Hi! A customer encounter the following messages when terminating  employees in IFS 9. This issue has been going on for a while making the use of the assistantWould anyone happen to know what might be causing this, or have come across something similar? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated! 1.We also have another similar error message (sorry for the swedish) Translation: Field [SEQ_NO] is mandatory for Employee Status Details and must have a value.  Would you have any ideas ​@ADDMARIAE ?  Thanks! 

This post is relevant for some customers that uses the Aurena Agent and where the IFS server has SSL/TLS certificates provided by Digicert.The problemWe recently got a report from a customer using the Aurena Agent that it stopped working. After some investigations by IFS Support it was concluded that the problem was due to a recent mass-expiration of SSL/TLS certificates provided by Digicert (it has been reported about for example here: https://www.bankinfosecurity.com/revoked-digicert-digital-certificates-27-yet-replaced-a-26032). Hello,    Is there a way to hide the Customer Order Charge Type so that the customer only sees the combined price of the goods they are purchasing when receiving the order confirmation and customer invoice?  Example - The End Customer only wants to see the Delivered at Place cost on their order, they do not want to see the Freight Charge.  However we need to account for that freight charge and the freight charge needs to go to the correct GL account.  When I enter the Charge Type on the Customer Order that charge will automatically show up on the customer confirmation work order, customer just wants to see total cost including freight in one lump sum.   Thank you,.Joe

Hi,How can i produce an Inventory Projection report by month to include number of units, pallets and value at the end of each month for a 12 month period?We have tried using “MRP open supply and demand” as a basis but if there are no transactions in a month the table shows zero on the last day of the month there were no transactions in.

The event action of NOTIFY_NEXT_AUTH is enabled and we also have a notification schedule set. Not all authorizers/acknowledgers that are the next in line for the invoices assigned to them are receiving the email notification. Would acknowledgers also receive notification if we have this set? 

I want to create a report rule expression to use the customer ref field for an invoice, and to use the name regardless of if the user has entered this in upper or lower case.I have created the expression = UPPER([@CUSTOMER_ORDER_IVC_REP/CUST_REF]) Testing if this works how I expect it to it does not work how I would expect.  It works in PL SQL, so I now suspect it is not available in the report rule expressions.  I have seen the report rule is not being used in the report rule log. Does the upper function work on report rule expressions?  ThanksDarren

We had a customer order with 210 required qty, we intended to deliver only 20 pieces of that customer order, which were manually reserved (with serial numbers) We used the "quick order flow handling" function to issue the delivery note, but the system has automatically reserved and delivered 210 pieces instead of 20.This indicates that not only the reserved items were pick-reported, but also unreserved items, which should not happen in a serial-tracked sales process.Is there any setting which allows this automated delivery behavior or is this a bug in ifs?We are in IFS 22r2

Hi! We are having difficulty with our Advanced Planning Board (APB).When we try to copy Shop Orders into APB from our instance of IFS Cloud 23R1, it times out at the point of “Loading Schedule”. Then we get an error message that states “A Task was Cancelled”.Eventually it’s possible to get in and we can see the correct number of Shop Orders identified on the “Count Hits” function when loading a couple of shop orders. However, it doesn’t show any of the work centres, shop orders etc.We think that APB is linked to IFS (as it can see the orders we want to pull across) but the orders never actually come across from IFS Cloud into APB.Any idea what could be causing this please?

Hello,We’re still using an older version of IFS Applications, for which only light themes are available. I started digging into the files and found that colour, font, etc. properties are stored in XML files, so it’s easy to create new themes. I created a dark theme, but there’s one problem: IFS uses the system font settings for most of the data, and the font colour is, of course, black. Is there any way to override this? The only solution I could find was to use Windows' high contrast mode, but this affects all applications and I don't know anyone who would want to use it.

Hi All, I don't have a clear idea on using service delivery units in new service management module. Is service delivery unit a group of resources? If so what is the connection with Resource Groups? In standard tasks, we allocate resource group as a person demands. How this service delivery unit can be connected then?  When we transfer work task to mobile, we can transfer to specific resources or resource group as pool work. What is the similar functionality with service delivery units?  There is no separate page for service delivery unit. We can just create them under a service organization just by adding a row. Eventhough, we put same service delivery unit in different service organizations there is no any pop up message.  There is no specific place to add resources to a service delivery unit. Hello all, Currently working in IFS 10 Update 11, IEE - we’re noticing that on the Time Clock, the List of Values for  Operation ID on the Stop Production and Report Qty Complete buttons are not consistent. This is happening even though the LOV view for both of the buttons is exactly the same. Here’s a screenshot from the Time Clock Type Detail Items for those two buttons:Both of these buttons take Employee No and Op ID as the editable inputs. For the Stop Production Button, once you enter the employee no, the list of values for Op ID shows any operation that the employee is clocked in to. However, for the Report QTY Complete button, the employee number is not passed into the query, leaving a huge list of operations to select from instead of a few. We’ve also tried messing around with the “LOV Where” column for the R

Hi Using Apps 10 and have just created a new work centre, i have updated the relevant structure with the new work centre ID and then ran CRP but i keep getting the same ERROR message“ShopOrderScheduler.NOAVAILABLERESOURCECRP: No resource available on work center PW4F3 when scheduling load source and order MRP/50167495/*/ operation 50 with finish date 21/07/2022.”Does anyone know what is causing this? i have checked the work centre and have 1 resource connected at 100 % Efficacy.regardsJamie

I am working on adding a new tab titled "MarketCampaign" to the Account CRM page, which should display information from the MarketCampaign entity. However, since the MarketCampaign entity does not have a direct reference to the customer ID, we are unable to directly fetch the required data.The relationship between Campaign ID and Customer ID exists in the MarketCampaignTarget entity. To address this, I attempted to add a custom attribute to MarketCampaignTarget to retrieve data based on the Campaign ID from the MarketCampaign entity.
