I want to create a new configuration from customer order or sales quotation.
But the create function is disabled.
What can be the reason?
What to do?

Please check whether following conditions are meeting:
- Configuration Id for selected line should ‘*’ or null.
- Line status should be Released.
- Order status should either be Planned or Released or Resereved or Partially Delivered or Picked or Blocked.
- Part should be Configurable (refer below screenshot).
