Every document is pulling through will update allowed during approval turned on when this should be off as default – only allowed for certain documents, controlled documents should not be amended once doc controller signed off

​@MGDMONALI in Document Default Values, set the value for UPDATE_DURING_APPROVAL to ‘N’. All new document revisions in all document classes will have this setting OFF.

Then, for specific document classes, in Document Class Management override the default value and set it to ‘Y’. All new documents in these specific document classes will have this setting ON.
