Hi,An issue is arising in Cloud (24R1) where Work Tasks are disappearing from the engineers mobile that were previously Assigned/Accepted. There seems to be no consistencies to Work Tasks this is occurring on, or time frame. The Transfer to Mobile button becomes available again, and the Assignment line shows ‘Transferred to Mobile’ as No. Below examples are currently not available on the mobile any more. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hi everyone.I'm working on the "Inventory Part In Stock" page and trying to implement a button that triggers a workflow to print a barcode for a selected item in the list. When calling PrintBarcodes from InventoryPartInStockHandling API it does absolutely nothing. Even with hardcoded Objkey it does nothing.Has anyone encountered this behavior before? Any suggestions on how to debug or what I might be missing?Thanks in advance!

Hello,I would like to ask if there is a manual for setting up a local implementation of the IFS Cloud environment. Will I need to install all updates and deliveries? What about the database and its structure? The purpose of this setup is to create an instance for disaster recovery.

Hi,I am using Data Migration Manager.An error message is generating in the Deployment Container:Template: CUST_ORD_CUSTOMER_ENTError: Field [RECEIVE_PACK_SIZE_CHG] is mandatory for Customer and requires a value.RECEIVE_PACK_SIZE_CHG is not in the Target Table Definition, but RECEIVE_PACK_SIZE_CHG_DB is.RECEIVE_PACK_SIZE_CHG_DB is not mandatory.Has anyone previously come across this and found a resolution?

Hi Guys,I am in cloud version 25.1.1I am seeing this behaviour in the Inventory transactions history. I can see some Handling units ID s are visible for OESHIP transactions but some Handling unit ID s are not visible. Seems these are grouped based on the part and the lot batch numbers.If I select the dropdown for the lines that Handling unit ID is not visible, all the handling units that shipped from the part and lot batch is visible in there. I think IFS sort handling units from Source ref, part and lot batch number. But If I query for that handling unit ID, OESHIP transaction is not coming up.My client is always use handling units for shipping and previous versions I was able to query from the Handing unit ID and search for OESHIP transaction specifically.Was this a design change comapred to APP10. Lot of my reports are also depend on the Handling unit IDs in Inventory Transactions History .

Hello All,Is their any screen to view upload or removal of documents from the PR and PO screen.I would like to know who and when has uploaded or deleted or modified the document.I did check the document revision screen but it didnt help and also their is no record present in Order history.Kindly help me with this.Regards,Kruthika

I need to understand the IFS Nebula B2B Module Architecture in order to develop/setup the B2B Proof of Concept (POC) towards a Supplier.I would like to understand the following:What is industry standard/best practices when clients use the IFS Cloud B2B Module, especially when accessing onsite installations; not connected to the internet and with a high level of security as requirement by the Defence Industry? What would be required and or the considerations if an “access point” needs to be defined for a Defence Industry Supplier? In 25R1, a requirement has been raised for an Opportunity that will have multi year renewals to be pursued at the end of every year. Example :Business Opportunity 1001 is for $20k - this has been won and then needs to be included for the next year again as an Opportunity for $20k and again in the following year. What is the best way to handle this in IFS CRM ?

Hello IFS Community,In our IFS 24R2 environment, the E-mail functionality has stopped working. Previously, it would create a background job called Archive_API.Create_And_Print_Report__.For example, in the screenshot below, the job was generated from a customer order by selecting Share → E-Mail Order Confirmation.Has anyone else experienced this issue?Do you know of any solution?Additionally: Is there any place where I can check if a background job was forcibly stopped or disabled? I am aware of the Background Jobs window where active jobs are displayed, but I am looking for a location where disabled or blocked jobs are listed. Could this be related to a system parameter that controls this functionality? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We are in IFS24 R2 

Good afternoon,We are trying to see if it is possible for MRP to create a purchase requisition with minimum lot size and supplier split.For example:supplier A - 70%supplier B - 30%Part A has a minimum lot size of 24 pcs → MRP will generate a requisition that follows minimum lot size of 24. After this it will than split the requisition quantity to the 70% and 30%.  The numbers that are left after the supplier split are no longer in multiples of 24.

