Hello everybody,

I want to create a new configuration from customer order or sales quotation.

But the create function is disabled.

What can be the reason?

What to do?

 

 

 

Hi ​@Link,

Please check whether following conditions are meeting:

  1. Configuration Id for selected line should ‘*’ or null.
  2. Line status should be Released.
  3. Order status should either be Planned or Released or Resereved or Partially Delivered or Picked or Blocked.
  4. Part should be Configurable (refer below screenshot).
