I everyone, i have an issue when I want to create a new service line : When I try to add a scope line, no objects are displayed in the LOV. If I cancel the line and try to recreate it, the LOV appears well.Do you know where it comes from and if there is a solution ? Thanks

Hi,I have created a function in my integration projection.I have one parameter in this function of datatype number. To trigger this function’s endpoint, I have to pass the parameter like this -https://host/int/ifsapplications/projection/v1/IntegrationService.svc/MyFunction(Param=125) But I don’t want to pass the parameter like that, I want to pass query string and fetch the value of each key/value pair of the query string. Since, OData does support query string in Service Operations,https://www.odata.org/documentation/odata-version-2-0/uri-conventions/#CustomerQueryOptions I don’t know how to do this in IFS? So, I want to trigger the endpoint like this -https://host/int/ifsapplications/projection/v1/IntegrationService.svc/MyFunction?Param=125 Thanks in advance,Rohit.

Hi experts,I’m noticing a difference in the number of Place records when testing the baseline Place sync rule. When I run the Place sync rule XML through the XML Poster for a technician, it returns more records than what actually ends up in the Place table of the mobile database after initialization.Could it be that other sync rules are removing some of the records fetched by the Place sync rule? Or are there any baseline-level filters applied by the FSM framework during the initialization process?Has anyone come across this before?Appreciate any insights. Thanks! :) 

Hi,We are currently working on upgrading IFS 10 UPD 22 Application to IFS Cloud 24R1 version.In IFS 10, Application Message(s) is heavily utilized to monitor  both inbound and outbound bizAPI integration messages. The failed messages can be reprocessed if required.Eg: If an integration message has failed due to missing basic data in IFS (Eg: Currency), we usually set up the basic data and rerun the failed messages in Application messages window. Is there any feature in IFS Cloud to monitor and reprocess the inbound Rest API integration requests other than referring logs? ThanksThilochana

Hi All,Is there a way to center align the logo in IFS Cloud?Before the 24R2 update, the customer logo was displayed in the center. However, after the update, it has shifted to the left. We would like to adjust the alignment and center the logo in the application again.Could you please advise on how this can be achieved? Before upgrade to 24R2    After upgrade  

It is posible to run MRP so that it ignores Interim Order Demand and does not create Material Requisition?

Company 01 had  Accounting years run from Jan - Dec period from the beginning of 2008.However we need to change company Accounting Year to run from October as Period1, and September as Period 12 due to new company acquisition. We need confirmation that this is the best approach, but also need some advice on anything else in IFS relating to year end and opening processes.Appreciate your expertise advice on this year period change.

Hello comunnity,I am trying to post imported object transactions that only affect IL, but the voucher type that i’ts only available is for scrapping I want to use the voucher type Depreciation IL but is not available in my LOV and if I insert the value appears this error msg.I am trying to import a fixed asset that has a main object in status ‘active’.Regards,

Hi, I need to explain to customer Czech legislation. I should focus on differences between V.10 and Cloud 24R2. Has anyone have a list of the differences in Czech legislation ready to use? Hi AllWe setup the below report rule in IFS to get the file name in preview / download with the PO number.  However, when I preview / download the PDf, the file name is not changed. Anything we are doing wrong here? Other report rules are disabled in IFS.Thanks,Asela

Hello All,I have a command in Aurena and it is responsible to send value to third party system and receive the response whether third part transaction is success or fail(including reason why it failed in third party system) which will be captured by call back function. I’m able to capture the response from REST API in call back function to do certain transaction if response value is success.But my requirement is, once I click the command, system should wait for the response and display it as an alert or information message to user in AURENA client i.e, whether the action is success or fail(with reason why it failed in third party system).Is it possible to achieve this? If Yes, Please suggest. IFS Version: APP10 UPD 18

Hello,We are on Cloud 24R2 with a remote installation. Our repositories are configured as shared, but when I try to attach a new doc to an object I get errors. When I try to view existing docs, I get failed to connect errors. What am I missing? Can someone point me in the right direction to resolve this?

Hi,I’m trying to call a custom API from an IAL in IFS Cloud.  The procedure is in a custom ‘develop on the inside’ utility package written and deployed from IFS Developer and works fine when called from projections.  The IAL also works fine if a standard IFS API procedure is called.I have added IFSAPP. prefix to the procedure call in the IAL query and as a result of this Community question I’ve also tried the @AO.. prefix (although that seems to apply to APPS10).Either of these result in the background job getting stuck in ‘Executing’ with progress shown as ‘Copying data’.I have also granted execute privilege on the package to IFSINFO.Is there something else I need to do to get the IAL to populate?

Hello everyone, i have a question.Is it possible to change the default template selected when printing work copy of a customer invoice?Currently when printing the layout is set to Time and Material and we want it to be fixed price.Also, if possible, could this be defined per user or its a general configuration?I just want to confirm or deny the possibility of doing this but i haven’t seen any topic related to it in the forum. 

Can someone explain to me why MRP is delaying the ordering of a part that has fallen below safety stock?The example below has a safety stock of 130 and NO inventory at time of running MRP (with the Plan Safety Stock checkbox enabled)The resulting purchase requisition has a wanted date in the future that gives a latest order date beyond the MRP run date - Why?I would have expected the requisition wanted to be ASAP i.e. Today plus order lead time 

Hello,Has anyone experienced a similar issue in IFS Cloud, where even if the user doesn't have access to Map Position or Media, these tabs are still visible to them in attachments? However, when the user tries to access those tabs, they get an error regarding insufficient privileges.

IFS needs to have an option get all the supplier invoices from one API call.... 

Hello Community, I hope you are all doing well. I am currently working on an Event Action that sends an email and would like to include a report—specifically the "NCR Report"—as an attachment. I have already configured the logic for the Event Action, but I need to automate the generation of the report so it gets archived in the Archive Report page, thereby creating a Result Key. fyi. I do not need to generate the email attachment via PDF_REPORT_CREATED , because I need to generate the report via code to be able to archive or create the Result Key.My main question is: how can I programmatically generate this report and have it archived in the Archive Report page to obtain the Result Key? Are there any code examples or APIs I can use for this purpose?Additionally, I’m trying to trace the internal calls in IFS Cloud 24R2 but haven’t been able to identify the specific API responsible for this. I’ve tried using the inspection tools, but the report execution doesn’t seem to show a clear API

Hello!We are currently working on IFS Cloud and we are struggling with our shop order picking priorities, we have a custom field “Pick Priority=PRIO” to give high importance on our pickings, but since there are a lot planners working on different production lines, there are cases where a big amount of shop orders for picking are released the same day with same PRIO and basically the priority field doesn’t work at all.We have different operations with different material “Required Date” (order to assemble) on our shop orders, so “Released Date” field as second option to prioritizing jobs on pick lists doesn’t support us because Shop Order Pick Lists shows same “Released Date” for all components.We have been asking for adding “Required date” as custom field in Shop Order Pick Lists from our shop orders to have a second option to choose and prioritizing better jobs at warehouse. Just wondering! How customers prioritizing Shop Order Picking Lists? If you have any input, we really appreciate
