone has a suggestion on what is happening. Situation:We have Service Contract ‘8’ I added a couple of Service Lines Each service lines is associated with some Objects through the Scope tab Service Line ‘3’ has 1 object using the ‘Use Line on Structure’ option enabled (see printscreen - I also added a shot of the Eq Obj Navigator so you can see what objects are included in the structure of Object RTI250115-001) NBow I go to my PM Actions. I already created 3 PM actions for 3 objects belonging to that tree structure (Object Id’s ending in -003 / -004 /-006). Now I also want to create a PM action for Object -006 connected to Service Line 2 but this seems impossible. IFS will not allow me to select that combination.When I select Service Line 2, the drop down is limited to Objects ending in -001 / -002 / -005 = the objects that were not previously used. Why is that? Why would that limit my selection? P.S. I did alr
