Hi Experts,
We have created monthly forecast and used EAC workbench to transfer budgeted cost from one WBS activity to another and used Increase Budget amount. successfully managed to update the status to EAC Transferred on the Monthly Forecast. The monthly forecast is then approved.
Now if the monthly forecast becomes the basis for Budget update. We need to create a revised budget with reference to the Monthly forecast using copy from forecast option.
The forecast assistant ends in error - Project Forecast cannot be set to Reviewed when EAC workbench is in Progress.
Why is it taking the revised budget version to Reviewed? it should attempt to create it in Preliminary status and let the user update it. This is in IFS Cloud 24R2
Did anyone experienced this, and if yes, how are you updating the project budget? Manually?
