Hi All,I added a persistent custom field to the entity CroHead as follows. And then added it to ‘Component Repair Order’ page with below LOV filter. But this does not filter ‘Cf Crm Contact’ using ‘Customer ID’ value. It’s ‘1000’ here. But it filters correctly if I change the filter as follows. Is there a way to get this filtered dynamically using the ‘Customer’ value?I went through previous community posts and F1 documentation as well but could not find a solution. It seems syntax has been changed in new cloud versions.I chec

I’ve had a request to add a custom sorting & grouping to the Shipment Packing List. I’ve gotten the fields to the report and have it sorted. How can I make a field visible only when it’s different than the prior row? Something like this pivot table from Excel is what is being requested.  

Hi Team,We often transfer a screen field value as a parameter to an operational report using Page Designer. Do you know if it is possible to format a date item into a different format, such as Oracle's "to_date","to_char" etc. Thank you.Although both the view field and report parameter are of date type, when I tried to transfer the screen value as the report's parameter and execute the report, the error shown below occurred. Instead, if a fixed value of '2025/2/1' or '2025-2-1' is set in the Action Parameter, the error disappears. Do you have any good ideas to share with me? Best Regards,Feng

EquipmentObjectMeasHandling.svc is used a lot by the customers to retrieve measurements through external systems. However, this API is a standard projection API and not suitable for integration purposes since there can be changes within API due to defect fixes and development. Therefore, it's quite useful to introduce a separate integration API to handle measurement insertions externally. From IFS Cloud 25R1 Release onwards, a new ObjectMeasurementService has been introduced with actions mentioned below.  Invoke action CreateMeasurementWithBusinessKeys : This action is used to create a measurements for an equipment object using Business keys (Contract, MchCode, TestPointId and ParameterCode). Hi,In the sale quotation, there is a State field and a Status field. The State field corresponds to CLOSED_STATUS/CLOSED_STATUS_DB in the database.accepted values : won / lost / no decision / nullI can't find the Status information in the database, and I need it for data migration.Does anyone have any information on this subject?

Hi All I have some posting controls setup for T1 and 2 that define Code parts A,B,C which seem fine however on the T1 postings for labour i am seeing Code part D being used as well which is correct but i have no posting control in place. Does anyone know if there is any rules or processes that would add this extra code part in ?

I am doing some experimenting trying to solve a problem where specific sales parts for specific customers can only be made with raw materials from a supplier authorized by the customer.  Think of it as making customer-specific parts made from raw aluminum supplied by ALCOA and that the customer has approved use of certain ALCOA raw materials.I was experimenting the use of the supply code “Production Schedule” from a customer order line to determine if that customer order line is “pegged” to a particular production schedule in a manner similar to how customer order lines are “pegged” to the shop orders on which the parts are built.I created a customer order for a production schedule part and released the customer order.  But I did not receive a production schedule.  What am I missing?Thanks!

We need to change the project number on several open POs. Do I need to do a change order or can I change it in the Pre-Posting screen (even if invoices have been received against the PO), provided the status on the PO Line in question shows Received or Planned? 

Hello,If I have two filters in PSO (both filters are the using the same criteria) and I apply both at the same time, then filters does not work. Does anyone know if this is the correct behavior. It does not make much sense to not work.

Certain users do not get customer order status turned into invoiced /closed even there are no stops in the order type. This happens when  create customer invoice  performed in service contracts which also create the customer order .The users where the function works has almost similar permissions .Is there any setup that we need to check please for these users.Thanks Udanee

HiWe have allocated a monthly budget of 7,500,- to a financial project. Now we have noticed that for the first three months of the year, the monthly budgeted amount has been doubled for February and March, but not for January. There are actual costs in all three months. Has anyone experienced something similar and knows what it could be due to? We are using APP10, version UPD22.Br Kerstin

Hello,  I am trying to amend the description of a GL code via code part values. I can amend it and then save it however no-one else can see the change when they run a GL download - it still shows the old description. Am I missing a step somewhere? Thanks

Hello everyone In my organization, work orders will be used by many groups. Is it possible to restrict access to work orders? I would like everyone to be able to see only their own work orders.

Do you know about any limitations with regards to job_queue_processes in CDB.I read, when it is 0 (zero), then jobs execution will be stopped in CDB and PDBs. Non zero value in CDB will allow job execution in CDB and PDBs, unless a given PDB itself is not set to 0, so that PDB will not run any jobs.But, why do we have this arbitrary number 10 for job_queue_processes in CDB, when using IFS database creation template? Can I make it less and how much less?

When using Shop Floor Workbench, Filter by: Manual filter. Entering Work Center.Dispatch List populatingEntering  a shop order to view details.Going Back to the Shop Floor Workbench, the recent filtration of the work center is gone.This was not the case in  Shop Floor Workbench in Apps 9.Can we overcome this in anyway?I didn´t succeed in using page designer: Default to Previous.​

The Projection Grant Screen allows you to individually report which Permission Sets a single Projection has been granted to.  However, I have a need to ringfence numerous Projections and would like to be able to report on X number of Projections at once and get a listing of the Permission sets each Projection is granted to (ideally would be usefully to exclude looking into Permission sets that I know are not relevant).  I can see this as being a frequent admin task to ensure the integrity of the permission sets\system.  This will also provide evidence of active management in the area to our auditors.   Does anyone know of a suitable report/solution for this requirement. 

Helllo,I am trying to sum all the raw(purchased) material (MATERIAL1, MATERIAL2) for my product. (According to qty_per_assembly) I just generated simple structure of L1 product. It looks like this: What i need to do is to sum the MATERIAL1 and MATERIAL2: MATERIAL1 (8,25kg) goes to part_no L4.1 (1 pcs) and component L4.1 (1 pcs) goes to part_no L3 (16 pcs) that means: 8,25 * 1 * 16 * 1 = 132 kg (level4 * level3 * level2 * level1) MATERIAL2 (0,75kg) goes to part_no L4.2 (2 pcs) and component L4.1 (1 pcs) goes to part_no L3 (16 pcs) that means: 0,75 * 2 * 16 * 1 = 24 kg (level4 * level3 * level2 * level1)  How to do it in oracle? Thank in advance. 

Hi All,I have set up an optional event to print shipment handling unit label once Report Picking is performed. (cloud environment)Then create a Shipment at Order Release and reserve the handling unit created. (Handling Unit created from the Inventory Part in Stock window) Once Report Picking is completed, the record cannot be found in the Report Archive, though I set it as an optional event.(If the flow is followed through WADACO, record is available for the created HU)Can someone provide the thoughts if I am missing any step or the functionality on this?Thanks.

Hi everyone,We have a number of PLSQL custom event actions and I’ve been investigating workflows as the route to replace these (see all the other debates about this!).I have a validation workflow which works as expected when configured for updates on the CustomerOrderHandling projection.  If the user edits an order then the workflow correctly blocks the update. I actually want to block a customer order release so I added an event action to the standard IFS ORDER_RELEASED eventThis doesn’t seem to be triggered (nothing shows up in the observations) and the background job completes successfully, releasing the order.How do I configure a workflow to perform checks which might result in the
