Hi, currently we are implementing Service Notes for a customer in cloud.We are looking to leverage Text Templates to provide some default choices when creating the Service Note.Currently we are missing:how we can filter the Text Templates by customer/site if there is a way to implement multi-language management for the same Text Template (i.e. create a Text Template with translations in different languages)Do you have any ideas on how to implement this in the current release?Or if this will be the subject of future releases?Thank you, Andrea 

We have completed RMA’s from customer order that were sourced as Int. Purchase Direct.  The RMA from the selling site , (ABC1) was created, and from the supply site connected to their RMA, (ABC2). ABC2 was received and closed at the supply site. The receipt was registered, and the RMA from the selling site, ABC1 was closed.  We have run credit invoices, printed arrival reports, supplier returns, return notes, everything is closed. Now I have that product in my available lines for shipments at the selling site with a source ref type of Purchase Receipt Return.  What am I missing that this is showing up in Available lines for shipment.  I am not shipping this back out, we credited the customer and it’s all wrapped up.  I’ve checked Register Direct Delivery to see if there is something I needed to “undo” and can’t see anything.  Any help on this is appreciated.  

Gone to replace the ssl certificate on the middleware server and I beleive to do this I run the ifsinstaller again but with the new certificate in the config file. When I go to run the installer it tells me it can't run as my kuberteties have now been depriciated and I should update by following the instructions. I can't find the instructions and I am worried my bin files are out of sync from the installed version. I have had a look at the build place but it only tells me the current version 23R1 but my install is still on 22R2. I have a backup of all the bin files but I don't know which ones relate to which version. Is there a list of which bins relate to which version?Product Version: 22.2.4

Hi all, we’re having an issue where users can’t print advance invoices (the users have Full access to the CustomerOrderInvoiceHandling projection).What’s happening: User navigates to Sales > Invoicing > Customer Invoice > <the invoice> User clicks on `Share` button User sees one of two messages, depending on the invoice (which seem closely linked): User <username> is not granted access to the Report CUSTOMER_ORDER_ADV_IVC_REP You are not allowed to execute the Report - Advance Invoice Both of these seem to indicate that the user lacks permissions for the Customer Order Advance Invoice Operational Report. However, I don’t know how to give them this permission - there’s nothing obvious in the Report Definition page for that report that suggests I can give specific permissions for it (I’ve assumed that if users had access to the calling projection, then that was all they needed).Any suggestions?

Hello All,to have a good overview I want to inform the planners about the load in pieces per workcenter per week. But I have not found a way to do this in IFS Cloud. Would this be a easy to do in a quick report or has IFS Cloud a functionality to do this? We only use MS scheduling.I hope someone has a good idea on how to arrange this?

(This is generated from the external supplier invoice -E-invoice process)This error occurs when the posting information tax code and the MSI header level tax code is not tallying.(Mismatch in the tax codes)if we manually change the tax codes this can be processed.But currently we follow the “match invoices with new PO receipts” job. Due to the transaction load unable to manually change the tax codes.Please suggest me how to avoid this error and avoid mismatch in the tax codes in the MSI.RegardsNaadira

But Our customer came up with the below question: Customer is on Remote(On Premise) Upgraded from APP10 to IFSCLOUD.  They are looking for migration of existing document attachments from the APPS10 environment to the cloud.In APPS10, customer utilized a shared repository for storing documents. However, as we transition to the cloud, they encountered a significant challenge: shared repositories are not supported in the cloud environment.The technical document also talking about migrate from database to File Storage Cloud File Storage Migration Tool - Technical Documentation For IFS CloudThey are looking for guidance on how we can migrate the existing documents from the shared repository in APPS10 to the database repository or the file storage in the cloud.Any Remote upgrade customer have these issues and How you resolved?

I was trying to build LTU permission sets where one of the option was to hide lobby over menu from the user . Tried creating a new context for the user, but the option to hide menu is not working. Is there anything we need to check more.

Hello, I have run into an issue with a hung POR in an Authorized (not closed state). Unfortunately, I was made aware too late and the project and activity have been closed for a long time. At this point, I am unable to cancel the POR, or disconnect the POR from the project. I’m looking for some way to resolve this, but I have found nothing. Hoping someone has seen this before and can provide some  guidance. Thank you!

I have a client who wants to increase the beginning Shipment ID # to a higher number. There is no Shipment ID option in the Coordinators Group to change this. Is there any known option of changing/increasing the beginning Shipment ID#?

Hi,Does anyone use openvpn mobile client along with mWO Service Engineer? Our mobile workforce use this combination to connect to Cloud 23R2. Occassionally, many of them run in to the following error upon log on to mWO.App reset doesn’t fix it. Only known work around is restarting the phone. Has been happening for many versions of mWO - which is why I think it could be related to the openvpn - but not too sure.TIA.  

 Hi IFS community,Need your advice. We have PO (925811) which is incorrectly raised and then has been cancelled. However, after cancellation of this PO, the PO reverse receipt is not done correctly causing incorrect balance for GL account. As per checked, it is due to different IFS taking different currency rate. Below is the screenshot for your reference. Kindly advice why this is happening and how to rectify  GL Voucher 24000057 is a voucher generated after PO (925811) is created. The highlighted is the transactionBelow is GL voucher 24000117 generated upon PO (925811) cancellation. The currency rate is 0.5987 rather than 1 which caused the debit and credit amount calculate differently Thanks,Mirza

Highly appreciate any advice/guidance  on below query Due to high number of  documents and media files (many Service Requests and Surveys  connected), Customer is looking for a solution to archive documents/media files older than certain number of days.After moving into Azure File Storage ,  Is there any way to transfer files from Azure File Storage to an External Storage?If yes, what is the IFS recommended approach   ? Also is there any storage limit or any archiving capabilities within the Azure File Storage?    Customer is IFS Hosted and using 23R2.Thank you!

For some reason when I export the logs and import the Network logs are lost but all others are there.Is there a setting I am missing?

Hello community, I am trying to define components in the page “Official Document Number Components” for a company. I have setup on company level the method and the Customer Invoice Creation Method as “Official document number”  but I can’t find the way to add a component in here. Has anyone been able to do it? Hello IFS Community,We are running into an issue when creating a depreciation proposal by object, but have no issues when depreciating by object group. When creating a new depreciation proposal, under Object Selection, we select Object and use From Object “%” Until Object “%”. After clicking Finish, a new depreciation proposal is created but no object appear under depreciation details. When checking the depreciation proposal log, it says on step 3 - “Nothing found for select criteria of current proposal”. This is unexpected behaviour because there are FA objects eligible for depreciation and they show up when we change the selection criteria to Object Group.This problem also appears when we use one single object number in From Object and Until Object.We are wondering if anyone else have experienced this before or if this is a bug in IFS Cloud (23R2).Thanks,Mark Detailed screenshots below:To demonstrate that objects should appear in the depreciation proposal, we will perform depreciatio

I have created a custom enumeration and used it for a new attribute, but I’m not sure how to make a filter available for it.   I can’t see the filter.   For the regular text attribute, I can see the filter.
