Transport Task and parts in Transit - IFS Cloud

Hello everyone,

I have a query from a customer and would appreciate your guidance on how to handle the following situation:

1. A transport task was created for 10 pcs to be delivered to a specific location. Once the transport task was performed and the status was changed to Executed, only 9 pcs were needed at the destination.
2. The remaining 1 pc is still in transit, even though the transport task is marked as Executed.

The customer would like to return this remaining part to inventory. Could you please advise on the best way to resolve this and update the system accordingly?
