Hi.There’s an existing thread on this with a fix here, but following it I was unable to get the migration job working and I’m still receiving the same error. We’re aiming to update only the CODE_F field with a migration job, but running the MIGRATE_SOURCE_DATA job after the CREATE_TABLE_FROM_FILE results in the ORA-20111: Site.NOTEXIST2: The Site object does not exist. error for every line in the file. As  mentioned in the post above, I’ve attempted to add the CONTRACT field into the file mapping, but sadly it has not solved the issue. Any help here would be appreciated. 

Is there a way to attach multiple parts to a change request at once.  In Apps8 we could copy and paste objects.  Also, is there a way to copy multiple parts to a document at once or multiple documents to a change request..

Hello, We are encountering an issue with Rest sender. When we try to send a request to an external RestAPI from IFS APPS10 application, we get 403 (Forbidden) error. We tried reconfiguring routing rules, addresses, and also the IFS application but no luck. We also checked the DNS configuration. This works fine via Postman. Even, tried sending the request from IFS APPS10 application server using a browser and it works fine there too. It’s just the IFS application (routing rules and addresses) that can’t access the API it seems. Please let us know if anyone has encountered this error before and was able to resolve it. Hi, we have a customer that want’s to restrict internet access for the middle tier server. Is it any place where all endpoint that needs to be open to enable installation/runtime. We have based the openings on a rather old comunity post for 21r1 We based the openings on this but it is missing https://registry.k8s.io.Could you pleas add a complete list for what to whit list and put it into the installation documentation?

Is it possible to set a ‘Message Setup’ by customer address instead of having it either by customer or by the company connected to the customer?Would like to do E-Invoicing based on the Document Address on the Customer Order. Sometimes the address is going to a country that doesn’t require E-Invoicing even for the same site.Is this possible now? I can’t seem to find a way in standard. Or is there a future enhancement for this scenario?

Hi All,I was working with lobby navigation from the past month and noticed that when we navigate to a screen that has that tree level structure for example: “Project Monitoring”, Resource Management > Resource > “Resource Details” etc. after navigating to the screen I can't populate the tree view and it's just showing the data without the tree view expansion option. Just want to confirm whether it is IFS limitation or there is some way, but I am missing it! Best Regards,Vishal J

Hi All, How I can get assembly cost in IFS specially if  I want to get the assembly cost for a particular deliverable. I tried to check in cost/hour tab in deliverable but it is taking the cost from supplier for purchase part not from the PO for that particular deliverable.

We have technical attributes assigned to our Serial Objects in IF Cloud. Is there any we to query Serial Objects by a particular Technical Characteristic? i.e. return all objects with “X” characteristic, and/or then sum the total of the value(s). Thanks Nick

We use Xpandion for GRC (governance risk and compliance).  IEE supports SOD through external sources by providing mapping.  However, with Aurena projections, we can’t seem to find the same support and manually mapping 70k projections is impossible.  Has anyone connected IFS to an external GRC tool?  If so, how have those projection mappings happened for you?  If not, has the internal IFS SOD Analysis been sufficient for your SOX compliance and audit needs?

Usually when we have a Child / Parent relationship, the child places the order and receives the goods, but the invoice states the parent name as they will pay and the credit limit is held at the parent for the total group. Is there a way in IFS to have, the child place the order and receives the goods, the invoice states the child name as they will pay, but the credit limit is held at the parent for the total group.

Hi  when looking to add objects that are missing from the PM Program the list includes serial objects that are scrapped, if they are scrapped they are not eligible to be included but you only know they are scrapped when you have got to the point of adding them in, which is a waste of time. Is there a way to remove from the list altogether or at least identify them so you don’t try and add them in and have users waste precious time? 

Hi,Is there a functionality in IFS to check credit control on group level?For example Customer IDs are global and it can be assigned many companies in same group. The customer can have a credit block in one company due to credit limit. But still another company will be selling without considering that the customer is credit blocked in one company. Is there any functionality check credit control in group level across companies?ThanksGayan

Testing use of Service Contract and Invoices from Work Tasks based on Cost Based Pricing  on our 24R1 SU12 version, and use of Merge By Sales Part does not work according to our expectations.Is someone using a similar setup in newer versions?    Invoice Preview with Invoice Scope CustomerMy expected result here would be 1 line with the total quantity and amount for my 8 personell lines  I get the same result if I create the Invoice Preview with Group Level Work Order (2 extra lines due to the date used as filter in the first scenario) 

Hello,My team is working on implementing a payment functionality for USD check payments to Bank of America (BofA) using IFS Cloud 2025R1. We were advised by IFS R&D to use the ISO20022A1 payment format for this purpose.We've set up the payment order and created the payment file. However, we've encountered a few issues and have a key question for the community on how this is intended to work. The Problem The payment format generates an application message with the MESSAGE_FUNCTION hard-coded to SEND_SEPA_CREDIT_TRANSFER.This results in the generated XML file using a SEPA schema and an explicitly defined SEPA namespace, despite the payment data being for a USD check.This seems to be a fundamental mismatch, as SEPA is a Euro-based electronic transfer standard, not a format for USD check payments. 

From a Business Opportunity (BO) we create a Sales Quotation (SQ) with the “New Sales Quotation” button in the header.Then I create a SQ Line with a value of 100 EUR and in the linked BO, a BO Line is also created with a value of 100 EUR.Now we have the behavior that when we delete the SQ Line in the SQ, the BO Line is not touched. Even more strange it then the fact that when you create a new SQ Line in the SQ, we end up with 2 BO Lines in the BO, both connected to the same SQ.Anybody knows the business case of this behavior or knows a way to suppress this behavior?With kind regards,Sven Audenaert

I am playing with intersite orders where I have an internal supplier to a sales part in a supply site.  The internal supplier is a separate site.  What settings have to be made to make this automatic from the point of release of the demand site customer order to the PO to the supply site, release and send the PO create the customer order on the supply site and release it??Thanks!  THis is in Cloud

In APPS10 there is a Received - Not Yet Invoiced report.  I have searched and this report should be in IFS Cloud but I am not able to find it.  I understand it may be under GNRI or Goods Received Not Invoiced but I am not finding those either. Where is this report in IFS Cloud?
