Can buttons be added to IFS Cloud welcome screen?

Hi Community,We are currently preparing for IFS cloud transition, and we are curious to know if the Inventory Negative On Hand functions differently in IFS Cloud application then it does in IFS Apps 10?Any input and comments will be deeply appreciated!Many thanks as alwaysMesh 

 Hi Community,MWO user is trying to initialize his device and received this message “initialize data waiting for Grouped push”. Now the device is taking hours to initialize. Is there a way to bypass this so that the device can complete initialization?   Thanks for your input or suggestion Mesh 

 We are  trying to create test the MCPR flow in APPS10 version. Trying to send an invoice from company 105 to 155 for time booking. We have the customer and supplier records as below,       When trying to create the invoice from ‘Multi-Company External Supplier Invoice’ window gets the below error.  

​​​​​​Hi, Has anytnig  changed in that topic? Is there  any way to force the system  to  take the tool for calculations?   If we have 1 tool that we used for manufacturing several products and we have  1 work center with several resources that this tool can be used.  How can I set the system not to schedule this product at the same time?   

On our Accounts Payables lobby screen there are 21 invoices showing errors on the final posting proposals page that have been locked in there for years and they will not clear. They are all paid posted, however they all include this error: (Apps 10 EE) We are moving to Cloud in February and have a testing space currently where they also migrated over to this environment. I had read that it could be a bug, but it wasn't the same specific error so i’m not 100% sure. If this is the case and it is a bug, will it resolve itself once we fully transition to Cloud?  

Hello IFS family, As we have a standard functionality in ‘Inventory part in stock’ screen to print barcode we want to have the same functionality on Transport task line, first of all is that feasible? I tried creating a custom menu for the same and stuck here, as in the process to trigger a barcode from a data line when we click on the custom menu a new barcode Id needs to be generated and stored in the ‘inventory_part_barcode_rep’ view as it works for the existing functionality. But I checked and this - ‘inventory_part_barcode_rep’ is in read-only state as seen below, so how do I add the data for triggering the data. Please suggest a way out of this or maybe a tot

 Is there a way to set the series ID on the customer payment page in APPS 10 to a different default? We’d like it to default to CD. Thanks, 

Why does it take 4 hours each for creating Sanity build and ordering a delivery environment?  This is a significant amount of time.Can anything be done to improve the timing?

In the Print dialog I’m trying to preselect Print To File with a Report Rule.  The preselection works but I do not get up the Save As window as I do when I manually check off Print to File. What am I missing? 

Hi Community, If we calculate the currency revaluation for the whole year at the end of period 12 instead of monthly, is there any system issues? Would the system allow it? I had couple of testing and noticed that for Balance sheet accounts total balance is revaluating.Appreciate your support on this. Best regards,Thakshila

HI, I have been trying to migrate data into the Organisation Units screen and im getting the below error, even though it has a value in the temp table. ORA-20124: Error.NULLVALUE: Field [SUP_ORG_CODE] is mandatory for Company Org and requires a value. select * FROM IFSAPP.IC_BTG_ORG_UNIT_LOAD_TAB Please help?ThanksStacy

Is it possible to add Custom Fields onto B2B portals? And not just to display information, but also allow the B2B licenced user to fill the field out.  Here the question is specifically around Supplier and SubContractor B2B portals, but could apply for any B2B portal?

In shop order operation using IFS Apps10 we have assigned the operation to 2 employees with different labor class. I found that in estimated cost for the shop order the labor cost is taken from the labor class of operation line level and not from assigned employees. how this point can be resolved?Thank you.

Hi all, I have a hierarchy (parent) with more than 200 customers (child). Instead of linking my assortment to the 500 customers, I would prefer to link it to the hierarchy. In this way, the (child) customers would inherit the parent's assortment.I should point out that I can't link it to the sales prices because the prices are linked to a daily quotation.Thank youSoumia

We are currently using IFS Apps 9. After updating one of our users' laptops to Windows 11 Pro, we noticed that the text boxes in IFS Apps have changed. The borders are now grey and underlined, instead of the traditional black outline they had previously in windows 10. Windows 11:Windows 10  Is there a way to revert this change and restore the original appearance of the text boxes in Windows 11?Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,I’m currently facing an issue with Excel migration where empty values from the Excel sheet are overwriting existing data in our IFS application. Specifically, I want to prevent fields from being updated with empty values.
