Hi,I am playing around with the Shipment Orders functionality and I have seen in other topics here that it is possible to receive items via the Register Arrival screen but the shipment orders are not being displayed. I have tried creating a Shipment Order using the Material Requisition tab from a Request Work Task (with the Supply Code = Service Location), as well as manually (from Site to Remote Warehouse). In none of the cases are the shipment orders shown in Register Arrival screen. Am I missing any configuration? I am using 24R2.Thanks

Hello,Maybe someone could answer those questions:When did the statuses “Not Translated” and “Changed” appear for the attribute in the form “Text Translations”? For example, such attributes where never translated and never changed their translations in the environment, but they are seen with the status “Changed”: Why some attributes in statuses “Not Translated” and “Changed” exist in the form “Text Translations” and “Translatable Text” at the same time?

Hi ExpertsIn IFS app10 there use to be a direct offset possibilty. In CLOUD I am able to see that there are offset posibilities but cannot directly offset them out of the payment proposal. I cannot open a second window with the manual offset, since IFS gives an error message that these invoices are used in a payment proposal.  Any idea to offset them from the payment propsal window? 

Hi. In IFS within MWO, we can print a standard report with the following measurements: 21,59 cm x 27,94 cm  The client from MWO must print the report 7.5 cm wide. The client uses thermal printers How could we link this from MWO? Thanks!

Hi,in MWO, when we attach a picture to the task, that cannot be seen in the Mobile service report, instead if we check it from the Clould Service Engineer  we can see the attachments. What is the missing piece that I cannot see the same in the mobile?In the Report Layout I can see Task attachments are there.  How I see it in the Cloud. And the mobile Report. Please explain how to get the Pictures into the service report,as this is working fine in the clould report. ThanksKasun

Dear Community,The case is as follows:Case of unit not consistentThe customer buys 1 steel coil (purchase unit) with a conversion of 1000kg (stock unit).When weighed on receipt, the coil has a different weight, e.g. 1100kg.We wish to enter 1100kg in stock (production consumption unit for MRP...) and 1 coil in purchase unit (the price will not change).We've looked into the possibility of using capture units, but as the storage unit hasn't changed, this doesn't seem to be the answer.Do you have any other ideas?Thank you in advance! Best regards,Isabelle

Hi, I try to add “Contact Widget” into a page using Page Designer.Can anybody here help me with it? How can I do it?I’ve testet it and I can not see, what I do wrong:In SalesQuotation page we have standard IFS field “Salesperson” - this contains Contact Widget.When I copy/paste this field - the widget is also in the new field.When I add a new field (from scratch) - and set up exactly as the standard Ifs field - the widget does not appear.What attribute controlls this? Br. Community,We are settting up production routing for BPP plates production. the standard batch is 100 PCS. there are 2 work centers. Full batch of 100 PCS of plates will not be moved to the second work station till the full batch is completed.We have the routing set up, but it looks to us that the full batch is through WC one plate by one plate in sequential order . We would like system to calculate the lead time of the whole batch for the first work center, then the whole batch move to the second WC. How we could make it happen in IFS? Thank you.

HI Expert, I'm in the process of creating a custom LOV filtration. there I added new custom LU to hold  some basic data, where you can match object level and object types, I have added a fndboolean field to set the record status as allowed or not   Then I  Created a reference field to this LU in Functional object entity, now I'm going to add that as a lov field in the functional object page and filter based on the object level attached to the functional object (This works perfectly) additionally I want to filter the LOV based on the Allowed toggle button, as soon as i add that into data source addgreget ref I'm getting the below error.

In core MWO application, there are some functionalities only available in the MWO navigator section, not as separate tiles (Ex: My Misc Allocations, My Work calendar).However, if mwo users wish to see them as tiles we can add it via Navigator designer.But the problem is that when the new tiles are added, they are being added to the mwo navigator as well. Therefore, they end up as duplicates in the mwo navigator. Is there a way to keep only one entry in mwo navigator, such as hiding unnecessary items from navigator? So the questions are; how do get the standard items to be visible in the Dasbhoard OR how do I remove the standard items from the Navigator?Thanks and Regards,

Hello, I came across “Pricing Contribution Margin Control” and was wondering if it can be used to control the contribution margin on a business opportunity or sales quotation or customer order or is it ONLY applicable to sales price list as stated in the IFS documentation.I see it working on the sales price list, but hoping it’s some data set up I am missing and that it’s not native IFS functionality. Thank you!

Underlying issue is that we can’t close a NAV project until all activities are completed.  This causes a problem because in our line of business, it could take up to a year for a customer to pay retention.  We don’t want to continue running Rev Rec on a project that is 100% POC and 100% billed.  We manage 100’s of projects and it muddies the reporting to have projects that are complete but being included in the Rev Rec reporting.  The only current work around I know of is to set the valid date of the FIN project to the future.  Not my favorite thing as there’s nothing to on the NAV project to indicate this status.  Anyone else with this kind of issue?  Any suggestions?  Has anyone done any customization?

Hi all, I previously had a topic on this, which lead to looking into the NLS settings, but unfortunately not found a solution yet. So hope someone has some valueable input for this.We have a scheduled database task for the Supplier Payment Proposals, in which we use a “substitute variable”, being Start of Next week. However, the created Proposal, has start of next week as Sunday, and not as Monday.When i manually create a Supplier Payment Proposal, it does take Monday as the First Day of Next Week.   We have changed the NLS Setting for the Database Processes to Danish, set the Database Settings to Danish as well as the Server settings. But nothing seems to have any impact on the scheduled database tasks behaviour.

Hello everyone,This is an urgent matter, as our project is approaching a go-live date.I'm facing an issue in the Workflow Configuration where I'm trying to use a Service filter to make an eForm appear only for a specific request, triggered when clicking Start Work. However, I noticed that the Service filter is being ignored, and the eForm appears for all requests, regardless of the Service selected.Test ScenariosScenario 1: I configured the eForm to appear only for requests with Service ID = 3.   I created two requests: one with Service ID = 3, and another with Service ID = 21, both using the same Customer.

Can anyone confirm the detail around the the calculations relating to DDMRP, mainly the Calculated ADU and background data that is used for the calculations? I understand the set up and what DDMRP does, however it is not 100% clear on the following;When running the Calculate Historical Average Daily Usage, does this calculate based on the Site Distribution Calendar? If a business only operates Mon-Fri, and they have a Distribution Calendar Schedule that has 7 days but working time on Sat and Sunday = 0 min, is this factored in? If this calculates using calendar days, surely this will result in a lower ADU than actual, where the business only operates 5 days in every 7? Is there a way to view the Standard Deviation Calculations and how the Std Dev Issues in Lead Time is calculated? Same question for Avg No Of Issues In Lead Time? If a business is not getting ADU figures that do not seem right, how can these be analysed quickly and effectively?

The scenario is as follows:We create a Request Type SWAP and a task. We add a Part Need (serialized), which is shipped to the technician, and then plan the task. The technician receives and uses the shipped product in FSM Mobile, completing the SWAP. This action appears under Part Usage and creates a Part Disposition. If done correctly in Mobile, the SWAP is closed.
