It appears the Excel Migration procedure in Data Migration in IFS Cloud 23R1 no longer supports migration into Custom LU’s. This was always possible in Apps 10. This is a very useful piece of functionality that should have been uplifted.
Does anyone know why this change has been made, and if there is a workaround, without having to resort to CREATE_TABLE_FROM_FILE/MIGRATE_SOURCE_DATA jobs as users will not be comfortable with that?
IFS Cloud Excel migration is different solution than what was there in APPS10. This feature not yet in IFS Cloud Excel migration until 23R2 and will be in future release.
migrate_source_data should be working with Custom LUs

not sure it can help you but instead of Excel migration you can use CREATE_OUTPUT_FILE and INSERT_OR_UPDATE data migration procedure that enable you to export and import texte file (like csv for instance) even if it is a for a CLU (I jsut tested it on one of our CLU and it works ok)

We are currently using IFS app 9 and some of the users do use the Simple Data migration Tool. So they use xls files to load data into IFS.
Now I'm looking for a similar tool in IFS Cloud and was going through different threads in this community. It seems the future is available in 24R2, but I cannot find any comfirmation on this.
Can anyone tell if it is yet availbale?
