User feedback is that the edit pop up for pre postings is very irritating, since you have to do a mouse move to get to the next field.  In the screenshot above from my laptop the move is about 10 cm, while it’s about a 50 cm move on my external screen.Users sitting in an office just want’s to use tab to navigate between these fields.Is it possible to disable this avoid the edit dialog with a setting in Page Designer?(We are currently on 24R1 SU6)  

Community,below shop order work center R2 got 2  machines. each machine can produce 8 PCS per day (8hrs/day). I have below shop order is 16 PCS. We expect APB could assign 2 resources so that this SO can be completed in one day. But APB failed to do so, this SO is to be completed in 2 days, and only one resource is assigned. Where we missed in settings? Work Center R2 is Finite Capacity, capacity is 16hrs/day. 

We have connected a Packaging Material Part to our Handling Unit Types.When adding the handling units to our Shipment Handling Unit Structure the inventory part corresponding to the Packaging Material Part connected to the handling unit is consumed from the inventory - so far so good.However if I have the packaging material part stored in multiple inventory location I’m currently lacking a possibility to  choose which inventory location it should be consumed from.Do anybody know about such functionality?

Hi,Customer is mainly using two different types of Contract types (Cover Levels), Standard and Premium Contracts.Starndard contract Support 5 Days a week and Premium Support 7 days including Weekends as well.This means they do not Support Weekends for Standard Cover but Premium only. Question 01: How this to setup in IFS Service Contracts? for example STANDARD contracts should not allow support during the weekend but PREMIUM only? Question 02:There are contracts, the 1st hour of labour included. For example if Technicain reported 4 Hours, only 3 hours should be invoiced? How to setup this? Please help to uderstand this setup in IFS Service Contracts. 

Good day,In a new project for 300 devices (projects 7 in total), we have and will have a situation where one warehouse index will be ordered for the entire project.Therefore, costs should be assigned to each of the seven projects, and currently it looks like this: "common" indexes are mainly attached to the first wagon of one of the projects, which disrupts the costs on the projects.We tested the method of attaching the product/index structure, but when generating later, the system does not calculate the full 1 piece, but 1.000000000000001 and it would have to be changed manually each time.Is there another solution for this?

Can you change the logo of the customer invoice report for a specific order type? This should overrule the standard company logo on the invoice.

Hi, We are assessing the compatibility of IFS Applications 10 (Update 11) with Windows 11.It was observed that when  the IFS EE Link Handler extension is enabled in MS Edge, the ClickOnce link is not functioning, i.e., the application is not getting downloaded upon clicking on the ClickOnce link. Has anyone come across this issue?Is there any workaround for the issue? RegardsThilochana

Hi,As a new version on report ZUS Z-3 has been released, it is required that the report is updated.The changes are in piont 6 of the report in which a new absence should be included.I attached a new report version and a file with description what exact canges are required in report confoguration.Regards,Jan

Hi All We just implemented SU9 on 24R1 and after that the project radio button which shows up shortcuts saved keeps disabled. I cannot find the little setting related to that. Can anyone direct me where it is? Even if I try to save it as a new shortcut, next day I try to register time, still shows up with the button disabled. Anyone knows how to keep it enabled each day a user needs to register time?  Thanks,Asela

If i am setting up HR docman files and I do not want eployees or supervisors to view the documents … ONLY HR STAFF SHOULD BE ABLE TO EDIT AND VIEW DOCUMENTS.. how best can i achieve this ? I have one group for HR Staff with Edit Access rights  and One for all users with No Access .. !!!

We are using IFS Projects heavily and have found a disappointing set-back that we cannot connect projects to CRO Shop Orders - Disposition or MultiLevel.We also cannot connected the CO created from the CRO SO Repair to a Project activity either.We use Project activity on all our Customer Orders and I am struggling to understand how we seem to be unable to connect projects to CRO repair CO’s

We have recently started using MWO (we are also using IFS Cloud 24R2). While we have spent quite some time to ensure a good performance in terms of synchronization, we have received feedback that the user experience is suffering from slowness to navigate within the app.For esp. Android users, pages takes on average ~5 seconds to load, so if you want to report time: From the start page, go to My Work, select an assignment, go to actions, go to time. This will take in total ~20 seconds of pure loading times. Similarly, it takes 20 seconds of loading times to go back to the start page.We have looked at if the performance may be related to the type of Android phone, but even if you are using the latest Android OS, on a flagship phone the issues remain. At the same time, we do not have any complaints from any iPhone users.We have tried to remove any unused functionality such as location tracking, but this has only had a minor impact.Is there anyone that have s

When entering a Purchase Lead Time on Inventory Parts (Apps10 and Cloud) we are finding the dates presented confusing. For amendments to the Purchasing Lead Time, whether made in the field below or made on the SFPP Manufacturing Lead Time and then calculated by Calculate Purchase Lead Time, the dates we are getting are as follows ;0 days - 31/03/251 day - 01/04/25 (Tuesday)2 days - 01/04/253 days - 01/04/25 - shown below4 days - 02/04/25The Site Calendar is a 5 day working week calendar and the Primary Supplier also has a 5 day working week calendar, the same as the Site calendar.This pattern is repeated the following week, with the same day (again a Tuesday) being presented for three different lead time days (8, 9,and 10 days).Can someone explain this? How can zero lead time have a supply date of 31/03/25 and a 3 day lead time have a supply date of only one day later? There are no other lead-times in supply chain  matrices.

MRP will create Distribution Order (planned). we have a purchase aggrement. I can use “Create aggrement release” screen to create a released PO. But if someone create a Purchase requsition, how can purchasing department can link and use that aggrement ?

Getting what we think is an erroneous toast message for date on Customer Order Line when using Plan Manufacturing Supply on Due Date and Delivery RoutesAttached set up reflects a manufactured Inventory Part with no leadtimes associated with it (no picking leadtimes on site) and a Delivery Route for 1159pmCustomer address has one day transport time and Supply Code on Customer Order line is Shop Order  In the example, entry was on 4/3/25 for a Wanted Delivery Date of 4/4/25 (system generated based on transit time) and Planned Due Date on Customer Order Line was 4/3/25 at 1159pmToast message indicated earliest possible delivery date was 4/5/25 - but the connected shop order reflected a Finish Date of 4/3/25 at 1159pm Why is the system indicating to the user the earliest possible delivery is 4/5/25 when the shop order will be complete on 4/3/25 at 1159pm?
