We are currently in a dialog on a case with Support for improvements, but I’m curious about response times for other cloud customers in GL Balance Analysis/GL Balance Analysis Basic.

Queries like the example below returns 84 accounts + balance in about 5 seconds when there are about 60 000 records in ACCOUNTING_BALANCE_TAB for the filter. 

A similar search for other accounts use about 2 ½ minute to return 33 accounts +balance for about 1,2 millions records for the filter in the same table.

Our Size on Disk represent the amount of data since Go-live in April 2023.

I’m looking forward to get more knowledge about your experienced response times for similar queries, your size on disk and if you have enabled the In-Memory Acceleration Package.
