Hi, How can i use attributs from custom event in BPA workflow.in my example, it seems that the value of attribut are not available in the workflow. Display different load types differently

Hi all In the Shop orders operation menu, I have my selection of production orders for which I want to see the overall load.I select production orders by departmentIn my printout I have a global workload of 594h for W46 (including planned, requested etc etc production orders).When I remove the requested production orders, the graph falls back to 294h (this is normal).My problem is: I'd like to distinguish each load source in the graph (e.g. solid line for firm orders and dotted line for requested orders).How can I do this? I have this=> I want to do this to symbolise the load of the requisitioned shop orders

Is there an application table to track user login?

One of our App10 customers has a requirement to track user logins. This is part of an exercise, where they are looking to find out inactive accounts. Is there a way that we can fulfil their requirement through a SQL query (eg:- fnd_Sessions,Fnd_Client_Logon_Tab) without enabling DB auditing?

Attachments disappear on supplier invoices

Found attachments disappear after saving a posting proposal line when entering supplier invoices. It allows me to save a new attachment but when I click save after entering the voucher information the attachment is gone.

Temporarily Hold Customer Orders

Hi ,We are in IFS cloud 24R1. Our requirement is to put a customer on hold and stop all orders – regardless of the stage they are in – from going out shipment/delivery. Once the payment issue is resolved, we will hopefully be able to resume business with them and we would need to remove the hold. I am aware we have the option to “Manually block the order” but it should be done manually one by one. Is there a one time , temporary hold option?Many ThanksLK

Migration of non-inventory sales parts with JUST a tax class

Hi everyone,I’m unable to use a migration job to input a non-inventory sales parts with JUST a tax class. If I try, I get the following error… I can however, create one with JUST a tax code.The odd thing is that if you debug the sales_part_api call when using IFS, both tax class AND tax code are supplied i.e. from the debug attr'TAX_CODE'||chr(31)||''||chr(30)||'TAX_CLASS_ID'||chr(31)||'1'||chr(30)|| Can anyone share any light on why this is?

Custom Integration Projection and API's

Hello!We are working on some integration with Boomi and have run into a roadblock with a custom integration projection. We were under the impression that when you add two Entities to a custom projection that it would combine the data from those two entities into a single API. We need to pull the full address and the address type, unfortunately that information is in two different places. Here’s our Custom Projections - the Categories has disappeared, it was Integration, not sure why it’s not showing. We have out two entities, CustomerInfoAddress, CustomerInfoAddressType and we’ve done our Associations and Key Mappings. It’s published and when we go to API Explorer and look at the API Doc, we have API’s for each entitiy but not them combined. Neither one of these have all the information we need. Are we misunderstanding how the custom projections work or is there something wrong with how the API’s are being generated. I did a case to IFS asking this exact question and they told me to c

Selection on factor for Unit of Measure wrong?

Could anyone with IFS Cloud please verify if the same is popping up as at my place (I've checked two environments that are not connected, both IFS24R1)I want to see only the rows that have factor = 1. Quick Report SQL Parameter - read only & label enhancements

Hello experts,I have created a SQL quick report with a parameter that is called via a page command created in page designer. It is working as intended and I successfully pass the parameter and the report executes correctly with the right data. Super, happy camper! But how do I make the following 2 improvements to the parameter box that is displayed below when the Quick Report is started:1.Make the Parameter box ‘read only’ - so the value passed from the Page is non changeable2.Apply a ‘pretty’ description rather than the technical field name for the parameter that is currently displayed Thanks!

IFSAPP Reporting ren pod crash looping OOMKILLED

We have a barcode report that generate a report approx. 1800 pages with 3 barcodes on it. The result xml is around 16kb. When this report is printed to a logical printer the issues starts. The IFSAPP-REPORTING-REN prods starts crash-looping with OOMKILLED. The pod doesn't managed to update the status for the print jobs so it start all over again when it starts up ending up in a never ending loop of crashing the report rendering pod We have increased the memory for the pod from the default value 2GB to 6GB and we got the print out true, the pods used almost 5.8GB of memory to get i true.My question in IFS Appliction 8, 9 or 10 we had the system parameter to control the memory usage and utilize disk for the rendering process based on the xml result size Breakpoint XML size for when to format Report Designer reports in memory or using disk storage (kB) Reporting This parameter controls the Disc Cache. Unable to Approve MPL voucher

Hello,We are currently facing an issue where the MPL voucher has a balance in Parallel currency and as a result it is impossible to update the MPL voucher to the GL. IFS Version – APP10 UPD11PO created in currency EUR for an inventory part. Accounting currency of the company is USD & Parallel currency is NGN (Nigerian Naira).Parallel currency base for the company = Transaction Currency.GR done & inventory transaction has been transferred to Finance. MPL voucher stuck in Voucher Entry screen with Not Approved state. When you try to Approve you get the error “Voucher with status approved must be in balance”. As highlighted below there is a balance remaining in Parallel currency. Appreciate if anyone could advise what is the best way to fix this issue.

