Dear community, I am attempting to use a FunctionV2 call to GetResourceGroups from the NewEmploymentHandling screen, however I cannot work out how to use the $filter with this? Can anyone advise how I can use something like $filter=(ResourceId eq ‘RES01’) with this? or is it even possible. I have it working in Postman no problem with a Get call. Any help would be great. Dave

We’ve begun exploring using digital signatures on our Purchase Orders recently. We want User Signatures to be used for our buyers, and we want a Common Signature to be used for non-purchasing staff. To clarify, if Jane Smith from Purchasing prints a PO, we want Jane Smith’s signature to print on the PO. But, if John Doe who works in Project Management prints a PO, we want our common signature to print on the PO. I’ve set up two keystores for each scenario - one for a buyer and one for a common certificate - and I’ve been able to get both of them printing on a PO.  The problem I’m having is I’m not sure how to write a  report rule condition to:Check if a user has their own keystore value.  If yes, print the PO with the user signature If no, print the PO with the common signatureIt seems like something like this should work:

Does anyone face the problem with big amount of rows in this table? There are over 5mln unique sequence numbers, over 100mln of rows. It looks like most of entries come from wadaco processes.After short code review there is no any cleanup proces to purge this table. There is only on API procedure to delete entries(Shop_Material_Assing_Util_API.Clear_Reserve_Locations) but I think it should be possible to schedule cleanup process for that.

Is it possible to define which column and which order a table is sorted in, when that screen is opened ? In Apps 10, you could save a search and specify which sort to sort and order by. I can’t see any way to do this in Cloud 23R2.

I have a Lobby element that is connected to a datasource that is using an IAL to get the data. I can’t seem to get the navigation to work in the lobby element to open up Customer Order Lines and filter that by a custom field. I’ve set the datasource in the List in Page Designer after I added in the custom field as well and it still errors out with this: "The property 'Free_Charge_Reason', used in a query expression, is not defined in type 'IfsApp.CustomerOrderLinesHandling.CustomerOrderJoin'."}] Is their something I’m missing here? 

Hi everyone, i need some help.We have a custom field added to FinNoteText LU which is the one used by the notes list in Posting Proposal page but i can not add it in aurena.I tried looking for the entity in entity configuration but it is not listed there.Any idea on why i can’t add this custom field to the list? or why i can’t find the entity configurationit does not show at all.

Hi, sorry was not able to phrase the question better, but here’s my issue: I’m trying to do a customization in IFS Cloud, where I have to add a new attribute to two different entities (InstantInvoice & CustomerOrderInvHead). In both cases I do it the same way, in a Developer studio project choose to customize the respective entity, and then add a new attribute to the -Cust entity. Below is a screenshot of the Instant Invoice one: For Instant Invoice, this works as expected, developer studio generates a .cre file that can be used to add the new column to the InstantInvoice table. However, the issue I’m running into is that the other entity, CustomerOrderInvHead, is somehow a different kind of an entity, and doing the same customization to it does not yield a .cre file at all, and it seems as if the whole en

In custom screen we are trying to save attachments directly to FTP location via SFTP. we have IFS10 UPD 11 on premises.does IFS10 supports SFTP?  in repository we don't find any option expect ftp. whereas most the FTP location like Microsoft azure supports SFTP (Secured) only.if SFTP is possible, how we can achieve that?

Hello!We want to add a Markdown text (with a guideline to end users) in page designer, and we wish to format the text and/or the background. TechDocs has a limited description of Markdown Text with regards to formatting, but in the example from page Balance Transfer Log, the markdown has yellow background: However, when I am using page designer to add markdown text, I dont have any other options than to alter the text itself - no formatting options.Are there any possibilites for formatting the text and/or background - and if so - how?Best regards,Henning

Hello,I'm struggling with making my report work to use a dynamic search filter under Pivot for part_no. Does anyone have experience with this? Note, I don't use pivot in SQL very often and tried different approaches.I tried creating a subquery for shop_ord without success. Has anyone experienced an issue where a user adds a shortcut to their navigator, save their profile and then upon their next login it disappears? I also have had users report that they’ll add a column to a table view of a screen, save their profile and that also disappears upon their next login. 

I have a lobby element that will filter out Shop Order Operations by selecting rows where the Need Date is between the two parameters WeekStart and WeekEnd. I used to be able to click into the element and get brought to Shop Order Operations with the datasource conditions, but since adding everything past “List” it errors out. I’ve tried a variety of solutions and nothing seems to be working, what am I missing?  

IFS Cloud record windows have an Attachment section which offers generic services defined in Object Connections.Is there any documentation on these functionalities?Is there any Academy courses on Attachments section?Of course I can look for Help on each of the topics, but was just curious of there is some kind of comprehensive overview 

Hi Community,  I am currently working on an IFS Cloud Installation and would like to customize the default IFSAPP username during the setup process. Hi.I wanted to check with the community if you know whether is possible to have scheduled Quick Reports to generate a .xlsx and have it copied to a SFTP location. So far, we have the Quick Reports scheduled what would we need to do from this point? Should we configure to generate the .xlsx and archive it? Do we need to configure the PDF_REPORT_CREATED event to generate an Application Message? Will this Application Message have the .xlsx file so we can configure a SFTP Routing Address? Or maybe a different approach is required. Thank you much for the help.Best regards.Gonzalo. 

Hi, I’m exporting lobby pages from one environment to import into another (Cloud 23.1.3).  Several of the lobby pages have link list elements that use datasources on the links.  When exporting the lobby page, some of the datasources make it into the export file but not all (typically more are left out than included).  I have not found anything to let me know why it’s not including all datasources in the export file.  The result is that the lobby page is incomplete when imported into the other environment.  Has anyone else experienced this issue? Thanks!
