I would like to  have a common time reporting in Aurena where the Employee should be able to report time both on projects or work orders. In IEE this is possible from the Time registration window, however when I open Aurena for the same user I only have the option to report time on Project. Should it be possible to also register time on work orders and how do I set it up to enable time reporting for both?

This is possible in the page My Time Registration, where you have toggles for project, work order, shop orders etc. 

Did you activate Work Order in the page Time Registration Aware Modules?


Yes, all are set to Active in Time Registration Aware Modules. Still I only have the option of entering project information. Any other idea what I might need to do?

What Update are you on?  This should be possible post Update 6.


I believe you will also have to define the employees as ‘Maintenance Employees’ and connect them to resource groups that have the ‘Resource Category’ flag set to ‘Use in Maintenance’.
