Appreciate if anyone can help with below request. -Created new report time and save the entry in the Shortcuts.-Again enter new report time and select the shortcuts from the dropdown.-Here we are only concerned with project, short name, activity description and rest with “No value” we want to hide or remove. Is there any way to do this by using the configuration or any other alternate from the client side.-We have other shortcuts also need to fix accordingly if you have some answer for this. -We want to configure those fields so that they either can be hide or remove from the shortcuts.

Hi,Can someone help with absence type functions?I created different actions that should be generated when an absence is registered. Below are two as an example. Both are T-Actions and the function parameters are defined as follows.1;SELFCERT;2;0.01;10;5;10;01;RTW;2;0.01;10;5;10;0They are generally working, i.e. being generated but when the absence types are registered on consecutive days, then I only get the actions for the first absence but not the following.Is that not possible or am I doing something wrong or missing a setup somewhere? I thought that when I define the max break as 0 (last parameter on the T-Action) it would work. It does work when there is a day between the absences.This has been setup in Apps 10 Aurena.Any ideas/suggestions are welcome!Thanks

ISSUE/QUESTION:  There’s a generic Server Error thrown when navigating to Employee Page. And the issue can be reproduced consistently even if there’s no data or without populating the screen. This issue started after an upgrade/installation, and you have many custom fields in place.  Error text: “Server error Sorry, there was an unexpected server error”  ENVIRONMENT:    Aurena Client (IFS Cloud 21.2.14) PRODUCT AREA: Custom object framework and HCM AUDIENCE:  ALL RESOLUTION/ANSWER:  Steps: Check if end user has required permissions. Verify if you get the same error using an admin users such as ifsadmin or IFS application owner user.  If it’s not a permission issue check if there’re custom fields on the screen.   Finally, republish the custom fields that are in use. And check if the server error still exists. CAUSE:The metadata for the projection “PersonnelFileCompensationHandling” hasn't been properly deployed in the environment. Is there a way to get an Object Connection for MRB Case added here? 

For the organisation structure below. Say we have 4 graphical positions as well.Level 1Level 2Level 3Level 4 all with position access generated. E.g. Level 1 has access to Lvl 2, 3 & 4Level 2 has access to Lvl 3 & 4Level 3 has access to Lvl 4  When we go to supervisor access, Employee A (Position - Level 1) -  (Org - CEO 1) cannot see FI01 or anyone below.Employee B (Position - Level 2)  - (Org - FI01) cannot see FI02 or anyone belowEmployee C (Position - Level 3) - (Org - FI02) cannot see FI03??? In Supervisor access setup we then turn on include subordinates. Employee B (Position - Level 2)  - (Org - FI01) can then see the employees in FI02 & FI03 but also see other staff that are Level 3 and 4 across the rest of the organisation in Ops and Sales etc.  Why does the organisation tree not just allow you to see staff below that part of the tree as long as there position allows access to it?  Yes you can individually go through and allow access to elements in the organisation

Hi all,We have a requirement to carry forward the remaining carried forward leave balance from previous year to this year.As per the below example this user has 19 unused leaves by the end of year 2022. 13 of them are carried forward leaves came from Yr 2021.But when we generate the limit only the unused Annual leaves (6 leaves) of the year 2022 has been carried forward. Not CFL of year 2022 (13 leaves)We tried to add CFL as a limit definition under Annual vacation absence configuration. But that also not success.How can we take the entire unused leave amount (Annual + Carried forward) to this year as carried forward leaves?Thank you  

Hi, I am trying to delete items from the Onboarding Tasks Definitions page in a customer environment but I am not able to delete them all. The error that pops up says this: “The Onboard Checklist Item ‘21’ is used by 1 rows in another object (Onboard Emp Checklist)”. I have changed the tasks on the employee checklist to ensure none of the tasks I want to delete are being used but they must still be in use somewhere else.  As I am not very familiar with the Onboarding section of IFS’ HCM solution, how can I find out where they are being used?  Many thanks in advance!

With regard to the file that IFS creates for payroll transfer, I have the following questions.How regularly can the transfers be created from IFS to be imported into the payroll system? When in IEE of IFS10 (update 11) we look at the allocation of a resource (from a work order task). It shows the resources available and, as they are linked to the HR schedule in Resource detail settings, their availability:Image 1: Allocate Recource in IEEThe top resource is available on all days. The second one is available on days November 9th (see (1) and 10th. Due to Schedule set up in HR, s/he is no longer available (see (2) and (3)). So colors help me here to visually see what is going on.The same selection in Aurena shows the following:Image 2: Resource Allocation in AurenaResources are correctly shown. We have an absence group called ‘SICKNESS’ which is based on a rolling year. Sickness is generated when a new starter joins, but we have noticed it doesn’t automatically generate the following year. Is this correct should we have to manually generate the sickness yearly as this would be different for each employee at different times.We are using APPS10.Thank you.

Related to another unanswered topic I submitted, we have seen when employees get a new manager in the employee file, there are various other screens that have not been updated, and managers cannot see expenses etc. Is there a step by step guide somewhere on which screens to update and in which order to transfer an employee from one manager to another?Or a step by step guide to add a new employee, with all the correct position and supervisor setup in the correct order would also be helpful.This is on Apps 10 

Is there a manual to setup Absence request in Aurena. I want employees to register their leave request through Aurena, and the same getting approved by Department head and HR.  

I have created a Schedule for a Period length = 56 days with the following pattern:4 weeks (28 days)  with Day Type: 24 hours work in 2 shiftsand 4 weeks with Day Type:  Non-working days (0 hour).When I generate a calendar, it is just containing the working hours.Non-working hours are not generated for the 5th to 8th weeks.Pictures are attached.

We are looking to add Read-Only Feilds to the Time Registration fields that reference data from the tables on the screen. As the users wanted to see more details such as Normal Time and Overtime. When the user enters more time. Screenshot of Time Registration ScreenWe have experienced and Issue where data in the fields we have added are not updated until the User selects the Refresh button. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?  One thing we would like to see is an automatic full screen refresh once any data tables is made on the screen. Like the standard fields in the Header.
