Hello,  I have created an additional attribute based on a custom field. In this case, the number shown in PSO can change pretty often. Available capacity can be 10, than change to 9 and so on.Shouldn’t this change go directly to PSO? This is my understanding from the mapping file. However, in our test environment, the data gets updated only with LOAD.IFS Cloud: 24R2 Does anyone have any idea here?Thank you,Iulia

Hi,There is a requirement to add a new attribute to Purchase Requisition| Part Requisition Lines tab. To do that, new attribute to be added to below list.RequisitionLinePartList is derived from fragment PurchaseReqLinePartTab. But it is a clone of RequisitionLinePartBaseList.RequisitionLinePartBaseList is created from PurchaseReqLinePart entity as below.I have overridden entity PurchaseReqLinePart in PurchaseRequisitionHandling-Cust.projection to add new attribute.But to add this to RequisitionLinePartList, I wrote the below code in PurchaseRequisition-cust.client file but it gives me below error.How can I fix this? Appreciate comments. Thank you.

We have a custom requirement to override ‘PurchaseOrderLinePartList’ an  Error as below get raised when trying to customized this list .No Error comes when tried as below but the custom column do not appear in Purchase Order Page. Standard List has been defined using clone. Appreciate any inputs to resolve this issue.Thanks!

Hi Everyone,today we have had issues with our MWO Service Engr App (IFS Apps 10) whereby the devices have lots all information for the Objects. This has then prevented them from doing anything as they need the Objects to create the work, update measurements etc. has anyone experienced this? It was working fine yesterday but this morning they disappeared. No changes happened overnight and I cannot see any errors in any logs i am looking at but I am at a loss on how to resolve? I have raised a support case but wondered if any one here has experienced this and had a resolution.  

Hello,In one of the customer scenarios, when they perform automatic reservations for customer orders, small quantities of a given part number in the inventory are skipped, and the customer order is reserved from the location that holds the full required quantity.At the site-level automatic reservation, Priority 1 is set to the earliest receipt date, while Priority 2 is set to the earliest expiration date. When multiple lots with the same receipt date are available in the inventory, the system reserves quantities from the largest stock, leaving smaller quantities scattered across various locations. This occurs regardless of whether the parts are attached to the handling unit. This customer is not using put-away zones / ranking setup. Is there any way to optimize this behavior without put-away zones ? Thank you,Lumini.

Currently when uploading a multi-company voucher, the voucher won’t bring in the intercompany accounts needed to balance the entry.  When doing the entry manually (Manual Voucher) it will bring in the intercompany accounts needed to balance the entry.Is there a way to upload multi-company external vouchers that will balance the entry with the correct intercompany accounts?  Is there something we can do on the external voucher template to assist with the auto balancing like when entering a manual voucher?

Has anyone else had an issue in 24R1 that when adding approvals that are not parallel to things that it sends a notification out to everyone on the approval template before it’s ready for their approval? It’s hit or miss.  I’ve also checked the event and nothing has changed with that. This has started when we went to cloud from 10.

Hi , I just installed IFS Cloud 22R1 ,during the installration ,I set“ifsappproxy.basicAuth = enabled”   in ifscloud-value.yaml. So, my question is, what is the next step?for a specfic Projection(eg: ScrappingCausesHandling.svc) , how to make it support Basic Auth?  in APPS 10 , via API Explorer , we can set a projection to “Include in Compatibility Application Type ” to make it support basic Auth.   How to do this in IFS Cloud?              2. I alrady read this post , but is doesn’t mention how to enable a specific projection             

Hello, Does anyone use the Customer > Credit Infor >  “allowed Overdue amount” or “Allowed overdue days” fields?   Do these impact a customer orders going on credit block?  I would have thought it was meant for that but it doesn’t appear to be.   ie: we want to allow a customer order to be released if it’s wanted receipt date or value is within a certain number of days or amount of its outstanding invoices with these fields populated.  Otherwise what are these fields used for?  calculation of interest ? Thanks! 

I am attempting to invoke the TimeRegistrationEmployeeHandling.ReportDateRangeWithIntervals function and have encountered the following error:Projection call with name ReportDateRangeWithIntervals is not supported as it contains at least one parameter that is not a primitive.Indeed, one of the parameters is a complex type, which seems to be a limitation. Has anyone faced a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve this?  ver. 24.2.3

Hi,The RMB menu option “Copy Approval Template” is visible, but it is not in active to select in the Change Request window.Full Access has been granted, and the Approval Template records are also available.But still the option is not enabled. The user is in UPD 22. Expecting your thoughts on this. Thank you!

When releasing a Planned Customer Order, our order status goes into an “In Process” state rather than Released. We have tried turning off custom events and other aspects to see if anything was impacting the status.

A database restoration has been performed on March 11 (Tuesday), 2025. The database was restored to its state as of February 26 (Wednesday), 2025.It has been observed that a background job, which is scheduled to run on Mondays, was executed on Wednesday, March 12. (But posted on March 11 (Tuesday))Given that the background job is scheduled to run on Mondays, it did not execute as per its schedule. In such cases, does the job automatically execute as soon as the database is restored and operational? 

In the help documentation, there is an appointment scheduling function under warehouse management.   It looks like this would be used to schedule the receiving and shipping docks.   I see it in the help, but am not able to see it in the application.   it looks like it may be in a component called TransportationManagement, which I dont see in our 24R1 environment.

Hello,I'm currently experiencing an issue in IFS Applications where the Kanban module shows stockouts (empty bins) on our assembly lines, even though materials are physically available at the point of use.As a result, the main warehouse receives unnecessary pick requests, which show up on their picking lists, even though the items are already at the line.In practice, warehouse staff often ignore these picks because they recognize the items as Kanban-managed — but this leads to confusion and inconsistency, particularly for new employees who aren’t familiar with the workaround. And sometimes there is also empty bins.Additionally, we don’t use the Kanban card functionality when performing part movements — instead, we rely on manual transfers.Could this be contributing to the issue? Good morning, Starting 20 of March I am facing an issue while trying to create records in some tables, as for example when creating Service Requests through CE.I has a Create method with all the mandatory parameters, mapped; then Finish method which had as parameter the Objkey of the record created in the Virtual table. This worked fine for 1.5 years, and all of a sudden, on 21st March stopped working and the attached error was displayed, as if the object cannot be identified anymore based on the Objkey parameter.The record gets created in the virtual table, but I cannot access it from there to create the record in the permanent table through CE. We have tryied to Finish the creation with Postman, and it goes fine, so it’s not really clear why through CE is not working anymore. Have anybody faced this issue? Hi all, I wonder if anyone can offer us advice on overtime.  Currently we have extra hours converted to  overtime at 1.5 times pay via a balance conversion.  A new company initiative has been launched that lets employees receive double time for any overtime over the 6 hours mark in any week.I can calculate the 1.5 and 2.0 times pay in the Periodic Results window, but would like to know if there’s any way to update the Time Card data to include the split of 1.5 and 2.0 times overtime.I appreciate that this may not be possible, but wonder if anyone else has an examples? Many thanks, Scott 

Hi, is there any way to correct or update the Cost code on an account in the work orders? I have a posting in the TX6 flow (expenses) wich is now marked CSS on a ballance account , where it should have been marked as WIP .Im not able to transfer this now to the PL account.  Anyone has a suggestion?

Is New Formatting possible in Quick Reports? I can do Manage Formatting however the New Formatting button doesn’t do anything. Google itself says it’s not possible but their isn’t any documentation behind that.
