Hello,For one of our Remote IFS Cloud 23R2 Customers, we are trying to setup SMB storage. The SMB share was created by the Customer’s IT team and we are trying to configure the parameters in the ifscloud-values.yaml file by following the guide. ( https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r2/070_remote_deploy/400_installation_options/120_file_storage_for_remote/122_installation_guide/#activating_file_storage_service) The MTinstaller is successful but the ifs-file-storage pod is stuck at Init State.  Values on Config file

Dear R&D,Since 24R1, filtering options on lobbies look like this. In the former releases, this was reserved to page parameters configuration hopefully. This is so ugly with data types displayed I’m sure this is not intentional. Could you confirm, and if so, I’ll create a support ticket right away ?  In the recent past, we used to see this :

The issue does not recur in the IFS environment or when we try to access the customer environment, because labeling of documents is not mandatory for IFS Microsoft Office. Hello, We are using PSO integrated with Cloud. We created multiple resource groups in Cloud mostly for filtering purposes in PSO. Before, I could see all resource groups as skill in PSO, but in the last couple of days it is not possible anymore.  I am only seeing the resource groups which come as resource demand on the request task.I have checked in the audits and it seems that all resource groups do come as skill from Cloud.I am also not able to see the resource details anymore, so I cannot check the resource skills. I don’t know if it is related to the issue or not.Did someone encounter this or do you know if I am missing something? PSO 6.13IFS Cloud 24.1.1

Is it possible that we can run balance reconciliation process before time card transactions are authorized ? Is there a way or setup that allows us to reconcile without time being authorized for that particular day ?

Hi All,I’m reaching out regarding a scenario we're encountering in IFS Apps 10 with PSO.We often have situations where engineers are unable to complete work tasks for various reasons. As per the standard process, these work assignments are marked as incomplete. Our goal is to reuse these incomplete work tasks for an engineer to perform a return trip without creating a new one.Currently, our approach involves adding a new resource demand line to generate a new allocation in PSO. However, this method creates a problem: the new allocation becomes a co-requisite of the previous one and thus cannot be scheduled by PSO.I’m looking for suggestions or best practices on how to handle this scenario more effectively, ensuring that we can schedule and manage return trips for incomplete tasks smoothly.Thank you for your assistance!Best regards,Wayne

Hi,We have a requirement to create Functional Objects via Migration Job.  The job should also insert Belongs to Object and Contract.In Cloud, while creating Migration Job (tried with Excel and Migrate Source Data) on EQUIPMENT_FUNCTIONAL, the columns SUP_MCH_CODE (Belongs to Object) and SUP_CONTRACT (Belongs to Site) not at all visible in Column mapping.We tried using modify Method to update these columns, but still it is not updating and Migration Job ending with an error as belowAPI Methods used: EQUIPMENT_OBJECT_PARTY_API.Modify__ Also used this method, EQUIPMENT_FUNCTIONAL_API.MODIFY__ , but in both cases it ended with same errorError:ORA-06550: line 1, column 43:PLS-00225: subprogram or cursor 'MODIFY__' reference is out of scopeAny thoughts or idea really helpful on thisThanks,Nishith

Hi All,How to activate variables as a result of analysis? 

We’re trying to implement alerting around the service that loads work into PSO daily. To do this, we’d like to better understand what an internal ID of 0 represents. In some cases, it seems to indicate success (e.g., when creating unavailabilities), while in others, it suggests a failure (e.g., when bad data is loaded into PSO).We've noticed that PSO returns a 0 after our daily loads when a record results in a duplicated key (bad data). Are there any other reasons why a LOAD to PSO might return a 0 besides this scenario?

Dear IFS R&D,we are using General Ledger tabular model and PBI reports on top of that (BS and IS). It works fine for Oriflame Group purposes, however we would like to use it for statutory purposes too. Since we are using IFS Finance globally, our Oriflame entities (approx. 70 companies) around the globe are using global (Oriflame Group) Chart of Accounts (CoA). The translation to entity local CoA is done via attribute on Code A (COALOC is the code of the attribute).Then 2 kind of statements (BS, P&L) are usually needed for global business:Group/global BS and IS - in our case based on codeA value, which is feasible to do with current tabular model Entity local BS and IS - based on Attribute value (COALOC) which is not feasible to reach with the current model.Therefore we propose to enhance tabular model with a possibility to see the hierarchy of BS and P&L (accounting structure and balances) by Attribute V

hello everyone,The issue arises when I try to link a particular shipment part (PO for that project) to a work order for the project—an error occurs. However, if the same part is attached to a work order for a different project, it functions correctly. I am trying to understand the posting types M187 and M189.M187: “Purchase charges, absorbed in inventory value”M189: “Arrival Charges”Both are setup to reflect the expected use:M187 to be the counterposting to M1 at arrival with a charge amount that should be included in the inventory value.M189 to be the counterposting of a charge not included in the inventory value.It seems I misunderstood something because that is not how it works. I gather M189 is doing what I expected M187 to do.So when is M187 applied? And for what use?SincerelyJonas

Hi all. I have been going through a ppt “Project Solutios Overview” and I have saw 2 buttons that I do not have in my enviroments.Currently, I work with 23R2 and 24R1 versions and in none of them I see the buttons shown below: What do I need to see that configuration? Is it necessary to have installed the Bussiness Reporter previously or if I don’t have the BR the buttons will not work but I would be able to see them? Thank you. Best regards Sergio.

Hi, Inventory Value Sum Report (Summarized Inventory Value Report) has option to include Parts in report. We used to do that back in IFS 8. Now it still prints Part numbers, but no part descriptions.Is there a way to include part descriptions? Already tried to figure making custom field but cannot figure out in which entity it would work and show up in report.
