Time Clock User Error logging in

Is there a Sync to the time clock terminals that needs to be run?

We are not out of licenses and the users are active

Also I have learned that prior to year end users were added and successfully worked...still stumped as to what could be wrong though

this ended up being that the 

Position and organizational structure of the stockroom employees didn't have a location in the org structure inside ifs

Just in case someone else comes across the same issues
