ADD IFS FIELD TO BUSINESS REPORT

Hello,1)   How could i add the 3 IFS fields into the information source “QFACT_CUSTOMER_ORDER_INVOICE_LINE”  please. ​​​​​​​ Is there a solution to use them in my BR with my information source “QFACT_CUSTOMER_ORDER_INVOICE_LINE” please  Thank you !

customer transaction report difference

Hi all,Our accounting department came up with difference on the report which is ifs’s standard customer transaction report(pdf).The report that I had a bit chance to review details and noticed that an advance invoiced was matched 2 payment separately.(currencies: invoice usd, payment usd, company eur)The transactions probably proceeded as follows: IFS converted invoice currency into company currency and calculated difference due to rounding. Then posting control pp13 worked and added line for the amount of difference. (fx gains)I think the report shows wrong value and wonder that someone might have experience similar problem. It should have shown as 418,12 instead of 418,14. There might be another difference.ps: For related account gl opening and closing report is not showing any difference.Here is the gl voucher details:Thanks in advance,

Hello, i have a question, when i add this parameter to the appearance configuration, it doesn’t put the image that i want, or any other image parameter is not working, can someone help? The parameter M-200-COLOR is not working either. With the best regards,Francisco Lopes

Exact "Order Date" not filtered in Purchase Orders

IssuePurchase Orders (page) > Order Date (field) – Not working correctly - PURCH This was supposed to be fixed in UPD23 but fixed in UPD24Steps:Go to "Purchase Orders" window > Populate all POsSearch from Order Date for "Exact Date". In my case I tried to search 9/14/2022 but no data found. Cause:The reason for this error lies in the database where the data is saved as "Timestamp" in the Purchase_Order table.Resolution:Based on the findings of the issue, a JIRA ticket (SCZ-25165) was generated to address it. The R&D team committed to resolving the ORDER DATE issue and incorporated fixes in the UPD23 release as outlined in the ticket. However, the error persisted in UPD23 but was successfully rectified in UPD24. The bug ID for this resolution is 168570.

Adding Custom Attribute to Notify Me - Purchase Order Approval Notification

Hello, Is it possible to add Custom Attributes to a Notification in the Notify Me App? The standard information shown isnt sufficient.I have a Custom Attribute in the PO header that holds key information that we would like to display in the Purchase Order Approval Notification that is sent to Notify Me.Any guidance would be appreciated ThanksJames

Send Email Flag from Sharing a Report in 23R2

Hello community! We’ve recently upgrade to IFS Cloud 23R2 from 23R1 and noticing the behavior of emailing from print buttons has changed. Prior to the update, by default the user’s email would be input on the print wizard, now our users have to select the “send email” flag each time they’re printing a report. Does anyone know of a way to revert the default behavior back to having the application permit the sending of an email by default? This wouldn’t save a ton of time per transaction, but it would save some time for quite a few transactions.

New Post: Automatically Backflush Component without a Shop Order when shipping.

Selling parent part number X and the manufacturing process is instantaneous when delivering the final product. Objective:Upon processing a delivery order, automatically backflush the component inventory without a shop order being processed. The final product would need to remain with the top level sale part numberIn other ERP systems, able to issue the component material directly to the delivery order with the proper configurations. I’ve attempted phantom at the component level but it seems it still requires a shop order to process. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Why Technicians are Restricted from Returning Parts to Other Warehouses?

For context, we have a site (Site A) with two connectedwarehouses: WH1 at location L1WH2 at location L2.Users are connected only to their specific warehouse (e.g., a user connected to WH1).When trying to return a part via a work order (WO), the "To location" dropdown only shows the location of the user's connected warehouse (in this case, L1 for WH1). However, technicians are unable to return parts to other warehouses (like WH2 at location L2).Why does the system restrict technicians from returning parts to other warehouses? Is there a way to configure or work around this limitation to allow returns to any connected warehouse?Thanks in advance for your help!

Choice of user group when submitting Instant invoice

This question has already been submitted but not answered apparently:If we print an instant invoice there is the option of the User Group and then voucher type.However if we send the invoice (E-INVOICE), we cannot choose it, so it selects default ones.But that is not acceptable as we may need to select normal invoice voucher type or credit invoice voucher type. So how can we select this option prior to sending ? So far the only way is to send the invoice in error and then select the right voucher type from Invoice in Error view.(NB: we are using APP10 Entreprise Explorer upd13)

Goods receips need to be created by matchi g invoice line quantities

GR’s for one of PO creates with total quantity of the PO lines and not by invoice lines , Here matching in this case not possible , do we need to correct the GR’s as per the invoice to complete matching  please help?

COMPILE_ERROR2: Error during compilation of LU ERROR54

 We are not able to publish the custom field created in transport task. Gives the error COMPILE_ERROR2: Error during compilation of LU ERROR54 when published.Also Presentation object is: None availableWe are facing the error in IFS TEST environment. Production works fine. Returns has lot no requirement with one part but not the other

In my customer environment, there are a couple of new parts that they have created.Now when we want to execute Returns on the MWO, it suddenly asks for a Lot Batch no: Whilst the Lot Tracking for that part is not enabled:Part No where MWO asks for Lot Batch No Now during prototype we had set up a different part to show case, which has a similar set-up to the part above: Part No where MWO does NOT ask for Lot Batch Noand for this one, MWO doesn't ask for a Lot Batch No.Here my returns work as intended and designed. Also in the inventory part records, there are no differences to be detected, other than the on hand quantity. This is shouldn't be an issue, seeing as the returned parts are Serial Object that are part of a structure. There are a couple of differences in the structure/serial objects such as customer vs company owned, objects that have been created via the service object screen vs functional & serial object screens, but they don't solve the issues that we are having, alrea

Custom LOV

Hi, is it possible to create a custom LOV in IFS APPS10? I want to use an LOV in a custom field that allows me to select a part location but I want to search by part number. I can’t find an LOV that does this. It displays the location but when I use “search” ,“part no.” is not available as a search field.

Parameters in Custom Menu URL

Hello Guys,Is it possible to use the variables :i_hWndFrame.xxxxx in the Custom Menu as a parameter ?My user is asking me to put some columns in the output of the Compare Manufacturing Structures but it is not possible. Then the only solution is to create something on out Intranet receiving parameters from the form. The part catalog record has already been changed

Hello.By updating a part catalog, I have the following error message :the part catalog record has already been changed. please refresh the record and reenter your changes Is that a native IFS error message? What can we do when such an error occurs? I have the same error by updating the record via sql developer. By refreshing the record, I saw no update.Thanks
