It is a great advantage if we can offer a standard interface for customer projects, which already have the basic configurations including Boomi connection, so that external DMS archive systems can be connected more quickly and easily. Currently, this has to be implemented anew in every customer project.
You would then only have to configure the part Boomi → external DMS archive systems. The IFS → Boomi part would already be fixed in the standard system.
The current implementation is that you can use the document class to define which classes are to be archived:

Boomi also plays a link from the external archive system back into the document revision system so that the external document can be called up from IFS if required. At the same time, this is also the feedback that the document transfer to the external archiving system has been carried out successfully:
