Hi, 

We’ve set up remote assistance in our cloud environment and encountered an issue when making a call between two members of the same group. The recipient does not receive a notification for an incoming call and only sees missed call in the call logs afterwards. 

Has anyone experienced this before? if so how did you resolve it?

To update the above, we believe this is related to users being registered with Single Sign On. Is this a known issue? Why would SSO prevent the call from being answered?

If we try between 2 users that are NOT SSO, it works. Any user that is SSO doesn’t work.
