Create Recognition Posting for Lease Liability

Does any one know where the voucher type for the Lease liability is defined ? The list of values does not show any voucher types as well.I am trying to create recognition posting for a new lease contract ( New in this specific company, we are using Lease contract in other companies with no problem), and it doesn't pick up a voucher type.

Travel Request Configuration - Detail Approval - Project

Good morning. We would like to use Detail Approval on the TR Configuration, specifically the Project Approval option. However, I see that you can only do Detail Approval on Project Activity level and not Project level. Anyone who knows how we can set up Approval per Project?Thank you.Anya

Setting Default Search Fields

On Inventory Part I have this recurring issue where I add “Inventory Part” to the search options, and it persists while by browser window is open, but whenever do a full reset / refresh it goes away Is there an additional step that I need to take to persist this or is this a bug? I tried resetting the fields, and then it was site, inventory part, Accounting Group. I added inventory part description and then on reload inventory part was missing again

Create PSO-Customer via REST API

Dear all,we are setting up our new PSO environment on ifs-cloud 24.2.2 and want to insert several thousands of customers with their names, adresses and contact information via REST-API calls.Currently we can successfully create the customer via REST-API “…/CustomerHandling.svc/CustomerInfoSet”.How can we add the communication-information via REST (the endpoint …/CustomerInfoContactEntity.svc/CustomerInfoContactSet seems not to be active)?How can we add the Address-information via REST (the endpoint …/CustomerInfoAddressEntity.svc/CustomerInfoAddressSet seems not to be active)?The json structure to POST this data seems to be correct.Best regardsMichael

Print Inventory Part Barcode Label report thru Custom event

I need to write an event to print Inventory Part Barcode Label report (no of copies = no of parts received) when parts are received on a Shop Order. I have below code that is working fine for reports without barcodes like Order Confirmation.I am getting Barcode not created error. Error when Copy Customer

When using the command ‘Copy Customer’ on page/Customer/Form we get error message ‘ORA-20121: CustOrdCustomer.INSERT: Field [CONSOL_RENTAL_IVC_SERIAL] in Customer may not be specified for new objects.’Any idea how to prevent having this error?We are running on 23R2.

PDF Parameters for Customer Statement

Hello Community;Is there a list or chart which provides the field names fetched by PDF_PARAMETERS for a emailing a Customer Statement? Customer Statements are not included in the chart on the E-Mail Reports help page. For example, when we try to add &PDF_PARAMETER_2 to the subject line of the email, it does not fetch the Customer ID as I would expect. Are the defaults for Customer Statements different? We are not having issues getting the emails to generate and send, that is functioning correctly. We are unable to update the email itself.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

PSO: Additional Attribute from Cloud is updated only via LOAD

Hello, I have created an additional attribute based on a custom field. In this case, the number shown in PSO can change pretty often. Available capacity can be 10, than change to 9 and so on.Shouldn’t this change go directly to PSO? This is my understanding from the mapping file. However, in our test environment, the data gets updated only with LOAD.IFS Cloud: 24R2 Does anyone have any idea here?Thank you,Iulia

How to customise RequisitionLinePartList to add a new attribute?

Hi,There is a requirement to add a new attribute to Purchase Requisition| Part Requisition Lines tab. To do that, new attribute to be added to below list.RequisitionLinePartList is derived from fragment PurchaseReqLinePartTab. But it is a clone of RequisitionLinePartBaseList.RequisitionLinePartBaseList is created from PurchaseReqLinePart entity as below.I have overridden entity PurchaseReqLinePart in PurchaseRequisitionHandling-Cust.projection to add new attribute.But to add this to RequisitionLinePartList, I wrote the below code in PurchaseRequisition-c

How to Customize PurchaseOrderLinePartList

We have a custom requirement to override ‘PurchaseOrderLinePartList’ an Error as below get raised when trying to customized this list .No Error comes when tried as below but the custom column do not appear in Purchase Order Page. Inventory Parts in Shipment Inventory - Return Part vs Return Parts

Hi all Does anyone know if there is a significant difference between “Return Part” and “Return Parts” in “Inventory Parts in Shipment Inventory”?Except that with Return Part I have a “better” overview and with “Return Parts” I can edit all lines in one window. Objects not syncing tyo MWO

Hi Everyone,today we have had issues with our MWO Service Engr App (IFS Apps 10) whereby the devices have lots all information for the Objects. This has then prevented them from doing anything as they need the Objects to create the work, update measurements etc. has anyone experienced this? It was working fine yesterday but this morning they disappeared. No changes happened overnight and I cannot see any errors in any logs i am looking at but I am at a loss on how to resolve? I have raised a support case but wondered if any one here has experienced this and had a resolution.

In automatic reservation, quantities are reserved from locations with large available stocks

Hello,In one of the customer scenarios, when they perform automatic reservations for customer orders, small quantities of a given part number in the inventory are skipped, and the customer order is reserved from the location that holds the full required quantity.At the site-level automatic reservation, Priority 1 is set to the earliest receipt date, while Priority 2 is set to the earliest expiration date. When multiple lots with the same receipt date are available in the inventory, the system reserves quantities from the largest stock, leaving smaller quantities scattered across various locations. This occurs regardless of whether the parts are attached to the handling unit. This customer is not using put-away zones / ranking setup. Is there any way to optimize this behavior without put-away zones ? Thank you,Lumini.

Multi-Company External Vocuher Uploads

Currently when uploading a multi-company voucher, the voucher won’t bring in the intercompany accounts needed to balance the entry. When doing the entry manually (Manual Voucher) it will bring in the intercompany accounts needed to balance the entry.Is there a way to upload multi-company external vouchers that will balance the entry with the correct intercompany accounts? Is there something we can do on the external voucher template to assist with the auto balancing like when entering a manual voucher?

Approval Routing Notification Going out to Everyone Before it's time for them to approve

Has anyone else had an issue in 24R1 that when adding approvals that are not parallel to things that it sends a notification out to everyone on the approval template before it’s ready for their approval? It’s hit or miss. I’ve also checked the event and nothing has changed with that. This has started when we went to cloud from 10.

IFS Cloud 22R1 , How to enable Basic Auth for a Standard RestAPI

Hi , I just installed IFS Cloud 22R1 ,during the installration ,I set“ifsappproxy.basicAuth = enabled” in ifscloud-value.yaml. So, my question is, what is the next step?for a specfic Projection(eg: ScrappingCausesHandling.svc) , how to make it support Basic Auth? in APPS 10 , via API Explorer , we can set a projection to “Include in Compatibility Application Type ” to make it support basic Auth. How to do this in IFS Cloud? 2. I alrady read this post , but is doesn’t mention how to enable a specific projection
