Hi,On Apps10 Enterprise Edition is it possible to auto-populate a custom field based upon what is inputted to another custom field?In the same way that when a customer ID is selected in the Project screen, the Customer Name is then auto-filled immediately (see below).I have a custom field that is a lookup; when it is clicked into by the user it brings up a lookup that searches for part numbers. When a part number is selected I want a second custom field to be populated with the default location of that part.Is this possible? I don’t think it is, only built-in IFS fields can do this but I want to confirm.Thanks you,  

is it possible to create a lobby to show missing timesheets, based on work hours and timesheets raised in period in IFS Cloud?

I am currently in the midst of testing the IFS Cloud IFS Connect Reader using SFTP. While I have conducted several successful tests with the known host file, I have encountered an issue when using the private key-public key pair. I am unsure whether this is a bug in the application or if someone has successfully used the private key to read an SFTP location via the IFSCloud Connect Reader. I would greatly appreciate any insights or comments on this matter.

Hi, I am currently having trouble with shortage handling in IFS Cloud. I’m trying to get the shortage notification to appear when I place a Customer Order in the scenario where there is no stock available to fulfill the order. I have enabled the Shortage Notification toggle on the Inventory Part and the Shortage Handling toggle on the Parameters for Supply Chain and Manufacturing page. I have checked to make sure there was no quantity on hand and also see the orders with shortages on the Handle Customer Order Shortages page. Is there anything I’m missing for this message to appear? Any help is appreciated!

Hello All, I have a question regarding the Supply Chain/Invoicing system in IFS that I cannot seem to find a solution for. A customer of ours has setup an online market place that they want us to start using to “shop” for better prices on component parts we buy for their products. Right now, we’re using IFS to generate PORs → POs → Arrival → Invoicing to satisfy demand and stock the components. However, they want us to be generation POs and invoices on their market place. I don’t see a way in IFS that this solution could be accomplished, as we would still have to generate a PO in our system and receive the stock in. We still need MRP to keep track of when we need parts. I had thought about putting in a $0 purchase order, but that would create a financial variance then that would need reconciled. I don’t believe this is something that could be addressed using VMI either. Not sure if anyone has come across this scenario before, but wanted to ask the community. Thank you!

Hello For the last 3 years we have issues when closing the IL. We are receiving the error message that parallel currency is not in balance and we are not able to create vouchers that are needed for audit. We can transfer the balance just not the create voucher function - We did have a fix that was to create a Q voucher posting to an SBAL account but we should not have to do this ?? We are on APPS 10 UPD 19 - All help gratefully received ! Many thanks in advance Paula 

I have been working for several months to upgrade our databases from 12c to 19c, but I am stuck on a particular issue that I cannot seem to resolve. I chose the manual method (expdp/impdp) as this is what is endorsed by IFS and recommended by the consultants. We get 2500+ errors during the import, most of which, the consultants stated can be ignored as they are 12c objects that are no longer in 19c, however, there are a handful of errors that reference our app owner and I feel they are related:Error during import:dbms_scheduler.enable('"PROCESS_ALL_PENDING"');COMMIT; END;ORA-39083: Object type PROCOBJ:""."RUN_JOB" failed to create with error:ORA-06550: line 8, column 265:PL/SQL: ORA-00942: table or view does not existUpon completion of the import phase, then installation of IFS, Batch Queues cannot be “Reinitialized” as they produce the error:"appowner". Hi Community,  I'm currently facing issues with ifs-ingress deployment in IFS Cloud 24R2. Several pods are showing problematic statuses. Please refer to the attached screenshot. This occurred after the mtinstallation. Has anyone encountered similar issues with ifs-ingress deployment in IFS Cloud 24R2? Hi,The current annual absence limit of the employee can be corrected using ‘Current Employment Correction’ under 'Absence Limit Parameters'.However, absence limits that are carried over in a carry forward absence type (unused absence hours of the last period) cannot be corrected.How can we correct absence limit of a carry forward absence type?We are using APPS10 UPD18.Thanks and best regards,Madeleine

Hello everyone,I would like to know what is the best use of the “Product family” field.The IFS standard description tells us that it is used “to group parts into product structures”. Does this mean that if I create a product family “A” that is also a finished item and associate it with this family, I can group all the semi-finished (manufactured) items that make it up? Also, in the help, they talk about grouping at level 0 in the master production plan. Can you explain this to me in detail?Thanks in advance

We would like to modify the installement plan on customer invoice after that the invoice has been created (modifi it on the customer order is not possible due to multiple constraints)We would like to be able to populate the installement plan information based on data on a custom entity.We are having difficulties doing that with BPA WorkflowThe isntallment information section is a bit touchy cause we must add/modify lines before registering other wise the register will not be possible. When opening the Installmeent plan and discounts page :  the batch request create the objkeyThe InstallmentPlanAndDiscVirtualSet generate the OBJKEY    Any idea on how to populate the instalement plan lines using workflow please? Thank you in advance

I now in the expression field i can write now() to get today’s date but how will I get a date which 7days in future.   Please help me here. 

Hi,The application and connection screens are not visible in my PSO login. What permission do I need to view the application screen and restart the service. I am currently using PSO 6.12 integrated with IFS CLOUD.

We need to add two new columns to the Inventory Part Barcodes Analysis screen in IFS ERP 9:  Login of the operator who printed the label Date and time We created a custom event, but it is not possible to trigger it when printing the report as nothing is changing during the printing process. As an alternative, we searched for a solution in the Report Archive. We noticed that in the Report Archive screen in IFS, each time we print the report, the two columns we need to add to the Inventory Part Barcodes Analysis are present. However, in the system info where the view and packages of the Report Archive page are displayed, it is empty.  

In recurring service we can generate request based on cycles. ex: Cycle 1-  4 weeks cycle, Cycle 2 - 8 weeks CycleIs there any option in PSO to cluster those request in same cycle and do allocations based on that

Hello Community,I have a question regarding the functionality of the Part Eco-footprint module in IFS Cloud (24R2).Does this module include a tool that can generate data on the total consumption of a specific substance over a given period?For example:- Within a manufactured part, various substances are defined, and based on calculations, we obtain the total quantity per substance according to the product structure (I assume, this quantity is per 1 unit of manufactured part)- This manufactured part is then sold via customer orders (OESHIP transaction), meaning different quantities of the manufactured part are delivered over time.- Our requirement is some summary value for a specific period (e.g., one month, two months, etc.), showing the total quantities of individual substances delivered within the dispatched quantities of the manufactured item.Does the Part Eco-footprint module provide this functionality, or is it necessary to create a report (Quick Report, BR, etc.)?The same logic wo

Hi all,From where I can download the “IFS Cloud Emissions Tracker” app. I downloaded “IFS sustainability planner” from MS store. But, it is different from “IFS Cloud Emissions Tracker”. Further, I have seen another app called “IFS Cloud Sustainability Hub”. Is that also a different app? Is there anyone who knows how to use all these aps?

How can I check an employee’s status for a specific date in a PL/SQL script? Is there an API call that will provide that information? I’m struggling to find it. I can find the call to see their current status, but what about a previous employment period?
