Hi,

Does anyone know how files physically appear in IFS Managed Cloud File Repository,

If I create repository ids as below does that create folders lime FS1, FS3 and FS4 ?

Or  Is it a single place where system store the path in a way to uniqly identify the file when referring

There is no support so far for multiple folder locations in FSS. Therefore creating as above will not do any effect. I think you can keep only one FSS record. Also please refer the below post

Further the files will be saved as base64 encoded. Therefore the file format used in Aurena will not be shown in FSS side. Hope this helps.

Hi @Sahan Udana ,

Is this mean even though we create different repository ids , the documents goes to a single folder name ‘DocMan ‘ ?

I have tested different file repository id s and moved from one repository id (FS1) to another repository id (FS4). Do you mean that there is no physical movement of files when I do that action ? What happen when I move from FS1 to FS4 ? Is it just changing the Location_Name in Edm_File_Tab ?

@Dumeesha Wanigarathna

If the above image repos are configured to the same FS location I don’t think creating like that will do any changes to the physical file.