Can someone point me in the right direction to pull the ASC 842 Reports that IFS produces.  I have this snippet of information about the reporting but can’t seem to find where to run them:

IFS Cloud 23R1 SU4I’ve tried scheduling a Business Reporter report with the scheduling functionality introduced in 22R2.I’ve noticed the following:3 application messages are created for below settings the first 2 app messages I understand what they are and I get the email for these notifications The 3rd application message fails with NO ROUTING RULE FOUND. Also the input message only refers to data from report Archive.Does anyone have any idea how is this supposed to work? I don’t wanna have failed application messages. I could create a Routing Rule to catch this message and don’t do anything with it, but I’d like to understand what’s the purpose of the 3rd application message.

We use pegging in shop orders a lot, and having just started using the ‘projects’ section of IFS we are now in a position where we are executing our first builds.  We need to peg a shop order (created through shop order requisitions) into a shop order material line that has a supply type of ‘project inventory’ but are struggling with this? Is this possible, or does IFS stop you from pegging to project inventory lines? 

Is there a way to supress some of these options in “Shop Floor Workbench” with page designer or another method?  We spent quite a bit of time in the “Dialog” portion of page designer but couldn’t find a way. We also do not want to use “Shop Floor Reporting User Settings per Site” as it’s to granular and is missing options we’re trying to supress. Using 24R1 currently.   

We are using Business Opportunities and try to follow the sales pipeline development over time. We have IFS Cloud 24R1 SU4. When looking at the pipeline data we have significantly lower number of business opportunities in the  snapshot compared to when we look at the business opportunity at any given moment in time. We do the same query by status of BO, excluding, Cancelled, Closed and On Hold,  so is there something I’m missing here. I assume that every snapshot should contain all BO or is it just the ones that are changed from last snapshot. We where missing about 37% of the BO in the snapshot.   Anyone else experienced this issue?

The full error message is “The customer order is not allowed to be released. Interim orders exist but are in the past or they exist but the capability check has failed. Please run the capability check again.” The case i’m looking is this:Create a customer order with a line that has a CTP planned part. Release this order. You will get a date in “Latest release date” column and also the “Capability check” column is checked. let time pass so that the current date is passed “Latest release date”. Credit-block the customer Reserve the material to the customer order line. The customer order should be blocked when you reserve the material. Go to “Blocked info” from the CO and try to release the order; you will get the error message and the customer-order will remain blocked.There is to me no known way to release the customer order from the credit-block; and the order is now stuck and cannot be d

Got a question from a end-user during testing of 25R1 SU3 that I just repost here.She has been using the options on  ‘?’ frequently to get the syntax correct for her queries.Can someone explain why it has been removed?   25R1 SU3 - available options for a date field24R1 SU12 - available options for a date field> greater than search still works in 25R1 :-)  

The lobby elements timeout in IFS Cloud. When i try to retrieve the data again, somtimes it works but some of them always timeout. I have already checked their queries and everything seems fine.  How can I extend the time to retrieve data before timeout? Currently it retrieves data in 2 minutes. I want to extend it to 5 minutes. 

HelloThere is an issue where, after a change order has been updated to a PO, the PO still shows a box labeled 'Pending Changes.' The related change order status is 'PO Updated.' Has anyone else encountered this problem?   Thanks,Raana

Hi all,we are using the NGSM with Requests and Request Work Tasks.When planning we face a big issue when it comes to transferring Work Tasks:If one assignment is transferred to mobile it is not possible to transfer a second assignment.So it is impossible to send a second technician to the same Task if required but not initially known.Or if some mistake was made during assigning. For example in the Dispatch Console if one resource demand is assigned and directly transferred before assigning the second demand, it is no longer possible to send the second one to the technicians mobile.We have now cases, where one assignment is already set to completed and the second one is not even transferred to mobile. But because the first one is completed it is also not possible to cancel the assignment.So the only solution is to cancel the complete Task and create a new one.Is there any way to get this done, that I am not aware of?

When I use the Failure Analysis Setup Navigator I can add a Function to an Item Class, but then when I select the Function I thought I was supposed to get the ability to add a Fault Type Code. However, I do not see a way to do so. I cannot find any screenshots anywhere that shows what this specific interface is supposed to look like, but I think a table is missing. Does anybody have any idea what is going on?   

Community, We don't see the solution that O level structure could be transferred like what we do manufacturing structure in IFS. We are in APP10  Did we miss anything? Thank you.
