In apps, IFSAPP could grant supervisor access.  In cloud, we don’t even give it to the customer.  How do we grant the first HR superuser supervisor access now?

Hi,

If you have an IFSUSER with right access you can do it with that user.

There’s not even an IFSUSER in our deployment

Come on HR team, this shouldn’t be an issue.

So you mean you don’t have an IFSUSER? Normally if this is an IFS Cloud hosted customer you always get access to IFSUSER even if you don’t have access to IFSAPP.

Regards,

Maria

No, it isn’t in our deployment.

No worries...this database did have IFSAPP in it, so I was able set a password for it and do it the old fashioned way.  But, the other Cloud instances I’ve been in didn’t let you use or even see the App owner.