MWO - New revision of attached documents

We are having an issue with getting the new revision of a document to to MWO client.What we do isCreate a Work task and attach a document to a Work TaskTransfer the work task to MWOWhen the technician open the task, the document is visibleThe coordinator create a new revision of the document, now the new revision gets attached to the task in cloud, instead of the old one. However in MWO app, it is the old version still visible to the technician.We have setup the document class as a Mobile Document Class and Push to Mobile has been set to Yes.We are running Cloud 24R1 SU2.Thanks.@kathlk

Invoice date on customer invoice - error "Printing Invoice No 424440 cannot be processed. ORA-20105: InvalidVoucherDate.: The invoice date cannot be earlier than the latest printed invoice date within validity period for series."

Hello to the community, I have a question regarding a customer order (intersite CO) created in june that I want to invoice now. I create the invoice, and since date on invoice is date of order creation, I get the following message when printing customer invoice :“Printing Invoice No 424440 cannot be processed. ORA-20105: InvalidVoucherDate.: The invoice date cannot be earlier than the latest printed invoice date within validity period for series.” Does someone know how to tackle this issue ? I would like to know if there is a way to change invoice date to take date of today and not date of order? Thank you Tanya

Custom Enumeration on standard IFS attribute

Question, is it possible to use a Custom Enumeration (or other created LOV) and add it to a standard IFS attribute in the page configurator?We would like to have a stricter regime on an IFS standard attribute which is just a string column with no functionality. I.e. Document Title – ISO Classification. For this one case we already have created an “idea” which is accepted, ISO classification of Documents, which is good. But in general (for other cases) we would have liked to just create a Custom Enumeration and then connect it to the already existing IFS standard attribute (not a CF$ custom field) using the Page Configurator. Is this possible, and we have just missed it? Or is this not possible without creating a new Custom Attribute and hide the IFS standard column? If not possible, is there a reason, or is it something for the Idea board?

Create New Document - On Save - Release error

I have a few questions about the On Save - Release on the Document Revision screen. I was trying to create a new document revision and I selected the On-Save Release button. When I entered a Document Class and Title, I tried to save the Document Revision and got this error: How do we get the Security Checkpoints to support the On-Save Release Operation? Since I cannot test the On-Save Release, how do you check in a Document if the Revision is already Released?Thanks,Gregg

Digital Signatures, E-Sign, need for certificates?

I watched the you tube video and studied what I think is the extend of the information in our help documentation. In the old days, we needed to have a certificate registered for the person who is doing the signing. I don’t see references to needing a certificate in the help documents but I do see a Signing Certificates section within the Solution Manager. Is that what I’m thinking about?How does all the work? Do I need to have a person who is signing a document have to be registered as having a signing certificate. How about for Internal vs External Users?Is there a place when I can see the whole story behind the use and setup of this functionality? Patrick

Requirement for PR Authorization based on total amount of PR

One of our new clients implementing IFS Cloud requires authorization at the Purchase Requisition level and authorizers’ limits are defined for the total amount of PR and should not be for each PR line. I understand the IFS design for PR Rules is that to be applied at line level as PR lines may be for different suppliers as opposed to the PO. The reason why they cannot use PO authorizations instead is because one of their authorization criteria is pre-postings (cost centers) and IFS only has that in PR and not PO authorization rules. I could see that this requirement has been discussed before in PR Authorization based on total amount of PR? | IFS Community article 3 years ago, where in the response from @HoiAnushB , it’s mentioned “the reported issue is qualified as the enhancement request for the future development.”. I do not see this being catered to in developments so far and was wondering if this has been added as an enhancement request or if not, the reasons/decisions behind it.

Limitations about TABS and STEPS

Hi,I am reaching out to seek guidance on an issue I am encountering while working with Assistants, specifically related to the behavior of Tabs and Steps during the override process.Issue Description: When attempting to override Assistants by modifying the Steps, I observe that instead of removing the specified Steps, the system adds additional Steps to the existing set. This results in duplicated entries rather than an actual override.
