Can anyone please confirm what options we have within IFS to set up a data retention policy I.e. How long data is stored before it is deleted?

We would need this to be different depending on the product range so not the same policy across the whole environment. This is to comply with UK privacy laws.

​@asif700056  in IFS you need to create your own data processing rules based on the companies data retention policy.  The data processing rules can be built against ‘data subjects’ which means they can be built for not just employees, but suppliers, customers etc and can hold different rules for different data subjects.

Once the processing rules have been configured you would need the scheduled job to indicate the periodic timescales for running the process and therefore cleaning up the data.

​@asif700056  it has not changed it is the same across apps10 and cloud
